  • Recently A Elevator system is specially important in human. life Also a elevator door is important to a elevator system. Normally a elevator door was moved by arm chain or belt. In this paper velocity pattern generation method was proposed for elevator door and reopen method which need to elevator door system was proposed, and descript the inverter system design method for the elevator door.

  • 현재 기업이나 고층건물, 아파트 등에서 사용되는 Elevator 시스템은 몇 층에서 사람들을 태우고 몇 층에서 사람들이 내릴 것인지를 각 층에서 Elevator를 기다리고 있는 사람들에게 표시하지 않는다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 Elevator가 운행할 층들을 각층에 표시할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 현재 이용되고 있는 Elevator 시스템에 제안한 시스템을 적용하면 Elevator를 기다리는 사람들에게 Elevator를 탈 것인지, 아니면 계단을 이용하여 직접 원하는 층으로 이동할 것인지를 판단할 수 있도록 해주고, 이것은 Elevator를 이용하려고 하는 사람들에게 엘리베이터 운행에 관한 정보를 미리 알려줌으로써 Elevator를 기다리는데 소비되는 불필요한 시간을 방지할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 또한, Elevator를 타려고 한 사람이 Elevator를 타지 않고 계단이나 Escalator를 이용할 경우 본인이 눌렀던 토글 스위치를 누르므로써 Elevator는 본인이 눌렀었던 층에 서지 않고 다른 층으로 운행할 수 있도록 구성할 것이다. 이렇게 구성한 시스템은 Elevator가 Elevator를 기다리는 사람이 없는 층에 서지 않기 때문에 전력면에서도 효율적이다.

  • Recently, a Elevator system is specially important in human life. Also a elevator door is important to a elevator system. In this paper, induction motor drive system using vector control was developed with high performance for elevator door system. For this, velocity pattern generation method was proposed. The proposed system is verified by experimental result with 400[w] induction motor drive system for the elevator door.

미국의 승강기 인증·검사체계의 현황과 시사점 (A Current State and an Implication of an Elevator Certification and Inspection System in U.S.A.)

  • An undeniable reason for elevator accidents is relevant to diverse defects of elevator itself including a fatal flaw in its managing system. In order to prevent and control disastrous accidents, Korean government established brand new department, Ministry of Public Safety and Security(MPSS) in 2014. For the field of elevator accidents, MPSS, hoping to take the lead, tries to reform related law and statutes. At this time, it is worthwhile to review foreign country's precedent to find out its applicable lesson. This study specially focuses on introducing U.S. legal system dealing with elevator safety area from the viewpoint of stressing the identity of local governments such as state, county, city etc. This article mainly reviews these four points: i) a current state of safety code, guide, standard for elevator in U.S.A. ii) an elevator parts certification system under ASME A.17.1, iii) an elevator inspection system in New York City, iv) an implication of an elevator certification and inspection system in U.S.A. to us.

Design and Implementation of a Smart Signage System based on the Internet of Things(IoT) for Elevators

  • The existing digital signage systems inside the elevators are a lack of tailored contents appropriate to the space and environment inside or outside the elevators. Also, they almost impossible to flexibly respond to various contents disclosure according to the demand of the consumers or the elevator markets. Therefore we design and implement an IoT(Internet of Things)-based smart digital signage system for the safety of elevator passengers.. In order to provide IoT-based information to the smart digital signage within the elevator, we propose an IoT system as a set-top box with gyroscope sensor, acceleration sensor, RFID(Radio-Frequency Identification), fine dust sensor, etc., which processes various data collected by the sensors and provides the elevator passengers with various tailored contents such as elevator driving information, environmental information inside and outside the elevator, and disaster information in addition to simple advertisement information. The proposed IoT system is a set-top box that operates the smart digital signage and has an independent information control processor based on the IoT sensors that do not depend on the elevator control system. For the proposed smart digital signage, it supports an operating system that is independent of the elevator driving service as well as the media service. So the smart signage system has a characteristic that it does not depend on the elevator control system since it is a stand-along IoT-based information control system. With the proposed system providing intuitive content for the surge, steep descent, and radical movements of an elevator due to an emergency situation, the elevator passengers should be able to recognize the situation quickly and respond accordingly. In the near future, the proposed system will expand the market of digital signage applied in conjunction with the development of contents in the disaster, safety and environment fields, and expect expected to revitalize related industries associated with signage.

