외국 아파트 입면계획에서 디자인 요소의 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Elevation Design Elements Through Analysis of Foreign Apartments)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of elevation design of apartment buildings in other countries, in order to search the new directions of elevation design planning of domestic apartment, so it can plan the qualitative improvement of housing environments can be fulfilled. This study will proceed to examine the following phase. As a preliminary study it trys to classify the formal characteristics of foreign apartment, in order to grasp the seven general ideas and methods of the elevation design through analyzing various design samples of well designed housing buildings. And it searches the variatino methods of the elevation design, and it can suggest the diverse elevation design samples of housing buildings.

유럽 집합주택의 입면 디자인 요소에 관한 연구 - 1980년대 이후 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Elevation and Facade Design Factors of European Multistory-Housing)

  • In the late twentieth century, the multistory housing has become the most preferred housing type. Moreover, in multistory housing design, not only interior design but also exterior design, uniqueness and characteristic have been added as significant factors in design to break simplicity and uniformity. The purpose of this study is to understand the tendency of the elevation design in Europe and to suggest the idea for elevation design for domestic. Also, each elements of elevation were analyzed through classification and schematization which categorized by its own characteristic. Design elements can be classified into three categories. They are corresponding with inner spaces, emphasizing visual expression of exterior material and texture, and presenting aesthetic factors of building shape. Those are named as the Spatial Externalization, the Visual Expression, and the Expression of Building Shape. In this frame nineteen elevations of sixteen different cases were analysed. As a result of case studies, it is clear that elevation designs were not standardized and each cases has its own characteristics. Also it showed how the each design elements can be coordinated as a total design and how they expressed identities of each housing. This study could contribute to motivate diversifying the design of multistory housing.

Foundation Differential Settlement Included Time-dependent Elevation Control for Super Tall Structures

  • Due to the time-dependent properties of materials, structures, and loads, accurate time-dependent effects analysis and precise construction controls are very significant for rational analysis and design and saving project cost. Elevation control is an important part of the time-dependent construction control in supertall structures. Since supertall structures have numerous floors, heavy loads, long construction times, demanding processes, and are typically located in the soft coastal soil areas, both the time-dependent features of superstructure and settlement are very obvious. By using the time-dependent coupling effect analysis method, this paper compares Shanghai Tower's vertical deformation calculation and elevation control scheme, considering foundation differential settlement. The results show that the foundation differential settlement cannot be ignored in vertical deformation calculations and elevation control for supertall structures. The impact of foundation differential settlement for elevation compensation and pre-adjustment length can be divided into direct and indirect effects. Meanwhile, in the engineering practice of elevation control for supertall structures, it is recommended to adopt the multi-level elevation control method with relative elevation control and design elevation control, without considering the overall settlement in the construction process.

  • Contemporary architecture is developing aspects of variety design. In spite of elevation is important section to express main concepts, it difficults to limit because it decisions inclusively elements. This thesis is on way to understand variety and dimness expression of architecture. The scope of this thesis is the analysis of Korean single housing. The components of elevation are mass, roof, shape of windows, materials, shape of floor plan. The analised types of expression are rationallity, technique, tradition of types of expression, the latter is harmony, revolution in the opposite direction of types of expression. The types of expression in elevation of Korean single housing have characteristic components. Elevation has important a matter on design process, I extect to reflect result of thesis to housing plan.

서울고등학교(高等學校) 외부색채(外部色彩)디자인 (An Exterior Color Design for Seoul High School)

  • This study is performed to improve the elevation design of schools by the tools of color. Color is a very powerful design tool, one that is capable of altering the perception of a building or a space. The present form and material of elevations of schools are very monotonous and uniform. Therefore students do not have attachment for schools. And also in neighborhood, schools do not function as a good landmark. This study aims to develop good sample of exterior color design for schools and verify the guideline of color design for schools which was went ahead of this study. Through the survey of color preference and color image preference of the students of Seoul High School, the attitude of students to color were considered in design. The exterior color design for Seoul High School was realized. The result of this study suggests that the exterior color design can improve the image and plasticity of present schools. But within the monotonous character of present elevation, the effect of color design will be limited. Therefore to make a effective project, exterior color design should be accompanied with the alteration of elevation to make a plastic element of elevation.

