기능창을 이용한 박판성형의 공정 최적화 (Application of Operating Window to Robust Process Optimization of Sheet Metal Forming)

  • It is essential to embed product quality in the design process to win the global competition. Many components found in many products including automobiles and electronic devices are fabricated using sheet metal forming processes. Wrinkle and fracture are two types of defects frequently found in the sheet metal forming process. Reducing such defects is a hard problem as they are affected by many uncontrollable factors. Attempts to solve the problem based on traditional deterministic optimization theories are often led to failures. Furthermore, the wrinkle and fracture are conflicting defects in such a way that reducing one defect leads to increasing the other. Hence, it is a difficult task to reduce both of them at the same time. In this research, a new design method for reducing the rates of conflicting defects under uncontrollable factors is presented by using operating window and a sequential search procedure. A new SN ratio is proposed to overcome the problems of a traditional SN ratio used in the operating window technique. The method is applied to optimizing the robust design of a sheet metal forming process. To show the effectiveness of the proposed method, a comparison is made between the traditional and the proposed methods using simulation software, applied to a design of particular sheet metal forming process problem. The results show that the proposed method always gives a more robust design that is less sensitive to noises than the traditional method.

우레아 첨가량 변화에 따라 수열합성법으로 제조 된 3mol%Y2O3-ZrO2 분말의 합성 및 기계적 특성 평가 (Hydrothermal Synthesis and Mechanical Characterization of 3mol%Y2O3-ZrO2 by Urea Contents)

  • The industrial manufacturing of YSZ products can be summarized as a three step process: a) hydrolysis of zirconyl chloride and mixing of other solutions, b) precipitation, and c) calcination. The addition of ammonia or OH- is essential in the precipitation process. However, a strong agglomeration was observed in the results of an ammonia or OH- addition. Thus, it is necessary to disperse the powders smoothly in order to improve the mechanical strength of YSZ. In this study, YSZ was synthesized using the urea stabilizer and hydrothermal method. YSZ powders were synthesized using a hydrothermal method with Teflon Vessels at $180^{\circ}C$ for 24 h. The mole ratio of urea to Zr was 0, 0.5, 1, and 2. The crystal phase, particle size, and morphologies were analyzed. Rectangular specimens ($33\;mm{\times}8\;mm{\times}1{\pm}0.5\;mm$) for three-point bend tests were used in the mechanical properties evaluation. The crystalline of YSZ powders observed a tetragonal phase in the sample with a ratio of Zr:urea = 1:2 addition and a hydrothermal reaction time of 24 h. The average primary particle size of YSZ was measured to be 9 nm to 11 nm. The agglomerated particle size was measured from 15 nm to 30 nm. The three-point bending strength of the YSZ samples was 142.47 MPa, which is the highest value obtained for the Zr:urea = 1:2 ratio addition YSZ sample.

  • 다양한 기능을 동시에 구현하는 최근의 전자제품을 위한 전력 시스템은 다양한 종류의 전원을 구비해야 하며, 고효율 저가격 특성이 필수적이다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 단일 변압기를 이용한 중용량급의 고효율 저가격형 다중출력 LLC 공진형 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안된 컨버터는 단일 변압기를 이용하고, 요구되는 출력 당 고가의 DC/DC 컨버터의 추가 없이 1 개의 보조 스위치만으로 구현되므로 구조가 간단하고 저가격화 및 효율 개선에 유리하다. 또한 제안된 회로의 모든 전력 스위치들은 ZVS 또는 ZCS가 가능하므로 EMI 특성이 우수하며 스위칭 손실을 최소화 할 수 있다. 최종적으로 제안된 컨버터 및 전원시스템의 우수성과 이론적 분석의 타당성 검증을 위해 42" FHD급 PDP용 전원회로를 위한 시작품을 제작하여 고찰된 실험결과를 제시한다.