  • Recently, elevator inspection and self-examination were strengthened through the revision of the Elevator Safety Management Act, but there have been no significant reduction in serious accidents and major failures. Therefore, the government intends to lay the foundation for reflecting the safety quality rating system, which adjusts the elevator inspection cycle, as a policy to induce safety management of preemptive and active management entities. This study systematically reviewed and classified the safety quality rating system for elevator inspection cycle adjustment in previous studies, collected expert opinions, and reconstructed the key items into realistic evaluation items, and evaluated and scored the relative importance of each factor through the AHP technique.

  • This paper presents the simulator system of high-speed elevator system, which can be implemented as 3-mass system as well as equivalent 1-mass system. In order to implement the equivalent inertia of total elevator system, conventional simulator has generally utilized mechanical inertia (flywheel) with large radius, which makes the size and weight of total simulator system large. In addition, the mechanical inertia should be replaced each time in order to test the another elevator system. In this paper, the simulation method using electrical inertia is presented so that the volume and weight of simulator system are greatly reduced and the adjustment of value of the inertia can be achieved easily by software. Experimental results show the feasibility of this simulator system.

  • An elevator system which is a essential equipment for a vertical movement of object, as a property of building, have been drove by various expenditure and purpose. Since developing electrical control technology, control systems are highly developed. An elevator equipment is expended to wide, but a data accuracy acquisition technique and safety predict technique for securing system safety is still basic level. So, objective verification for elevator confidence condition is required absolutely accuracy measurement technique. Therefore, this study is accomplished in order to conquer a method of depending on sense of a manager with a simple numeric measurement data, and construct a logical, analytical foresight system for more efficient elevator management system.

승강기 원격 관제를 위한 데이터 수집기 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Data Logger for Elevator Remote Monitoring)

  • 승강기 유지보수 업체는 다양한 종류의 승강기 유지 보수를 담당하고 있어 승강기 제조사, 승강기 모델에 독립적인 승강기 원격 관제 시스템이 필요하다. 이를 위해 각 승강기에서 수집된 승강기 운행 데이터를 수신하여 데이터베이스에 전송할 수 있는 데이터 수집기가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 중소 규모의 승강기 유지 보수 업체에서 활용할 수 있는 원격 관제 시스템의 데이터 수집기를 설계, 구현한다. 데이터 수집기는 승강기의 운행 상태를 전송하는 센서 모듈이 전송한 데이터 패킷을 수신하여, 데이터를 해석, 변환한 후 자체 개발한 API 를 이용하여 서버로 전송을 한다. 본 논문에서는 파이썬으로 구현한 데이터 수집기에 대해 기술하고, 실 운행 환경에 있는 승강기에 설치된 센서 모듈에서 전송한 데이터를 수신하고, API 서버로 전송하는 것을 화면에 표시된 로그를 통해 보인다.

IOT기반 효율적 관리를 위한 엘리베이터 시스템 제안 (Propose of Elevator System for Effective Management based on IOT)

  • 한국승강기안전관리원 사고현황 분석 자료에 따르면 안전사고 요인으로 이용자의 과실 부주의가 60%를 차지하여 안전한 엘리베이터 사용을 위한 수시 모니터링이 가능한 스마트 관리시스템의 필요성이 대두되는 시점이다. 이에 본 논문은 현재 엘리베이터 안전점검의 기준 및 사고 발생율을 살펴보고 기존 엘리베이터 관리시스템 구조와 자체 결함 감지 및 알림기능의 IOT기반 스마트 관리시스템 구조의 차이를 확인한다. 또한 엘리베이터 전문가 집단의 의사결정을 통해 IOT 기반 스마트 관리시스템을 도입할 경우 기대되는 관리 효과에 대해 신뢰성 검증을 한 뒤 기존 엘리베이터 안전사고의 주된 요인인 이용자의 과실 부주의에 대한 구체적 대안으로 제안한다.