정적 불균형 모멘트가 존재하는 고저구동장치의 평형 메카니즘 최적설계 연구 (An Optimal Design Study of an Equilibrating-Mechanism for the Unbalanced Elevation-Drive System)

  • The unbalanced heavy-loaded elevation-drive system is composed of a hydraulic cylinder, a driving link-mechanism and an equilibrating-mechanism which compensate the static unbalanced moment of the elevation load. The Compensator for the unbalanced moment is composed of a hydrau-pneumatic accumulator and a hydraulic cylinder which act with the elevation cylinder together. Compensation of the variable static-unbalanced moment for the elevation-drive system is very difficult because these mechanisms imply highly nonlinear properties due to air conditioning characteristics and mechanical rotation of the link-mechanism. In this study, through the analysis of the already designed equilibrating-mechanism, the optimal design parameters of the equilibrating-mechanism is suggested.

2000 년대 초등학교 교사 입면의 디자인 구성요소에 의한 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics by Design Component Elements of the Facade in Elementary School Buildings in the 2000's)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics by design component elements of the facade in elementary school buildings after the 7th educational curriculum. This study choose twenty five elementary school as the subjects of the study. And among many elevations of building, an elevation that is alongside of the schoolyard is chosen because this elevation has the highest visual influence on passers-by. To begin with, this elevation is divided into the roof and the surface of a wall, The roof is divided into roof styles, existence of roof and materials. The surface of a wall is divided into design principles(balance, contrast, rhythm), the formal organization(basic elements and form, and transformation of form), the ornamental composition, materials and colors. The results of the research are summarized as follows: First of all, motifs of classical architecture were well expressed in this period and postmodern tendency had been shown until 2005. After Build Transfer Lease(BTL), however, tendency of classical architecture, contrast by the size of the form and base element by point disappeared. Instead, asymmetrical and flat tendency is expressed. Also, emphasized design of the building elevation appear by basic colors of Munsell, not motifs of classical architecture.

앙각변동에 따른 Ku 밴드 안테나 G/T 분석 및 실험 (Ku Band Antenna G/T Analysis and Experiment According to Elevation Angle Change)

  • 위성 단말기가 차량 이동하면서 통신을 유지하려면 실시간 안테나 방위각과 앙각 보정이 필요하다. 앙각 보정은 안테나에 유입되는 외부 잡음온도 변동을 수반하여 시스템 G/T에 영향을 끼친다. G/T는 안테나이득 G(Gain)와 잡음온도 T(Noise temperature)의 비율로 표현되며, 안테나 이득설계에 필요한 중요 성능지수이다. 본 논문은 앙각변동을 고려한 G/T 분석 및 안테나 설계절차 수립을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 ITU-R P.372 Radio Noise 권고사항에 따라 강우감쇠를 포함한 휘도온도와 앙각과의 관계를 분석하였다. 다음에 분석결과를 기반으로 안테나를 제작하여 G/T 측정에 의한 설계절차를 검증하였다. 이 실험을 통해 앙각에 따른 G/T를 확인하였으며, 시스템에서 요구되는 최소 안테나 이득 분석 및 설계절차를 수립할 수 있었다.

  • The unbalance heavy-load elevation driving systems are composed of rotating link-mechanism and hydraulic cylinder which actuates elevation and compensates the static unbalance moment of supporting mechanism. Control and compensation of gun driving is very difficult because these mechanism imply highly nonlinearities due to hydraulic fluid characteristics and mechanical rotation of link-mechanism. In this study, through the analysis of manufactured link-mechanism, the optimal link-mechanism design of the elevating system is suggested. Also to estimate the control performance of the unbalance heavy-load elevation servo-control driving system, modeling and simulation of the system are carried out. To prove the reliability of performance estimation program,simulation results are compared with the experimental results. Both results are similar, therefore this program will be helpful to study the control performance improvement of the system.

  • 본 연구는 수치 항공사진에서 생성된 수치표고모형에서 3차원 GIS를 이용한 도로설계와 모의주행에 관한 연구이다. 도로의 효율적인 설계를 위해서는 설계 이전부터 지형적인 특성을 고려한 경관분석은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 기존의 연구는 수치지도를 이용하거나 항공사진을 이용하더라도 산악지역에 국한된 연구를 주류가 이루어지고 있으며 실제 도로설계가 이루어진 지역에서의 항공사진을 이용한 연구사례는 아직 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항공사진으로부터 생성된 수치표고모형을 기반으로 실제 도로설계자료를 지형에 적용시켜 3차원 도로설계 및 모의 주행을 실시 하고자 한다.
