과학과 정보통신의 발달로 그리고 컴퓨터의 폭넓은 보급으로 지금까지 인력에 의해 이루어지던 제반 서류전달 및 서류결재가 컴퓨터에 의해 자동으로 처리하거나 수행할 수있도록 하는 공장자동화(Factory Automaton : FA), 그리고 사무자동화(Office Automation : OA)로 발전하였으며 이러한 기술을 무역업무에 적용시키는 무역의 사무자동화(Trade Automation : TA)에 무역업계와 무역관련기관이 관심을 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 한국의 무역자동화에 관한 현황을 고찰함으로서 EDI의 효용성과 가치, 필요성을 강조하고자 한다.

With the advent of new customs and practice of electronic records, the eUCP provides some useful guidance to accommodate the presentation of the paper documents electronically and also provides necessary rules to allow the UCP and eUCP to work together. There is no denying the fact that many of the UCP articles are not impacted by the presentation of electronic equivalent of paper documents, so the integrated application of the UCP and eUCP will be broad enough to allow for developing practice in this area. This study discusses some theoretical implication for efficient utilization of the global usages of letter of credit through the finding of optimal solution in the state of uncertainty caused by the electronic presentation of documents. This study suggest that the decision rules be developed to show how individuals choose optimal portfolio between the eUCP and the UCP that maximize their expected utility in letter of credit transaction, and also suggest that the optimal portfolio be determined at the point of tangency between the efficient trading line and the highest indifference curve in the mean-variance plane. This study finally recommends three rebuttable doctrines with regard to the relationship between the eUCP and UCP such as linkage characteristics, generation lap propensity, and homothetic application rule, which may be the critical standards for understanding of the integrated usages of the eUCP and UCP.

In general, the distribution structure of marine products is very vulnerable to the uncertainties in the process from the production to the sale, and a lot of difficulty is thus inevitable in the supply control. Such a distribution structure is a very critical issue in securing the suability of marine products through systematic quality and hygiene control of marine products, and it is thus time to discuss the method to innovate and restructuring the distribution structure of marine products. From this point of view, this study approached the flow from production to consumption in view of SCM(supply chain management) beyond the partial discussion conducted so far for the distribution structure in the field of marine products. Further, this study suggested the establishment of electronic commerce systems with a traceability system built in RFID for marine products as an alternative of redesigning distribution infrastructure in the ubiquitous environment. From the results, we assured that such an electronic commerce system would be a new measure to improve the structure currently causing inefficiency and excessive distribution cost for the distribution structure of marine products.

전자상거래는 글로벌 생산과 분배 공급 체인을 통합하고 최대화하도록 기회를 제공한다. 고객 선호도와 요구 변화에 따라 신속한 대처 능력과 새로운 기술의 활용 능력은 가장 중요한 요소이다. 다양한 회사의 컴퓨터들은 상호 통신하면서 컴포넌트의 가격과 유용성을 결정하고, 주문과 확인을 수행하고, 배송 시간을 협상한다. 본 논문에서는 이동 에이전트인 자바 애글릿을 기반으로 상거래 시스템 구축을 기술한다. 구매자를 대신한 애글릿들과 판매자를 대신한 애글릿들은 상품 거래소 시장으로 보내진다. 시장에서 자율적으로 주문과 배송을 협상하고, 최종 매매 결과와 실행코드를 구매자 및 판매자에게 되돌려온다. 우리는 전통적인 소매 시장을 시뮬레이션 함으로써 전자상거래 시스템이 자바 애글릿 기술을 이용하여 적절히 구축될 수 있음을 보여준다.

e-Trade Payment system has been transformed by quickly and effectively. The e-trade Payment system such as TradeCard System, Bolero Surf, Identrus Eleanor and e-Escrow and e-letter of Credit issued by SWIFT System enable partly sellers, buyers and service providers. This paper studies for SWIFT, Surf, TradeCard, Eleanor, e-Escrow as international trade payment, As reason following : The First, Bolero is a neutral secure platform enabling paperless trading between exporter, importer, and their logistics service and bank partners, insurance company. The Second, TradeCard is to manage procurement-to-payment worldwide, that is exporter, importer and connected partners, paperless platform. The Third, Identrus is the global leader in trusted identity solutions, recognized by global financial institutions, commercial organizations and bank partners around the world. The Forth, Escrow payment have effect to L/C issue and enter into electronic contracts in internet bank. Trader practice use Escrow Bank as the same bank that rules to Issuing Bank and Advising Bank and payment, acceptance. This paper of these electronic payment have studies new international trade payment to approach such as eUCP rules and TradeCard System, Surf of bolero, eleanor of Identrus, SWIFT.

