엘리트 여자 축구선수의 철분보충이 체내 철분상태와 면역 및 항산화에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Iron Supplementation on Iron Status and Immunity Status of Elite Female Soccer Players)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the effect of iron supplement for 4 weeks on iron status, immunity, and antioxidant status of national female soccer players (n = 25). This study was performed at summer hard training period right before competition. A single blind design was used to divide the subjects into iron-supplement (IS) or placebo group (P). Iron-supplement group was supplemented with iron (40 mg/d) for 4 weeks. The mean age of the subjects was 23.3 $\pm$ 2.5 years old. Mean height and body weight of the subjects were 164.4 $\pm$ 5.7 em and 57.4 $\pm$ 4.6 kg, respectively. The mean carrier as soccer player was 11.0 $\pm$ 2.6 years and mean training time was 7.0 $\pm$ 1.3 hr/day. The mean hemoglobin, hematocrit, total iron binding capacity and ferritin concentrations before iron supplementation were not different between two groups. After 4 weeks of summer training and iron supplementation, serum ferritin level was significantly increased only in IS group after supplementation. Mean corpuscular volume and total iron binding capacity were significantly decreased in both groups. Meanwhile, hemoglobin and red blood cell count were significantly lowered only in placebo group. The IgM concentration increased significantly in both groups, but IgG concentration had increasing tendency only in IS group (p < 0.064). Therefore, iron supplementation during hard training period may be helpful to improve work capacity of the athletes by improving ferritin status and humoral immune responses.

The Effects of Soybean Peptide on Lipid Peroxidation, Antioxidant Enzyme and Inflammatory Cytokines in Elite Taekwondo Player

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of soybean peptide on lipid peroxidation, antioxidant enzyme and inflammatory cytokines in male high school taekwondo players. The subjects were divided into 2 groups, which were a soybean peptide intake group (S-peptide, n=13) and a placebo intake group (Placebo, n=10). The s-peptide group took 4 g a day of soybean peptide for 4 weeks. Blood samples were taken from the antecubital vein at before taekwondo performance, after 2 and 4 weeks taekwondo performance. The plasma was analyzed for the antioxidant enzyme activity factor, lipid peroxidation and cytokines. As a result, the s-peptide group decreased lipid peroxidation (MDA) and increased the antioxidant enzyme activity factor (TAS and CAT). The plasma concentration of inflammatory cytokines, IL-6 and TNF-${\alpha}$ were significantly decreased in the s-peptide group after 4 weeks and showed significant differences between the groups. These results indicate that the intake of soybean peptide was positively improved on antioxidant enzyme and inflammatory cytokines in taekwondo player.

남자 포환던지기 시 성공과 실패에 따른 운동학적 차이 - 국가대표 황인성 선수를 중심으로 - (The Kinematic Difference According to Success and Failure of Shot-Putting - Focusing on Member of the National Team, Hwang, In-sung, Player -)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify biomechanical characteristics of glide and delivery motion of In-Sung Hwang, player who is a member of the national team among the finalists in the men's shot put at the 2010 National Sports Festivals. Three-Dimensional motion analysis using a system of 3 video cameras at a sampling frequency of 60 Hz was performed for this study. During the glide and delivery phase the results showed following characteristics; 1) The glide type was suitable for the short-long technique, but the trajectory of shot at the glide and delivery phase showed a different trajectory pattern with "S-shaped" type of elite players due to many deviating from central axis of the APSS(athletic-plus shot system). 2) Left knee was more flexed during failed trials compared to successful trials but COG was higher. Therefore, the player showed less stability of COG as he may not get enough breaking force at the left foot. 3) Furthermore, it would be required to have strong muscle power at the trunk, throwing arm, and the lower extremity in order to achieve maintain a low projection angle of the release.

무릎손상 엘리트 배구선수에 관절가동운동이 무릎통증, 등속성 근력, 근긴장도, 근경직 개선에 미치는 효과 (Effect of joint mobilization on improvement of knee pain, isokinetic strength, muscle tone, muscle stiffness in an elite volleyball player with knee injury)

