  • Due to the overwhelming importance the Internet gained nowadays, more and more sophisticated security services are requested. However many applications such as Internet Banking, Home Trading System, Electronic Medical Recede, electronic commerce, etc. are related to non-repudiation. Non-repudiation services are one of these new security requirements. ill comparison to other security issues, such as privacy or authenticity of communications, non-repudiation has not been studied intensively. Informally, we say that a protocol is fair if at the end of the protocol execution either originator receives a non-repudiation of receipt evidence and recipient receives a non-repudiation of origin evidence or none of them receives any valid evidence. The most non-repudiation protocols rely on a trusted third party(TIP) that has to intervene during each protocols run. the TIP may create a communication bottleneck. ill this paper, we suggest the digital signature recorder that guarantees fairness logically and supplies minimal network bottleneck to be composed verification server physically.

A Study on the Basic Requirements and Operation Plan of E-trade Platform (전자무역 플랫폼의 기본요건과 운영방안에 관한 연구)

  • The rapid development of internet information technology has increased interest in e-Trade these days, but it is not activated greatly up to now. In order to promote e-Trade, it is essential to construct cooperative process such as connecting systems among trade related parties. Building e-Trade platform which is based on the infrastructure of the past trade automatic system is key point of promoting e-Trade. To do this, a study on the basic concept and specific components of e-Trade platform is needed absolutely. At this point of view, after this paper has examined domestic and foreign studies on the fundamental technologies about electronic commerce, it drew several key technologies that could be applied to e-Trade considering the current IT trend. Then it evaluates these technologies according to Technology Reference Model(TRM) of the National Computerization Agency. This will help us to show the operation strategy as well as the concept of future e-Trade platform and its composition. On the basis of the theoretical background, this paper classified NCA's technology model into 6 fields, which are application. data, platform, communication, security and management. Considering the key technologies, e-Trade platform has to be mutually connected and accept international standards such as XML. In the aspect of business side, trade relative agencies' business process as well as trading company's process has to be considered. Therefore, e-Trade platform can be classified into 3 parts which are service, infrastructure and connection. Infrastructure part is compared of circulating and managing system of electronic document, interface and service framework. Connecting service (application service) and additional service (application service) consist of service part. Connecting part is a linking mutual parts and can be divided into B2B service and B20 service. The organization operating this e-trade platform must have few responsibilities and requirements. It needs to positively accept existing infrastructure of trade automatic system and improving the system to complete e-trade platform. It also have to continuously develop new services and possess ability to operate the system for providing proper services to demanders. As a result, private sector that can play a role as TTP(Third Trust Party) is adequate for operating the system. In this case, revising law is necessary to support the responsibility and requirement of private sector.

  • To realize a ubiquitous logistics management system using the smart object of Electronic Product Code(EPC) enabled RFID tag, the design and management of RFID Information Service is very important. RFID Information Service searches, transfers and responds to the other's PML request, but Physical Markup Language (PML) data management between trading system elements has issues of standardization of PML data description and processing, and problems of data traffic and communication time overload because of the innate distributed characteristics. As a complementary study, this research analyzes the usage patterns and data types of PML. On that analysis we provide a design of the distributed RFID Information Service architecture of PML data management that is using DB middleware. Standalone and Integrated type of RFID IS were proposed.

  • In this paper, we propose a non-intrusive load monitoring(NILM) system which can find the power of each home appliance from the aggregated total power as the activation in the trading market of the distributed resource and the increasing importance of energy management. We transform the amount of appliances' power into a power on-off state by preprocessing. We use LSTM as a model for predicting states based on these data. Accuracy is measured by comparing predicted states with real ones after postprocessing. In this paper, the accuracy is measured with the different number of electronic products, data postprocessing method, and Time step size. When the number of electronic products is 6, the data postprocessing method using the Round function is used, and Time step size is set to 6, the maximum accuracy can be obtained.

  • The ICC is amending international trade rules such as Incoterms to respond to periodically changing international trade environments. Moreover, a drafting group has been formed for developing the eighth amendment and the Incoterms. Due to the recent development of information and communication technology, interest in smart work is increasing globally. Smart work is a concept that enables works to be performed without time and space constraints, and the mobile office is a typical form of smart work. Smart work has brought significant changes to the way that workers perform their jobs, and it has considerable impacts on international trade transactions. This study examines the impact of the development of information and communication technology on electronic trade customs and analyzes the revision process of Incoterms for electronic document informatization. Also, we provide implications for the 8th amendment of Incoterms.

  • This study aims to, looking from a standpoint of network, has investigated the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace, the characteristics that can earn electronic trust from the users, and characteristics of the web-site. It has examined the mechanism whereby electronic trust be earned and how it affects web-site involvement and service transaction intention. Ultimately, The study attempts to make proposals whereby such trust can lead for a cooperative trading community in the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace The Covalence structural equation modeling was designed and empirically tested for the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace. The shipping industry employees were given questionnaires and data were analyzed. Except for perceived security of the three characteristic factors on the web-site, the perceived site quality and characteristics factors in operation only affected co-variables. Transaction Fairness was determined to be the most important factor among exogenous factors increasing electronic trust. With regards to transaction rules, if a transaction is beneficial only to one side, then no long term transaction will not take place. If the concerned parties properly recognize that transaction fairness is crucial to electronic transaction, then it will enormously contribute to successful operations of shipping e-marketplace. Also, Perceived efficiency in transaction also affects electronic trust. This reduces transaction costs and speeds up and simplifies the transaction process. It has reduced greater time and costs than existing off-line transaction, and would positively affect electronic trust. By making an open forum for participants to obtain information for transaction, they can gather useful information, and at the same time, the web-site operator can provide information, which, in turn, will increase electronic trust in electronic transaction. Furthermore, such formation of trust in electronic transaction influences shipping companies in such a way that they will want to continuously participate in the transaction, raising web-site involvement. The result of increased trust is that shipping companies in the future will do business with each other and form a foundation for continuous transactions amongst themselves. Consequently, the formation of trust in electronic transaction greatly influences web-site involvement and service transaction intention. The results of the study have again proved that in order to maintain continuous business relationship with the current clients, electronic trust in virtual space, which operates the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace, is important for the interested parties.

