  • 인터넷의 급속한 성장에 따라 전자사전에 대한 트랜잭션 처리를 기반으로 하는 상용 응용 소프트웨어의 사용이 증가하고 있다. 그 전형적인 예로서 인터넷 검색엔진을 들을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 고성능 전자사전의 구축을 위한 새로운 접근방법을 제시한다 전자사전의 메모리 구현에 있어 트라이 데이터 구조를 사용하는 기존의 방식과는 달리, 본 논문에서 제시하는 방식은 다차원 이진트리 구조를 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 다차원 이진트리 기반의 전자사전이 ED-MBT(Electronic Dictionary based on Multidimensional Binary Tree)의 구현 내용과 실용적인 응용 소프트웨어에서 ED-MBT가 갖는 성능향상에 관한 세부적인 분석 결과를 제시한다.

  • 현재 공공기관에서 시행되고 있는 각종 부동산전자상거래 관련 서비스 현황을 분석하고, 부동산전자상거래를 우선적으로 적용 시행한 사례를 선택하여 분석하였다. 분석을 통해 정부 주도의 부동산전자상거래 시스템의 구성단위별 구축방안을 모색하고, 단위시스템 구축의 우선 순위를 검토하였으며 부동산컨텐츠정보를 DRM 서버에 전달하고 인증받은 후 복호키와 라이선스만 다운로드 받기 때문에 P2P기술이 가지고 있는 장점을 최대한 살리면서 콘텐츠의 가장 큰 문제점인 저작권 문제를 해결 할 수 있도록 한다.

  • 현대 사회는 인터넷의 급속한 보급과 발전으로 사회활동 전반에 걸친 변화를 주도하고 있으며, 새로운 형태의 상거래인 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래(Electronic Commerce)가 확산 발전되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공용 키 (PKI)에 기초를 두는 네트워크형 전자지불 프로토콜을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 프로토콜은 컨텐츠 거래를 위해 개발된 NetBill 시스템의 익명성을 보장하지 못했던 단점을 보완하였다. 또한 온라인 상에서 제공된 디지털 콘텐츠에 대해 인증번호를 부여함으로써 무단 복제를 방지하고 최대한 안전성이 확보되도록 하였다.

Electronic Cash for Central Bank′s Monetary Policy

  • Electronic cash affects central bank in many areas, in particular regarding the issuance of money, supervision of cashless payments, supervision of the banking system and monetary policy. The effects of electronic cash on central bank policies, the security and integrity of the payment system, and naturally also on single sector such as company engaged in the transport of money and valuables, depend mainly on the extent to which the new payment methods can replace cash. The possible development of electronic cash merits special attention from central banks for at least three reasons. First, central banks are concerned that the introduction of the new payment instrument should have no adverse effect on public confidence in the payment system and payment media. Second, although the substitution of electronic cash for other forms of money should not theoretically hamper central bank's ability to control the money supply, it might, however, have practial implications, at least in the long run, which need to be carefully examined. Third, because electronic cash may be used for payments of very small value, they have the potential, more than any other cashless instrument, to take over the role of notes and coins in the economy and, therefore, have implications for central bank's activities and revenues.

전자식 태키미터에 의한 수치지형도의 자동제작에 관한 연구 (A Study on Automated Production of Digital Cartographic Map by Electronic Tacheometer)

  • 전자기술의 발달은 각과 거리를 자동으로 측정하고 저장하며 기록할 수 있는 전자식 태키미터를 등장시켰다. 전자식 태키미터는 3차원 지형정보의 획득으로부터 데이터베이스의 구축 및 지형도의 제도가지 자동적인 데이터의 흐름을 가능케하는 측량장비라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 전자식 태키미터를 이용하여 수치지형도를 자동제작 할 수 있는 시스템을 연구하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구를 위하여 일정한 지역을 선택한 다음 평판 및 전자식 태키미터에 의하여 지형도를 작성하고 이를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 전자식 태키미터에 의한 지형도의 제작은 매우 정확하고 효율적임을 알 수 있었다.