  • 본 연구는 무릎손상 엘리트 배구선수에 관절가동운동이 무릎통증, 등속성근력, 근긴장도, 근경직에 미치는 효과를 확인한 사례연구이다. 사례자는 왼쪽 무릎관절에 연골결손과 수술경험이 있고 평소 지속적인 통증과 운동 시 통증을 호소하였다. 연구기간은 2015년 8월 5일부터 12월 24일이며, 왼쪽 무릎관절에 관절가동술을 1일 1회 15분씩 총 8회 적용하였다. 연구의 측정은 시각적사상척도를 이용하여 무릎통증, 등속성 근력측정장비를 사용하여 넙다리네갈래근과 넙다리뒤근육 동심성 최대회전력, 근긴장도측정장비를 사용하여 손상쪽에 넙다리곧은근, 안쪽넓은근, 가쪽넓은근의 근긴장도와 근경직을 중재 전과 중재 후 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 단기간 관절가동운동이 손상 쪽 무릎통증 감소, 양쪽 넙다리네갈래근과 넙다리뒤근육 동심성 최대회전력의 증가, 손상 쪽 넙다리네갈래근의 근경직 증가에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 특히 손상 쪽 넙다리네갈래근의 경우 관절가동운동 횟수가 증가할수록 동심성 최대회전력이 크게 증가되어 손상 쪽과 정상 쪽 다리의 동심성 최대회전력의 차이가 크게 감소되었다. 하지만 손상 쪽 넙다리뒤근육/넙다리네갈래근의 근력 비율의 개선에는 효과가 없었다. 본 연구를 통해 엘리트 배구선수에 무릎통증, 등속성 근력, 근경직 개선을 위해 단기간에 관절가동운동이 효과적인 중재방법이 될 수 있지만 적절한 근력비율을 위해 트레이닝을 함께 실시할 필요가 있겠다.

  • 경골 중앙 전방 피질골 피로 골절은 지연 유합 또는 불유합이 되기 쉬우며 경미한 외상에도 완전 골절로 발전할 수 있다. 그러므로 세심한 평가와 처치뿐 아니라 이전 수준의 운동으로 복귀할 시기를 결정하는 것도 중요하다. 저자들은 운동 선수에서 경골 중앙 전방 피질골 피로 골절 지연 유합후 완전 골절로 발전한 증례에 대한 치험을 경험하였기에 이를 보고하고자 한다.

엘리트 육상선수와 태권도 선수의 등속성 운동능력에 관한 비교 연구 (Isokinetic Strength Capacity Between Elite Athletes and Taekwondo Player)

  • 본 논문은 대학교 육상단거리 선수와 태권도 선수의 근력, 근 파워를 비교하기 위하여 등속성 근력검사기기를 이용하여 기초체력, 슬관절의 근력($60^{\circ}$/sec), 근 파워($180^{\circ}$/sec)를 분석하여 육상 단거리 선수와 태권도 선수의 근기능 특성을 밝히고자 하는데 목적으로 수행되었다. 기초체력은 육상 단거리 선수가 태권도 선수에 비해 높게 나타났으며, 기초체력 중 좌악력과 순발력에서 통계적으로 높게 나타났다. 슬관절의 근력은 육상 단거리 선수가 태권도 선수에 비해 높게 나타났으나, 근 파워에서는 태권도 선수가 육상 단거리 선수에 비해 통계적으로 차이가 높게 나타났다. 이와 같은 결론을 종합해 볼 때, 육상 단거리 선수와 태권도 선수는 근력뿐만이 아니라 순발력을 필요로 하고 있으며, 등속성 근 기능의 측정에서는 태권도 선수는 체중조절을 요구하는 경기의 특성 때문인지 평균파워와 체중당 평균파워에서만 통계적으로 높게 나타났다. 그러므로 차후 연구에서는 각각의 운동 종목별 근 기능을 분석을 하는 것이 필요한 실정이며, 태권도 선수와 유사한 특성을 가진 투기종목에서도 근 기능을 분석하는 연구가 필요 할 것으로 사료된다.

골프스윙 시 지면반력 크기와 시간 차이가 클럽헤드 속도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Clubhead Velocity on GRF Magnitude and Time during 7-iron Swing)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of clubhead velocity through regression analysis on the magnitude and time difference of the forward-backward, mediolateral, and vertical ground reaction peak forces generated by force plate during golf swing. Method: 16 subjects (age: 20.5±4.2 yrs, height: 176.0±5.4 cm, weight: 77.8±5.9 kg, handy: 2.4±1.7) who is elite golf player in high school and university, participated in this study. The study method adopted three-dimensional analysis with 8 cameras and ground reaction force measurement with two force plate. The analysis variables were clubhead velocity, and ground reaction analysis variables set four events in each graph based on the peak forces commonly generated in Fx, Fy, and Fz graphs of the ground reaction data during the golf swing. Results: As a result of analyzing the influence of ground reaction magnitude difference on clubhead velocity, the influence on clubhead velocity was ym4, zm1, xm4, zm2. The larger ym4, xm4, zm1, the fasterthe clubhead velocity, but the smallerthe zm2, the faster the clubhead velocity. And in time difference, the influence on the clubhead velocity was in the order of xt4, zt1, zt3. The shorter xt4, zt1, zt3 showed faster clubhead velocity. Conclusion: The leftfoot played a leading role in increasing the velocity of the clubhead. Although the result was caused by the interaction of the right foot and the left foot during the swing, the role of the left foot is relatively large.

