  • The purpose of this article is to study on the Comparison of the Basic Law on Electronic Commerce and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act(UETA). The purpose of th Basic Law on Electronic Commerce is to contribute to the national economy by clarifying the legal effect of transactions by means of electronic messages so as to ensure the security and reliability thereof and to secure fair trade, and further by establishing sound and orderly transactions, and promoting electronic commerce. It is important to understand that the purpose of the UETA is to remove barriers to electronic commerce by validating and effectuating electronic records and signatures. It is not a general contracting-the substantive rules of contracts remain unaffected by UETA. Nor is a digital signature statute. To the extent that a State has a Digital Signature Law, the UETA is designed to support and compliment that statute.

  • Electronic Promissory Note started to reducing complexity in paper Promissory Note. In Recent the electronic documents and signature have the same validity as per documents and handwritten signatures. The movement of dematerializing promissory note is becoming common, and the National Assembly proposed Electronic Promissory Note Act of 2001 which is now being discussed in Korea. Especially the Electronic Credits is now becoming the most important means for payment of the business procurement both in on-line commerce and off-line commerce. Electronic Promissory Note has the same legal effect as the promissory note except that the Act provides to the Electronic Promissory Note specially.

  • This paper has presented the analysis of the micro-Doppler signatures scattered from the blades of the rotating propeller using the modified HHT method, one of the joint time-frequency analysis methods. The field scattered from the blade edge of the propeller was calculated using equivalent current method(ECM). After the acquisition of the scattered field data in the time domain, the modified HHT method was applied to analyze the micro-Doppler signature. The analysis results showed not only a good agreement with the realistic dynamic characteristic of the blade but also sinusoidally varing characteristics of the micro-Doppler signatures generated from rotating objects. It could be concluded that the joint time-frequency analysis via the modified HHT provided the discriminative characteristics for recognizing a small aircraft target with small RCS value.

  • Online signature verification is one of the simple and efficient methods of identity verification and has less resistance than other biometric technologies. To handle signature verification as a classification problem, it is necessary to gather forgery signatures, which is not easy in most practical applications. It is not easy to obtain a large number of genuine signatures either. In this paper, one class SVM is used to tackle the forgery signature problem and someone else's signatures are used as general handwriting data to solve the genuine signature problem. Someone else's signature does not share shape-based features with the signature to be verified, but it contains the general characteristics of a signature and useful in verification. Verification rate can be improved by using the general handwriting data, which can be confirmed through the experimental results.

  • A group signature scheme allows any member to sign on behalf of a group. It is applied to practical distributed security communication environments, such as privacy-preserving, data mining. In particular, the excellent features of group signatures, including membership joining and revocation, anonymity, traceability, non-frameability and controllable linkability, make group signature scheme more attractive. Among these features, non-frameability can guarantee that a member's signature cannot be forged by any other (including issuer), and controllable linkability supports to confirm whether or not two group signatures are created by the same signer while preserving anonymity. Until now, only Hwang et al.'s group schemes (proposed in 2013 and 2015) can support all of these features. In this paper, we present a new dynamic group signature scheme which can achieve all of the above excellent features. Compared with their schemes, our scheme has the following advantages. Firstly, our scheme achieves more efficient membership revocation, signing and verifying. The cost of update key in our scheme is two-thirds of them. Secondly, the tracing algorithm is simpler, since the signer can be determined without the judging step. Furthermore, in our scheme, the size of group public key and member's private key are shorter. Lastly, we also prove security features of our scheme, such as anonymity, traceability, non-frameability, under a random oracle model.

  • The effect of structural uncertainties or measurement errors on damage detection results makes the robustness become one of the most important features during identification. Due to the wide use of vibration signatures on damage detection, the development of vibration-based techniques has attracted a great interest. In this work, a review on vibration-based robust detection techniques is presented, in which the robustness is considerably improved through modeling error compensation, environmental variation reduction, denoising, or proper sensing system design. It is hoped that this study can give help on structural health monitoring or damage mitigation control.

  • We propose a new enhanced graphical user interface and algorithm for dynamic signature verification using Smart-phone. Also, we describe the performance results of our dynamic signature verification system, which determine the authentication of signatures by comparing and analyzing various dynamic data shape of the signature, writing speed, slant of shape, and the order and number of strokes for personal signatures using an electronic pen, expecting the system to be understood and utilized widely in the industrial field.

  • It has been common since ancient times to use fashion accessories to make a positive impression on others and develop personal brands. For this manuscript, I've designed a range of personalized electronic sounds and perfume accessories that use personalized scents and sounds to create memorable experiences. These have built-in auditory and olfactory actuators that can generate unique sound and fragrance signatures from the wearer and the other party. Based on the design explorations, I also discussed the issues of design and implementation of personalized electronic sound and fragrance accessories, as well as issues and additional business opportunities for the use of these personalized electronic sound and odor accessories in everyday life.

  • In this paper, we discussed various securities of electronic signature. Merchants or sellers must address all Internet security concerns. Security technology may secure the routes of Internet communication, but it does not protect consumers from people with whom they might choose to do business. To Protect consumer information, they must maintain physical security of their servers and control access to software passwords and private keys. Techniqaues such as secret and public-key encryption and digital signatures play a crucial role in developing consumer confidence in electronic commerce.