나노분말이 분산된 에폭시 섬유수지의 전자파차폐 효과 (Electromagnetic Wave Shielding Effect of Nano-powder Dispersed Epoxy Resin Composite)

  • Electronic products are a major part of evolving industry and human life style; however most of them are known to emit electromagnetic waves that have severe health hazards. Therefore, different materials and fabrication techniques are understudy to control or limit transfer of such waves to human body. In this study, nanocomposite powder is dispersed into epoxy resin and shielding effects such as absorption, reflection, penetration and multiple reflections are investigated. In addition, nano size powder (Ni, $Fe_2O_3$, Fe-85Ni, C-Ni) is fabricated by pulsed wire evaporation method and dispersed manually into epoxy. Characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction, Scanning electron microscopy and Transmission electron microscopy are used to investigate the phase analysis, size and shape as well as dispersion trend of a nano powder on epoxy matrix. Shielding effect is measured by standard test method to investigate the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of planar materials, ASTM D4935. At lower frequency, sample consisting nano-powder of Fe-85%Wt Ni shows better electromagnetic shielding effect compared to only epoxy, only Ni, $Fe_2O_3$ and C-Ni samples.

나노초 및 피코초 레이저를 이용한 FPCB의 절단특성 분석 (FPCB Cutting Process using ns and ps Laser)

  • Ultraviolet laser micromachining has increasingly been applied to the electronics industry where precision machining of high-density, multi-layer, and multi material components is in a strong demand. Due to the ever-decreasing size of electronic products such as cellular phones, MP3 players, digital cameras, etc., flexible printed circuit board (FPCB), multi-layered with polymers and metals, tends to be thicker. In present, multi-layered FPCBs are being mechanically cut with a punching die. The mechanical cutting of FPCBs causes such defects as burr on layer edges, cracks in terminals, delamination and chipping of layers. In this study, the laser cutting mechanism of FPCB was examined to solve problems related to surface debris and short-circuiting that can be caused by the photo-thermal effect. The laser cutting of PI and FCCL, which are base materials of FPCB, was carried out using a pico-second laser(355nm, 532nm) and nano-second UV laser with adjusting variables such as the average/peak power, scanning speed, cycles, gas and materials. Points which special attention should be paid are that a fast scanning speed, low repetition rate and high peak power are required for precision machining.

태양광 웨이퍼링 슬러리 재생 다공성 SiC 세라믹 히트싱크 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Porous SiC Ceramic Heat Sink from Solar Wafering Slurry)

  • 최근 들어 전자제품 소형화로 인한 방열의 중요성이 대두되고 있는 가운데 다양한 소재의 히트싱크가 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 태양광에너지 소재산업에서 발생하는 슬러리로부터 SiC를 성공적으로 분리하여 다공성 세라믹 히트싱크를 개발하였고 알루미늄 히트싱크, 순수 SiC 히트싱크와 방열성능 비교실험을 통해 다공성 재생 SiC 세라믹 히트싱크의 방열성능을 검증하였다. 실험 결과, 다공성 재생 SiC는 알루미늄 히트싱크 대비 방열성능이 우수함을 확인하였는데 이는 미세기공으로 인한 전열면적 증가에 기인한다. 또한, 수치해석을 사용하여 미세기공이 방열성능에 미치는 영향을 대류열전달계수 증가로 정량화하였다.

소셜커머스 속성이 신뢰, 몰입과 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Social Commerce Attributes on the Trust, Flow and Loyalty)

  • 본 연구는 전자상거래 및 소셜커머스 분야의 선행연구를 토대로 소셜커머스의 속성으로 명성, 가격, 이용용이성, 즐거움 등의 4가지 요인으로 도출하여 신뢰와 몰입을 매개변수로, 충성도를 종속변수로, 이용품목을 조절변수로 설정하고 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구모형과 가설을 도출하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소셜커머스의 속성인 명성과 가격이 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 소셜커머스의 속성 중 이용 용이성을 제외한 나머지 변수는 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 소셜커머스의 신뢰가 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 넷째, 소셜커머스의 신뢰와 몰입이 충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 소셜커머스의 속성이 신뢰와 몰입에 미치는 영향은 이용품목에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 소셜커머스 분야의 실무운영자들에게 소셜커머스 운영에 필요한 다양한 시사점을 제시하였다.

