다기능센서를 이용한 임베디드 홈오토메이션 시스템 개발 (Development of embedded Home Automation System using Multi-sensor)

  • 최근 디지털 기술들의 눈부신 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 이를 바탕으로 다양한 전자제품이 디지털화 되었고 그 대상이 점차 확대되고 있다. 이에 따라 임베디드 기술과 인터넷 기술이 결합된 임베디드 홈 오토메이션 시스템에 대한 개발이 많은 관심을 모으고 있다. 특히 유비쿼터스 시대를 맞이하여 일반 가정에도 경제적으로 우수한 홈 오토메이션 시스템을 선호하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 구현되고 있는 홈오토메이션시스템들의 단조로운 제어에서 탈피하여 지능화된 유비쿼터스 환경을 가정에 도입하기 위한 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

  • The home network is generally separated from the Internet, as it is made up of a private network due to security issues and the lack of IPv4 addresses space. Also, a user may want to move from a terminal to another terminal connected in the home network during communicating with people outside the home. In this case, people connected in the Internet, or another home network could not communicate the user at the home. These limitations prevent a SIP-capable device connected in the home network from communicating with another SIP-capable device connected in the Internet or the outside of the home network. To overcome the limitations, This paper proposes the Adaptive SIP Application Server System as a software architecture that a user inside of the home can communicate with people outside of the home when the home is composed of a private IP-based network. Moreover, the proposed architecture provides the session mobility that allows the user to maintain a media session even if changing the terminal inside of the home during the session established. The proposed system was implemented over a home server device which acts functionality as a connection point for transmitting IP packets between a home network and the Internet.

  • 본 논문에서는 초중등학교의 조회 및 실내 집체 교육은 내용과 수준에 따라 학년별로 서로 다른 내용의 방송을 동시에 실시할 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 현재 사용 중인 방송 설비는 일방적으로 같은 내용의 방송을 전달하고 있고, 서로 다른 내용의 방송을 위하여 별도의 라인을 설비해야하는 번거로움과 비용부담을 안고 있다. 또한, 큰 건물의 재난 방송 시스템도 장소와 위치에 따라 서로 다른 내용의 방송을 동시에 실시해야 하는 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 즉, 위치에 따라 비상탈출 안내 방송을 실시하고 상황변화에 따라 장소에 맞는 방송을 전달하기 위한 시스템이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 망을 이용하여 미리 계획된 스케줄에 따라 동시에 청취자에 맞는 맞춤형 방송을 실시할 수 있는 인터넷 스케줄링 방송 시스템의 임베디드 시스템을 개발한다.

A Study of Mobile Edge Computing System Architecture for Connected Car Media Services on Highway

  • The new mobile edge network architecture has been required for an increasing amount of traffic, quality requirements, advanced driver assistance system for autonomous driving and new cloud computing demands on highway. This article proposes a hierarchical cloud computing architecture to enhance performance by using adaptive data load distribution for buses that play the role of edge computing server. A vehicular dynamic cloud is based on wireless architecture including Wireless Local Area Network and Long Term Evolution Advanced communication is used for data transmission between moving buses and cars. The main advantages of the proposed architecture include both a reduction of data loading for top layer cloud server and effective data distribution on traffic jam highway where moving vehicles require video on demand (VOD) services from server. Through the description of real environment based on NS-2 network simulation, we conducted experiments to validate the proposed new architecture. Moreover, we show the feasibility and effectiveness for the connected car media service on highway.

  • Architecture generation is the first step in the design of software systems. Most of the qualities that the final software system possesses are usually decided at the architecture development stage itself. Thus, if the final system should be usable, testable, secure, high performance, mobile and adaptable, then these qualities or non­functional requirements should be engineered into the architecture itself. In particular, adaptability is emerging as an important attribute required by almost all software systems. The machinery and tools in the remote site surveillance and connects intelligence information machinery and tools at Internet. We need the server which uses different embedded operating system to become private use. With the progress of information-oriented society, many device with advanced technologies invented by many companies. However, the current firmware technologies have many problems to meet such high level of new technologies. In this paper, we have successfully ported linux on an embedded system, which is based on intel StrongARM SA-1 1 10 processor, then written several network modules for internet-based network devices.

  • 최근 복잡한 프로그래밍 환경에서 다수의 프로세스들은 서로 협력하기 위하여 서로 통신하고 자원과 정보를 공유한다. 커널에서는 이것이 가능한 방법으로 프로세스간 통신이라는 IPC(Inter-Process Communication)를 제공한다. 리눅스에서 사용되는 공유 메모리는 동일한 메모리 영역에 여러개의 프로세스가 접근할 수 있도록 해 주는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 코어에 서로 다른 운영체제를 갖는 듀얼코어 임베디드 리눅스 시스템에서 공유 메모리 성능 개선 방안을 제시하고, MP2530F(ARM926F+ARM946E)의 임베디드 리눅스 시스템을 구축하여 성능을 측정한다. 공유 메모리를 이용한 프로세스의 동작이 별개의 CPU에서 동작되도록 함으로써 성능 향상을 꾀한다.

  • In this paper, we have designed a remote controlable HDR System using all embedded linux board. The system is composed of three parts - a HDR System, a PC client program for remote control and a Nameserver for registering and aquisition of the IP address. The system is built in an embedded board using a linux kernel. With the Linux the system can support networking and file system for a hard disk management In addition, the system embeds a web-server and a ftp-server for remote manipulation and file transfer. And the hardwares of the system are controlled by the linux device driver mechanism. MPEG1/2 technique is used to compress TV tuner signal and external analog video/audio signal. And compressed data is stored in a hard disk. The data stored in the system is accesable through lan or internet. And RTP protocol is used to enable the system to service live stream of instant video/audio input.

  • Embedded system is used a lot in electric home appliances and home network equipment. However, this system is designed to operate by the system operator directly at home and operator could find out them only when he pays attention to the system in case event happens. In this paper, to improve above things, it designed to remote-control system anywhere in which internet access is possible as well as at home, and also it designed SMS(short message service) information transmission system to inform the errors to the operator when they happen. To design the system, development board(be included the Strong Arm), CDMA module, and electric door lock are used as hardware, and web browser, CGI(common gateway interface) programming, and C-language are used for implementation of software in embedded-linux platform.

  • In this paper have developed a system for monitoring and processing the real time sensor data in remote site through network. For realizing this system, measurement equipment and protocol are used to transmit the measurement data to remote server and to process measurement data. In server part, the received data from remote site sensor is converted to text or graphic charts for user. The measurement device in sensor part receives the sensor data form sensor and store the received data to its internal memory for transmitting data to server part through Internet. Also the measurement device can receive data form server. The temperature sensor is connected to the measurement device located in laboratory and the measurement device measures temperature of laboratory which can be confirmed by user through Internet. We have developed a server programworking on the Linux to store measurement data from measurement device to server memory. The program is use for SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) to exchange data with measurement device. Also the program changes the measurement data into text and graphic charts for user display. The program is use apache PHP program for user display and inquiry. The real time temperature measurement system can be apply for many parts of industry and living.
