In 2003, the Uniform Commercial Code(UCC) which is a kind of model law to unify commercial law between several states in US was amended to use electronic document of title including bill of lading. It is the second following the Australia legislation in 1996. Also, the Korean government amended Commercial Act and made the Presidential Decree for using electronic bill of lading in 2008. In this paper the authors reveal the characteristics of the clause of UCC for electronic bill of lading. The characteristics of the clause are on the technical neutrality of the signature, the possibility of reissuance in alternative medium, and adoption of the concept of "control." It helps to suggest some implications for Korean government authority. The authors suggest the amendment of the Presidential Decree to the Korean government authority to use additionally digital signature authorized by non Korean government such as VeriSign. It will activate the use of electronic bill of lading issued by Korea repositary out of Korea.

전자 장비들은 전자파 간섭을 통해 다른 시스템에 영향을 주어서 오작동을 야기할 수도 있고 혹은 다를 시스템에 의해 자신이 오작동을 일으킬 수도 있다. 따라서 전자 장비들은 다른 시스템이 오작동을 일으키지 않는 범위에서 전자파 간섭을 주고 다른 시스템에서 전자파 간섭을 일으켜도 오작동을 일으키지 않도록 설계되어야 한다. 전자 장비들이 이러한 조건을 만족하는지를 확인하기 위해서는 전자파 환경시험을 하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 KSR-III 김발엔진 구동 시스템에 있는 전자 장비들의 전자파 환경 규격과 시험 절차 및 결과를 소개하고자 한다.

We know there are tremendous increasing of electronic commerce transaction but don't have efficient method to cover the risk of it. Even though the risk why we make a deal by electronic commerce. The reason, I think, is its conveniences of little cost and by no means of papers or tele-communications. When the valid contracts are achieved you may have some problems because of different legal systems of the world. If the contractual quarrels break it is very difficult to solve it. So it is important to choose the governing law to avoid troubles when you make the contract on internet electronic commerce. The purpose of this study is to review the general principles of contract of internet electronic commerce.

The aim of this paper is to identify the barriers to the B2B e-commerce development in China's pharmaceutical industry and to devise an effective strategy for its future development. Built on a detailed investigation of the market structure and recent development of electronic commerce in China's pharmaceutical industry, this paper proposes that the key issue in the development of effective B2B e-commerce business models is the successful transformation of the inter- organizational information systems into electronic marketplaces. In order to ensure the success of such electronic marketplaces, a government driven approach will be needed. In the process, designing an incentive compatible mechanism of coordinating the interest of all the market players will be the prerequisite.

Whenever moving surfaces of machine driving elements interact in air and lubricating oil, oxidization film on the surfaces are generated. It is effect to prevent friction and wear on contact area. Since the electronic current progress the oxidization of metal, if the electronic flow be regulated, the thickness of oxidization film can be regulated and friction characteristics can be improved. But the electronic current can deteriorate friction characteristics, so various characteristics must be investigated on transforming of electronic current. Therefor, using the Norton equation in this study, short current were transformed between frictional materials using ball on disk type tester. It was studied on effect of electronic current for friction characteristics.

"Throttle-by-Wire" is an electronic throttle system in which mechanical cables and hydraulics are replaced by a fieldbus network, electric motors and sensors. It is crucial for an electronic throttle to design a controller that can offer an accurate and fast reference tracking performance in the presence of nonlinearities, such as friction in the gearbox and "limp-home" nonlinearity. This paper presents a nonlinear dynamic inversion based control algorithm for electronic throttle systems. Using the proposed method, the specified control performance can be achieved by canceling inherent nonlinear characteristics of the electronic throttle system. The control performance is investigated through a set of simulation results.

In this paper the electronic and optical properties of various poly(3-alkylthiophene)s differing in alkyl chain length were investigated. And their dependence on temperature were also investigated. The electrical conductivity decreased with the increase of alkyl chain length. In addition optical properties were changed due to the shift of edge energy which was caused by the change of the alkyl chain length and rise of temperature. The conformational change of poly(3-alkylthionphene) depending on the alkyl chain length is believed to be responsible to the change of electronic and optical properties of materials.

Phase transitions from the amorphous to crystalline states, and vice versa, of GST(GeSbTe) and AST(AsSbTe) thin films by applying electrical pulses have been studied. These materials can be used as nonvolatile memory devices. The thickness of ternary chalcogenide thin films is approximately 100 nm. Upper and lower electrodes were made of AI. I-V characteristics after impressing the variable pulses to GST and AST films. Tc(crystallization temperature) of AST system is lower than that of the GST system, so that the current pulse width of crystallization process can be decreased.

In this paper, we have designated a 42-inch RGB LED BLU, 80 % above illuminance. A desirable brightness performance was attained, by doing anti-parallel configuration, a fitting of LED's strip distance and a height of the top of LED to the back of the LCD. We get the 85.81 % of the brightness uniformity which has 12.8 mm away from LED's top and LCD's back and 51.41 mm of the same spacing between LED's strip in simulation and 82.24 % in experiment.

The importance of Electronic Commerce and internet has been rapidly increasing. For the global information society in the $21^{st}$ century, government aims for the successful execution of the project for the construction of KII(Korea Information Infrastructure). However, the research on applications of KII is not enough to relate with Electronic Commerce and its impact. In this paper, we present a brief introduction to KII and its characteristics. Through the detailed analysis of application factors on KII, the relationship and inter-necessity between KII and Electronic Commerce are investigated. Also, This, work studies the aspects of law, security, and Informatization- mind for the guided directions of activating Electronic Commece on KII. Finally, the implementation strategy for Electronic Commerce is suggested.
