The implementation of electronic transaction raises some new legal and institutional problem so it is necessary for us to prepare alternatives. As the development of electronic transaction is difficult without smooth settlement of dispute the pursue of smooth settlement of dispute is very important menu. while the most common method relating to the settlement of dispute is litigation. them relating to the litigation, the subject of governing law so jurisdiction and the subject of governing laws should be resolved above all. Further more in addition, the old act prior act was regarded as insufficient in that it lacked rules on international governing law to adjudicate, or international adjudicatory governing law, where as the expectation of the public was that the private international law should function as the basic law of the legal relational encompassing rules on governing law given the increase of It international disputes. for the move the private international law has also attracted more attention from the korean. Therefore, governing law to application concerned about electronic transaction should be prepared and the environment to keep electronic transaction secure and stable be guaranteed. And we should make plans to protect companies and consumers and should make efforts to expand electronic transaction infrastructure .

Electronic commerce that use Mobile Phone according as the radio Internet develops rapidly and performance of Mobile Phone develops is activated. It is said that electronic commerce that use these Mobile Phone is M-Commerce. Also, the most important controversial point is data security or an user certification technology at these electronic commerce, there are research reactor WPKI and WTLS about this technology. However, when transmit message again after sign electronic documents in Mobile Phone, if do not encrypt, danger exists to be exposed to outside. Therefore, in this paper, designed system to encipher document that handle and handles user certification applying XML electronic sign technique in Mobile environment. Prevent of XML electronic sign in Mobile environment through this paper, and can stave off danger from outside by enciphering electronic sign document.

With the changes in information production and transaction, the ratio of electronic resources in library collection is increasing. Statistical date on usage of electronic resources is an important indicator for library management and development of information service. This study analyzed current state of global standards of usage statistics, and definition and features on electronic resources. It also provides current states of usage statistics data on electronic resources applied by major vendors and publishers. Based on the results of the study, this study proposed the methods to apply statistical data on usage of electronic resources to library management and development of information service.

In order to obtain mono-dispersed Fe NPs with high saturation magnetization, quantitative analysis method to investigate the growth dynamics of the Fe NPs synthesized by a conventional thermal decomposition method has been developed. As a result, fast nucleation process promotes formation of ~4 nm of initial nucleus with a non-equilibrium phase, resulting in low saturation magnetization. And slow particle growth with atomic-scaled surface precipitation mode (< 100 atoms/($min{\cdot}nm^2$)) can form the growth layer on the surface of initial nucleus with high saturation magnetization (~190 emu/$g_{Fe}$) as an equilibrium a phase of Fe. Therefore, higher stabilization of small initial nucleus generated just after the injection of $Fe(CO)_5$ should be one of the key issues to achieve much higher $M_s$ of Fe NPs.

In conclusion, we have to expand our own ability of research and development to keep the continuous growth of our Electronic Commerce market and industries through the development of new product and prior acquisition of market as well as to expand the path of various technology aquisition by the strategic M&A and capital investment with the leading foreign enterprises.

Nowadays Several Countries like USA and Republic of Korea introduced Electronic Litigation System in the civil sector, and this introduction of electronic system affected several changes dramatically management environments of many firms. Especially in Republic of Korea this electronic litigation system is introduced by the purpose such as decrease paper document, cost down of litigation and the transparence, but till now most enterprises don't prepare about electronic litigation. This introduction of electronic litigation system changes the circumstance of the law environment, firms have to prepare solutions about changes of litigation systems and changes of firma management systems.

In this paper, an electronic ID system satisfying security requirements of authentication certificate was designed using fingerprint recognition. The proposed electronic ID system generates a digital signature with forgery prevention, confidentiality, content integrity, and personal identification (=non-repudiation) using fingerprint information, and also encrypts, sends, and verify it. The proposed electronic ID system exploits fingerprint instead of user password, so it avoids leakage and hijacking. And it provides same legal force as conventional authentication certificate. The proposed electronic ID consists of 4 modules, i.e. HSM device, verification server, CA server, and RA client. Prototypes of all modules are designed and verified to have correct operation.

Due to the rapid development of science technology and the main characteristics of the defense industry, such as long development period, design complexity, high possibility of discontinuing parts due to long life cycle, and small quantity production, it can cause increasing of the inflow possibility of counterfeit electronic parts and deteriorating the reliability of weapons systems. This paper presents the specific criteria for the identification of electronic parts to be verified for mass produced weapons systems after the development is completed, and the identification and verification methods for the inflow of counterfeit electronic components.

According to the growing interest in the digital convergence throughout society, the convergence of creative and new forms is emerging recently in various fields. Research methods to explore the diversity of academic studies have been studied in the field of study. As one of these methods, research on electronic cultural atlas that has features of convergence studies is gradually spreading. In this paper, we examine existing electronic cultural atlas and then, compare and analyze them. In details, existing electronic cultural atlas are comparative analyzed on the basis of base map, interface, and function. Through the results of comparative analysis, the efficient production of electronic cultural atlas are examined.