  • Recently, as a electronic components are becoming more high-density, so that electronic circuits have smaller pitches between the leads and are more vulnerable to insulation failure. And the reliability of electric insulation has become an ever important issue as device contact pitches and print patterns shrink. Ion migration occurs in highly humid environment as voltage is applied to an installed print circuit. Under highly humid and voltage applied circumstances, electronic components respond to applied voltages by electrochemical ionization of metals, and a conducting filament forms between the anode and cathode across a nonmetallic medium. This leads to short-circuit failure of the electronic component. In thesis, we study acceleration test of ion migration in FR-4 PCB plated with Sn. Voltage applied test of FR-4 PCB circuits plated with Sn was tested in the temperature and humidity environments. As a result of this test, equation of acceleration model was derived.

Design and Performance Analysis of Electronic Seal Protection Systems Based on AES

  • A very promising application of active RFID systems is the electronic seal, an electronic device to guarantee the authenticity and integrity of freight containers. To provide freight containers with a high level of tamper resistance, the security of electronic seals must be ensured. In this paper, we present the design and implementation of an electronic seal protection system. First, we propose the eSeal Protection Protocol (ePP). Next, we implement and evaluate various cryptographic primitives as building blocks for our protocol. Our experimental results show that AES-CBC-MAC achieves the best performance among various schemes for message authentication and session key derivation. Finally, we implement a new electronic seal system equipped with ePP, and evaluate its performance using a real-world platform. Our evaluation shows that ePP guarantees a sufficient performance over an ARM9-based interrogator.

알카리 식각과 반응성 이온 식각을 이용한 결정질 실리콘 2단계 표면 조직화 공정 (Two Step Texturing Using RIE and Wet Etching for Crystalline Silicon Solar Cell)

  • Lowering surface reflectance of silicon wafer by texturization is one of the most important processes to improve the efficiency of silicon solar cells. Generally, the texturing of crystalline silicon was carried out using alkaline solution. The average reflectance of this method was 11% at the wavelength between 400 and 1,000 nm. In this study, the wafers were first texturing by NaOH solution at $80^{\circ}C$ for 35 min. Then the wafers were texturing by $SF_6$ and $O_2$ plasma in RIE (Reactive Ion Etching). The average reflectance of two step texturing was reduced to below 5% at the wavelength between 400 and 1,000 nm.

쿼드로터 자세제어를 위한 센서융합 연구 (Study of Sensor Fusion for Attitude Control of a Quad-rotor)

  • We presented a quad-rotor controlling algorithm design by using sensor fusion in this paper. The controller design technique was performed by a PD controller with a Kalman filter and compensation algorithm for increasing the stability and reliability of the quad-rotor attitude. In this paper, we propose an attitude estimation algorithm for quad-rotor based sensor fusion by using the Kalman filter. For this reason, firstly, we studied the platform configuration and principle of the quad-rotor. Secondly, the bias errors of a gyro sensor, acceleration and geomagnetic sensor are compensated. The measured values of each sensor are then fused via a Kalman filter. Finally, the performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated through experimental data of attitude estimation. As a result, the proposed sensor fusion algorithm showed superior attitude estimation performance, and also proved that robust attitude estimation is possible even in disturbance.

위성 데이터 전송용 2축 짐벌식 X-band 안테나 구동용 전장품 APD 열 해석 (Thermal Analysis of APD Electronics for Activation of a Spaceborne X-band 2-axis Antenna)

  • The thermal analysis of electronic equipment is required to predict the reliability of electronic equipment being loaded on a satellite. The transient heat transfer of electronic equipment that was developed recently has been generated using a large-scale integration circuit. If there is a transient heat transfer between EEE(Electric, Electronic and Electro mechanical) parts, it may lead to failure the satellite mission. In this study, we performed the thermal design and analysis for reliability of APD(Antenna Pointing Driver) electronics for activation of a spaceborne X-band 2-axis antenna. The EEE parts were designed using a thermal mathematical model without the thermal mitigation element. In addition, thermal analysis was performed based on the worst case for verifying the reliability of EEE parts. For the thermal analysis results, the thermal stability of electronic equipment has been demonstrated by satisfying the de-rating junction temperature.