  • The types of properties traded in modern times are rapidly increasing due to changes in consumption patterns. However, as the type of properties traded increases, estimation about the value of properties may become inaccurate. There is a problem that it is difficult for consumers to estimate the right value and the variety of trading forms makes it difficult to guarantee the reliability of value estimation As access to a variety of properties has expanded, these shortcomings are considered to be a factor that hinders the stability of the shared economic market. In this paper, to resolve this issue, we present a blockchain-based property contract service through a trusted broker. The developed service registers trusted brokers into smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain and use them for the evaluation and contract process of properties. In addition, registered contents, proposals and contracts of properties are stored in the blockchain to ensure the reliability of the contract process. Every step of the contract process is stored in the smart contract, recorded in the transaction history of the blockchain, ensuring the reliability of the stored data. In addition, the entire process of registration, proposal, and contract is driven by smart contracts designed by state machine technology, enabling users to more securely control the contract process.

Proposal for 2-WAY Trade Verification Model that Based on Consensus between Trading Partners (거래당사자간 합의에 기반하는 온라인 전자금융 2-WAY 거래인증 모델 제안)

  • To verify remitter's identity when the remitter transfers money to a recipient using an electronic financial service provided by the financial institution, the remitter inputs the information; such as the withdrawal account number, the withdrawal amount, the password pre-registered with the financial company, or the information from authenticating medium that is previously distributed by the financial institution. However, the 1-Way transaction between the financial institution and the remitter is exposed to a great risk of accidents such as an anomaly remittance or a voice phishing fraud. Therefore, in this study, we propose a 2-WAY trade verification model for electronic financial transaction that can be mutually agreed by allowing the recipient to share the transaction information with the remitter and the financial company. We have improved the traditional electronic financial transaction's method by replacing it to 2-WAY trade method, and it is used for various purposes; such as preventing an error within the remittance or voice phishing fraud, enhancing loan transaction and contract transaction, etc. Through these variety of applications, we are expecting to reduce the inconveniences while improving the convenience of financial transaction and vitalizing the P2P transaction of financial institution.

An Empirical Study of Effect how e-Trade and e-L/C Impact on Business Performance in SME (우리나라 중소기업의 전자신용장 활용(e-L/C)과 사업성과에 관한 실증연구)

  • Recently, enterprise information management activities have been applied to promote electronic trade, while changing the paradigm of cross-border trade and overall trade business processes. L/C, which facilitates payment from the trade transaction in a company, has been able to eliminate the high cost and inefficient element of the trade process by utilizing the electronic letter of credit (e-L/C). This study examines the influential relationship among the e-trade utilizing factor (such as the perceived ease of use and the volition of CEO), the e-L/C and corporate performance, and the study aimed to verify the moderating effect of customer service level by organizations utilizing e-trade. For the purpose of the research, we conducted a survey implementing the e-L/C and analyzed the 338 data collected. The results of this research are as follows. First, the perceived ease of use and volition of CEO have positive impact on the e-L/C. Second, the e-L/C has positive impact on the business performance. Third, a moderating effect shows on the customer expectation level. The main implication of this study is that the perceived ease of use is to be considered preferentially than the volition of CEO in order to utilize electronic trading, and the volition of CEO shows synergy effect with customer service level by organization utilizing e-trade.

채권 전자거래 제도에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 미국과 유럽의 채권 전자거래에 대한 제도를 분석한 후, 우리나라의 채권 전자거래에 대해 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 미국과 유럽에선 채권 전자거래 시스템(Electronic Trading System, 이하 ETS)의 영업행위가 원칙적으로 증권 중개업의 관점에서 규제된다. 이러한 방향의 규제 체계는 다양한 형태의 채권 ETS가 등장할 수 있도록 하여 채권시장의 발전에 기여한다. 둘째, 우리나라의 $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$ 15조 2항 및 $\ulcorner$증권거래법시행령$\lrcorner$ 84조의27 6항은 다양한 형태의 채권 ETS의 등장을 원천적으로 봉쇄함으로써 채권시장의 발전을 저해하고 있다. 셋째, 현행 $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$ 15조 2항은 주식 및 선물거래에 대해서 계속 적용하되 채권거래에 대해서는 그 적용이 유보될 필요가 있다. 이를 통하여 $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$은 주식시장을 활성화 시키는 순기능을 유지하면서 채권 ETS의 등장을 원천적으로 봉쇄하는 역기능을 피할 수 있다. 넷째, $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$ 15조 2항이 채권거래에 대해서 적용되지 않는다면, $\ulcorner$증권거래법시행령$\lrcorner$ 84조의27 6항은 삭제되어야 하며, 대신에 증권거래법은 채권 ETS의 활동 범위와 요건을 정의해 주어야 한다. 채권 ETS의 활동은 원칙적으로 증권업자의 중개활동으로 간주되어야 한다. 채권 ETS의 중개 규모가 일정 수준을 넘어설 경우 거래소에 준하는 보고, 공시 및 감시 요건이 부과되는 것이 바람직하다. 다섯째, 채권시장의 효율성을 강화하기 위해서 채권 ETS에 대해서 적용되는 투명성 강화, 시장분할 방지, 공정거래 등에 대한 규제는 거래 대상의 특성에 따라서 탄력적으로 조정될 수 있어야 한다.