Electromyography 기법을 이용한 씨름 덧걸이 기술의 상체 근 동원 비교분석 (Electromyographical Analyses of Muscle Activities of Upper Trunk for Ssireum Dutguri Technique)

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze the muscle activities and the characteristics of muscle recruiting patterns of upper trunk for Ssirum dutguri technique using three top-ranked elite Ssirum players. The EMG technique was used to record muscle activities of both right and left sides of latissimus dorsi, biceps brachii, and erector spinae. Six surface electrodes were placed on the surface of the selected muscles and one ground electrode was also attached on the back of neck(C7). One video camera was also used to record the Ssirum motion to define 4 events and 3 phases for further analysis. The raw EMG data were filtered with band pass filter (50-400 Hz) to remove artifacts and then low pass filtered (4 Hz) to find the linear envelope which resemble muscle tension curve. This filtered EMG data were normalized to MVIC for the purpose of comparion between the subjects. The results were indicated that each subject with different physical characteristics showed very different muscle activity patterns. Although Ssirum dutguri is considered as foot technique the player grasped opponent's satba(belt) with both hands when they play. Because of this reason, activities of upper trunk muscles were relatively high. However, direct comparison between upper and lower body muscles was not possible due to the lack of the data in present study. Interestingly, all threes subjects showed that erector spinae muscle activity was comparatively higher than those of latissimus dorsi and biceps brachii. This implies to reinforce back muscle as a routine of training to improve performance or to prevent back injury.

tDCS를 결합한 고강도 인터벌 훈련이 축구선수의 유산소 운동능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation Combined High Intensity Interval Training on Aerobic Exercise Capacity of the Soccer Player)

  • Purpose : This study examined the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) combined high intensity interval training (HIIT) on the aerobic exercise capacity of college soccer players. Methods : The subjects of this study were 30 college soccer players. They were divided into a high intensity interval training group combining transcranial direct current stimulation (Group I) and a high intensity interval training group (Group II). Each group had 15 subjects randomly assigned. After receiving general soccer training, each group additionally received high intensity interval training combined with transcranial direct current stimulation and high intensity interval training for 30 minutes 5 times a week for 8 weeks. Their VO2max and 20 meter shuttle run test, Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test were analyzed before the intervention. After 8 weeks of intervention, the above items were re-measured and an intergroup analysis was performed. Results : As a result of comparative analysis of VO2max intake between groups, 20 meter shuttle run test and Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test, a statistically significant difference was found. The high intensity interval training group (Group I) combined with transcranial direct current stimulation showed a significant difference in aerobic exercise capacity compared to the high intensity interval training group (Group II). Conclusion : These results showed that high intensity interval training group combined with transcranial direct current stimulation was more effective for aerobic exercise. Based on this study, this study proposes an effective program for patients as well as elite athletes. In the future, it is necessary to develop an effective transcranial direct current stimulation program and to study how to apply it for various patients.

배드민턴 동호회의 스포츠 상해 예방을 지원하는 스마트의류 디자인 제안 (Designing Smart Sportswear to Support the Prevention of Sports Injuries in Badminton Club Activities)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 배드민턴 동호회 활동을 조사하고 배드민턴 활동에서 발생하는 스포츠 상해를 예방하는 스마트 의류를 디자인 개발하는 것이다. 고령화 사회에서, 스포츠는 생활체육으로 친숙하게 접하고 있으며, 점차 동호회 형식으로 발달되고 있다. 배드민턴 동호회 활동은 많은 스포츠 상해가 있으며, 특히 높은 발생률을 보이는 발목 부상은 스포츠 참여를 방해하는 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 발목 부상을 포함한 스포츠 상해를 예방하는 스마트의류의 디자인 프로토타입을 제안하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 첫째, 배드민턴 동호인들의 특성 및 고려사항, 그리고 스포츠 부상을 예방하기 위한 스마트 의류의 구성요소를 도출하였다. 둘째, 배드민턴 동호인들과 엘리트 배드민턴 선수, 전문가의 대상으로 스마트의류 사용에 따른 문제 및 사용자 평가들을 고찰하였다. 셋째, 선행연구와 사용자 평가 항목들을 통하여 스마트의류의 사용 시나리오를 도출하였다. 넷째, 발목 상해를 포함한 스포츠 상해를 방지하는 스마트의류 프로토타입을 사용 시나리오를 기반으로 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 스마트의류를 통하여, 스포츠 상해 예방에 도움이 필요한 배드민턴 동호인들은 스마트 단말기를 통해서 그들의 상해와 건강 상태를 가상 게임의 아바타로 모니터링이 가능하다. 이러한 가상 게임 시스템은 스포츠의 상해 및 건강에 관련한 정보에 접근을 용이하게 한다. 따라서 이와 같은 스포츠용 스마트의류는 배드민턴 동호인들의 부상을 예방하고 스스로 재검토를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구는 스포츠 상해를 예방하거나 스포츠 활동 또는 생체 신호 모니터링 하는 스마트의류 디자인 시에도 활용될 수 있다.
