병원근로자들의 역할인식과 직무만족과의 관련성 (Relevance of role perceptions and job satisfaction of Hospital workers)

  • 이연구의 목적은 의료인을 제외한 병원종사자들의 역할인식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시행되었다. 연구대상은 486명의 의료지원 부서를 대상으로 하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과 정책결정이 직무만족에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 비의료직 종사자들의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 병원관리자들이 그들의 역할인식 정도를 높이기 위해 노력해야 할 것이다. 이연구의 한계점은 직무만족을 세부적으로 측정하지 않아서 직무만족에 더 중요하게 영향을 미치는 변수를 보여주지 못했다.

전자상거래시 소비자정보탐색과 소비자만족에 관한 연구 (Consumers′ Information Search and Satisfaction in Electronic Commerce)

  • This study examined which factors were related to the amount of consumer information and the level of consumer satisfaction in electronic commerce. The sample (n= 426) was composed of those who had already engaged in e-commerce. T-test and ANOVA were completed to investigate how the amount of information and the level of satisfaction differ by socioeconomic, internet-related, and purchase-related characteristics of the consumers. The results of this study were as follows: First, consumers who were female and college graduates were more likely to search lots of information in e-commerce. The amount of consumer information was positively related to both the years of internet experiences and the time used on internet per day. Second, consumers who were male, aged on 30s, and who were college graduates with higher incomes were more likely to gather information about product functions, while consumers who were female with less experiences of internet shopping were more likely to consider the brand name. Third, income and education level were positively associated with the level of consumer satisfaction in e-commerce. Those who have experienced lots of purchase in e-commerce were generally satisfied with the shopping in e-commerce. Fourth, the amount of consumer information was positively related to the level of consumer satisfaction, especially satisfaction regarding product qualify and the convenience of shopping in e-commerce.

  • This study is to test some expected performances coming from the introduction child care electronic voucher system, and suggest some policy implications. At first, this study established causal model on the expected performances of child care electronic voucher system, and then tested it through structural equation model on the base of survey. Survey was made through sampling employees of child care facilities in Gwangju Metropolitan City. This study showed that the expected effects of child care electronic voucher system are significant. This study suggested some implications basing on this analytical results.

기계경비시스템 이용자의 안전욕구충족 척도 개발과 적용 (Development and Application in Measurement of Security Need Satisfaction From Users of Electronic Security System)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기계경비시스템 이용자의 안전욕구충족 측정도구를 개발하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하고 이를 적용 하여 기계경비시스템 이용집단 간에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2008년 서울(용산 종로), 경기도(수원)의 대도시에서 편의점, 귀금속점, 통신업체, 은행, 관공서 등 기계경비시스템 이용자를 모집단으로 설정하여 유의표집법(purposive sampling)을 이용해 최종분석에 사용한 자료는 262명이다. 안전욕구충족 측정도구는 문헌고찰, 개념적 정의 및 설문지 초안 작성, 전문가 회의, 예비검사 및 본 조사, 설문지의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증 등의 과정을 통하여 개발되었다. 설문지의 타당도를 검증하기 위해 전문가 회의를 하였으며, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 환경적, 심리적, 신체적, 물리적, 정보적 안전욕구 등의 5개 요인을 추출 하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통하여 이 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 기계경비시스템 이용자의 안전욕구충족의 타당도는 매우 높다. 즉, 환경적 안전욕구의 설명력이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기계경비시스템 이용자의 안전욕구충족의 신뢰도는 매우 높다. 내적일관성 신뢰도 Cronbach's $\alpha$값이 .765 이상으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기계경비시스템 이용자의 안전욕구는 은행근무 집단에서 가장 높게 영향을 미친다. 즉, 은행과 기계경비시스템 업체와의 긴밀한 협력체제를 통하여 환경적, 신체적, 물리적 안전욕구가 지속적으로 충족될수록 은행근무 집단의 불안요소는 감소한다. 또한 정보적 안전욕구는 편의점 집단에서 가장 높게 영향을 미친다. 즉, 기계경비시스템 업체는 새벽시간대에 더욱 많은 서비스를 제공해주고, 각종 영상정보시스템을 구축.보완해 줌으로써 편의점집단의 불안요소는 감소한다.

전자의무기록시스템을 이용하는 간호사의 만족도가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구 (A Convergence study on the effects of satisfaction of nurses using the Electronic Medical Record system on job stress)

  • 본 연구는 전자의무기록시스템을 이용하는 간호사의 만족도가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 융합적으로 규명하여 간호사의 만족도를 높여 간호사의 직무스트레스를 효과적으로 관리하는 방안을 마련하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구방법은 2014년 8월 1일부터 2014년 9월 1일까지 G 광역시에 소재한 C 대학병원에서 전자의무기록을 사용하는 간호사를 대상으로 설문 조사한 자료 377부를 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 전자의무기록 사용자의 만족도가 높을수록 직무스트레스는 감소하였다. 아울러 전자의무기록에 대한 간호사의 만족도를 지속적으로 향상시키기 위하여 실제적인 직무스트레스 중재 관리프로그램이 마련되어야 하며 간호기록 작성 시간이 단축되어 환자에게 양질의 간호서비스를 제공할 것으로 기대되며, 전자의무기록의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 정기적으로 전자의무기록시스템에 관한 지속적인 간호교육 등 적절한 관리가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