주력산업에서 가치전략과 재무성과의 상관관계 (Correlation between Value Strategies and Financial Performance in Leading Industries)

  • Korea's five leading industries-chemical, automobile, shipbuilding, metal and electronics-have been the growth engines of the Korean economy for the last 30 years. However, with their performance weakening in the past few years, Korea's annual growth rate has dropped to less than 2%. Just as the Japanese economy struggled through the lost decades, Korea's leading industries have been facing signals of arriving at a Strategic Inflection Point ("SIP") since the mid-2000s. The objective of this study is to present an appropriate value strategy for Korean firms in leading industries to gain sustainable competitive advantages. This paper examines the following issues : First, it diagnoses the signs and timing of SIP for the five leading industries. Second, this study examines 78 Korean and Japanese firms in order to understand the adaptation strategies of the highest and lowest performing firms from a value strategy point of view. Third, it empirically analyzes the correlation between the indicators of value strategy and the accounting performances of the Korean and Japanese firms. The data set used in the cluster analysis were collected from KISLINE database of NICE Information Service and annual reports. The findings in the case analyses of high and low performing companies show that high value-added specialty chemical materials and electronic component manufacturers that had a strong focus on value creation were defined as high performing companies. And in the cosmetic and automobile industries, companies with a strong emphasis on value appropriation gained high performance. Furthermore, the study conducted a cluster analysis based on two indicators R&D and advertisement expense. The analysis shows that a significant gap exists in the operating incomes among three groups classified under the value strategy. The study recommends that Korean firms are requested to increase R&D expenditure, conduct M&A and collaborate with companies that own source technologies to narrow the technology gap and improve their segment portfolio from commodity to value-added products.

가속수명시험을 이용한 Packaging Substrate PCB의 ECM에 대한 신뢰성 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reliability Prediction about ECM of Packaging Substrate PCB by Using Accelerated Life Test)

  • As information-oriented industry has been developed and electronic devices has come to be smaller, lighter, multifunctional, and high speed, the components used to the devices need to be much high density and should have find pattern due to high integration. Also, diverse reliability problems happen as user environment is getting harsher. For this reasons, establishing and securing products and components reliability comes to key factor in company's competitiveness. It makes accelerated test important to check product reliability in fast way. Out of fine pattern failure modes, failure of Electrochemical Migration(ECM) is kind of degradation of insulation resistance by electro-chemical reaction, which it comes to be accelerated by biased voltage in high temperature and high humidity environment. In this thesis, the accelerated life test for failure caused by ECM on fine pattern substrate, $20/20{\mu}m$ pattern width/space applied by Semi Additive Process, was performed, and through this test, the investigation of failure mechanism and the life-time prediction evaluation under actual user environment was implemented. The result of accelerated test has been compared and estimated with life distribution and life stress relatively by using Minitab software and its acceleration rate was also tested. Through estimated weibull distribution, B10 life has been estimated under 95% confidence level of failure data happened in each test conditions. And the life in actual usage environment has been predicted by using generalized Eyring model considering temperature and humidity by developing Arrhenius reaction rate theory, and acceleration factors by test conditions have been calculated.

Synthesis and Aminolysis of N,N-Diethyl Carbamic Ester of HOBt Derivatives

  • The reaction of N,N-diethyl carbamates of 1H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-1-ol (4-HOAt) 7, 3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-3-ol (7-HOAt) 8, 1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-1-ol (HOBt) 9, 6-chloro-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-1-ol (Cl-HOBt) 10, 6-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-1-ol ($CF_3$-HOBt) 11, and 6-nitro-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-1-ol ($NO_2$-HOBt) 12 with morpholine and piperidine in $CH_3CN$ underwent acyl nucleophilic substitution to give the corresponding carboxamide derivatives. The reactants and products were identified by elemental analysis, IR and NMR. We measured the kinetics of these reactions spectrophotometrically in $CH_3CN$ at a range of temperatures. The rates of morpholinolysis and piperidinolysis were found to fit the Hammett equation and correlated with $\sigma$-Hammett values. The values were 1.44 - 1.21 for morpholinolysis and 1.95 - 1.72 for piperidinolysis depending on the temperature. The $Br{\phi}$nsted-type plot was linear with a $\beta_lg = -0.49 \pm 0.02$ and $-0.67 \pm 0.03$. The kinetic data and structure-reactivity relationships indicate that the reaction of 9-12 with amines proceeds by a concerted mechanism. The deviation from linearity of the correlation ${\Delta}H^#$ vs. ${\Delta}S^#$ and plot of $logk_{pip}$ vs. $logk_{morph}$ and $Br{\phi}$nsted-type correlation indicate that the reactions of amines with carbamates 7 and 8 is attributed to the electronic nature of their leaving groups.