This work describes a 3 V 12b 100 MS/s CMOS digital-to-analog converter (DAC) for high-speed communication system applications. The proposed DAC is composed of a unit current-cell matrix for 8 MSBs and a binary-weighted array for 4 LSBs, trading-off linearity, power consumption, chip area, and glitch energy with this process. The low-glitch switch driving circuits are employed to improve linearity and dynamic performance. Current sources of the DAC are laid out separately from the current-cell switch matrix core block to reduce transient noise coupling. The prototype DAC is implemented in a 0.35 um n-well single-poly quad-metal CMOS technology and the measured DNL and INL are within ${\pm}0.75$ LSB and ${\pm}1.73$ LSB at 12b, respectively. The spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) is 64 dB at 100 MS/s with a 10 MHz input sinewave. The DAC dissipates 91 mW at 3 V and occupies the active die area of $2.2{\;}mm{\;}{\times}{\;}2.0{\;}mm$

Electronic Data Interchange(EDI) is a relatively new technique around the world and enables the firm more competitive because of transmitting computer-generated documents directly to a firm's trading partner's computer across a telecommunication network. This study investigates the relationship among the organizational characteristics and information systems(IS) maturity, and the extent of internal and external diffusion of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) in Korean firms. The data for this study were collected from 131 firms that have implemented EDI. The results of t-test show that subgroups classified by industry, the extent of decentralization and formalization, and IS maturity, except the size of organization, are not different in the extent EDI diffusion. Also, the results of multiple regression analysis show that the size of organization is the major predictor of internal diffusion, and IS maturity and the size of organization are the major predictors in external diffusion of EDI. This study implies that the size of organization among organization characteristics and IS maturity should be considered as important variables for the diffusion of EDI system.

One of the important applications for business-to-business electronic commerce is in procurement and inventory management using electronic data interchange(EDI). Using online catalogs and approved supplier lists, firms can easily create requisitions and purchasing documents. The emerging trend in EDI technology is changed from VAN(Value Added Network) based EDI to XML based EDI. This paper intends to suggest a component-based XML/EDI system using Unified Modeling Language(UML), as an application system for automobile part industry. Applying component based XML/EDI systems designed with UML methodology, we analyzed the workflow and the document on procurement process between trading partners and implemented a prototype of efficient XML/EDI system, as a surrogate of existing VAN/EDI. The result of applying object-oriented CBD(Component Based Development) technique is to minimize the risk of life cycle and facilitate the reuse of software as mentioned to limitation of information engineering methodology. It enables the interoperability with corporate legacy systems such as ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), SCM(Supply Chain Management). This system proposes a solution to apply analysis phase and design phase in implementation of XML/EDI system. The implementation of XML/EDI system using CBD shows the ease of use in software reuse and the interoperability with corporate internal information system. The purchasing department with XML/EDI system can electronically communicate purchase orders, delivery schedules to external suppliers and interoperate with other application systems.

정보기술의 발달은 상거래 분야에서 인간이 아닌 기계 장치 소프트웨어 간의 거래가 이루어지도록 하였다. 이는 자율성이나 대화성 등의 능력을 갖추고 대리인의 기능을 하고 있다. 또한 기술이 발달함에 따라 이의 역할은 더욱더 확대될 것으로 예측된다. 그러나 그럼에도 불구하고 전자대리인에 대한 법적 지위에 대해서는 지금까지도 논란이 지속되고 있다. 특히 상거래에 있어서는 계약의 유효성과 귀속의 문제 등이 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 두 가지 제안을 하고 있다. 첫째, 법규의 제정과 보완이다. 전자대리인에 의해 이루어지는 전자적 의사표시의 성립과 효력 등의 내용을 민법에 수용하여 이에 대한 규정을 두고 귀속의 문제에 대해 전자대리인을 장기적으로 대리법적 접근 방법을 취하여 이에 대한 책임문제를 본인에게 귀속시켜야 한다. 둘째, 실무적 측면에서 쇼핑몰과 같은 웹사이트를 운영하는데 있어 거래와 계약의 효력에 대해 일반 협정조건을 제공하여 사용자로 하여금 계약에 구속됨을 명시할 수 있어야 한다.

전자상거래와 전자무역은 시간과 공간을 초월하는 사이버세계에서 수행되기 때문에 전통적인 상거래방식에 의하여 적용되는 법률과 제도만으로는 새로운 형태의 e-비즈니스 환경에 적용하기 어렵다. 따라서 전자게약, 운송서류의 전자문서화, 전자결제 등에 이용하기에는 많은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 WTO, OECD, UNCITRAL, APEC, 국제상업회의소(ICC) 등과 같은 국제기구에서 전자상거래 활성화를 위한 방안을 모색하고 있다. 그 중에서 대표적인 것이 전자상거래에 관한 UNCITRAL모델법과 미국의 통일전자거래법(UETA) 및 통일컴퓨터정보거래법(UCITA) 등이 있다. 이와 같은 상황하에서 국제적으로 전자계약 관련 국제규범의 정립, 전자식 운송서류의 활성화 및 글로벌 전자결제시스템 개발 등이 이루어져야 하며, 국내적으로도 전자계약법제의 도입, 디지털재화와 관련된 거래법 제정, 전자유각증권의 발행과 유통과 관련된 법률제정 및 전자자금이체법의 제정 등이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