쇼핑몰의 인지도별 전자상거래의 성공요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Critical Success Factors of Electronic Commerce by Shopping Mall Awareness)

  • 쇼핑몰의 급속한 발전은 기업과 소비자간 중간유통단계를 거치지 않고 직접 연결이 가능하게 되었으며, 이로 인해 중간마진과 물류비용을 절감할 수 있게 되었다. 나아가 무역방식과 금융방식 모두 획기적인 변화가 예상되고 있다. 국내외 전자상거래 시장이 급격히 발전함에도 불구하고 전자상거래의 성공요인에 관한 연구는 실제 미흡한 상태로 이에 대한 연구는 매우 유용한 일이라 판단된다. 본 연구결과 가격 및 보안, 쇼핑몰 인터페이스 및 신뢰, 사용의 편리성이 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 인지도가 높은 쇼핑몰일수록 고객만족도가 높은 것으로 규명되었다.

일개 종합병원 전자간호기록시스템 도입 후 중기 평가연구 (Intermediate Evaluation after the Introduction of Electronic Nursing Record System in a General Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study intended to evaluate the intermediate effects of using Electronic Nursing Record System which was introduced 4 years and 4 months ago. Methods: Participants were 65 nurses engaged in 3 shifts in a general hospital. The specific methods were identification of nursing activity times by means of nurses' self-recording in structured forms, survey of user satisfaction using questionnaires, and examination of nurses' responses to open-ended questions about using the system. Results: The direct nursing activities took more than 50% of the time during day and evening shifts. In night shift, direct nursing activities took more than 41% of the time. Comparing to the initial evaluation, measured at 10 months after the introduction, the time spent in indirect nursing activities have decreased about 10% in each shift. The user satisfaction was 3.54 points which was higher than 3.33 points measured at 10 months after the introduction. The nurses recommended some changes needed in the current system to make it better, such as speeding up the system. Conclusion: The intermediate evaluation shows reduced indirect nursing time, increased direct nursing time, and improved user satisfaction.

에스닉 레스토랑의 품질속성이 소비자의 만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Quality Attributes on Customers' Satisfaction and Revisit Intention in the Ethnic Restaurant)

  • Purpose: This study examined the influence of restaurant quality attributes on customers' satisfaction and their intention to revisit by investigating the moderating effects of customers' electronic word of mouth evaluation about ethnic restaurants. The study was based on a total of 215 samples obtained from social networking service users in a metropolitan area from July 10 to 25, 2015. The major findings are as follows. Methods: The data were analysed using frequency, factor analysis, regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: According to the results of factor analysis, quality attributes were separated into three factors: food, service, and atmosphere. According to the results, food attributes, service attributes and atmosphere attributes had an affect on customers' satisfaction, between quality attributes and revisit intention, only food attribute had an affect on revisit intention. It showed also that customers' satisfaction had an affect on revisit intention. Customers' electronic word of mouth (eWOM) evaluation was found to moderate the relationships between service quality attributes and satisfaction. Conclusion: Implications and future research were also discussed.

The Effects of Scarcity Messages and Impulsivity on Customers' Rational Purchase Decision-Making Process in Group-buying Social Commerce

  • This study attempts to extend the customer value - customer satisfaction - customer loyalty framework by introducing key constructs of scarcity messages as a major environmental stimulus and the urge to buy impulsively as its response in the context of group-buying social commerce, across countries including Korea and China. More specifically, this study proposes that scarcity messages influence customers' value perception (i.e., utilitarian value and hedonic value) and thereby influencing customer satisfaction and further customer loyalty. Moreover, the study suggests that scarcity messages and utilitarian and hedonic values arouse the urge to buy impulsively. In the Korean sample, the results show that scarcity messages increase both utilitarian and hedonic values as well as the urge to buy impulsively, which in turn leads to customers' satisfaction and further loyalty. Besides, customer satisfaction is determined by utilitarian value, not hedonic value. In the Chinese sample, utilitarian value-related relationships are insignificant. More specifically, scarcity messages only influence hedonic value which increases the urge to buy impulsively. Besides, customer satisfaction is determined by both utilitarian and hedonic values, but not by the urge to buy impulsively.

간호학생의 교육용 전자간호기록 시스템 적용 효과 (An Effect of the Application of Educational Electronic Nursing Record System for Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of educational Electronic Nursing Record System in terms of nursing process preparation ability and satisfaction about the system itself. Methods: A one group pre-post experimental study design was utilized in this study. The effectiveness of the system was examined through quality of nursing diagnoses, interventions, and outcomes and electronic nursing record system satisfaction inventory. Junior and senior nursing students were the potential study respondents and evaluation instruments were applied only for the one who agreed to participated in the study. Education about nursing process and electronic nursing record system was carried out as part of regular classes and students were guided to prepare nursing process upon the scenarios developed earlier. Results: 29 juniors and 33 seniors prepare nursing process documentation related to each scenario and both groups showed significant improvement upon nursing process documentation (t=7.53, p<.001, t=3.23, p=.003, respectively) compared to paper based nursing process preparation. Satisfaction about system itself was 2.78(0.81). Conclusion: Educational electronic nursing record system seems to be effective to train nursing students for nursing process preparation ability. Effort to enhance its utility are called in the area of education and system itself.
