The electronic commerce of agricultural products provides benefits both to the farmers and the consumers because of direct transaction between producers and consumers. This study analyses the factors affecting consumer's purchase intention that are using electronic commerce. And the purpose of this study is to contribute to increasing the farmer's income while operating electronic commerce by applying the results of this analysis. Consumer's purchasing factors in electronic commerce were obtained through literature reviews. The research model is established with the factors and analyses through the structural equation model. The results are as following; the first is how the quality of agricultural products affects positively consumer's satisfaction and trust. When sufficient information about the seller and the products are provided in the shopping mall site there are positive effects on the consumer's satisfaction and trust. The factors of convenience like purchasing time, saving, delivery convenience affect positively consumer's satisfaction. However, the relationship with trust enhancement could not be confirmed. In addition, hypotheses of positive relationships between economic feasibility factors like low price, satisfaction and trust, were rejected. Finally, consumer's satisfaction affects trust, and both the consumer's satisfaction and trust affects positively the purchase intention. In summary, in the electronic commerce of agricultural products, consumers might use electronic commerce as they purchase the reliable high quality products directly from farmers rather than be affected by economic feasibility and convenience factors.

There is no doubt that electronic commerce facilitates international trade and lower transaction cost and help firms make the best of the opportunities of market access. The comprehensive programs had been implemented to provide better electronic commerce environments by international organizations such as OECD, UNCITRAL, APEC and etc. Especially, WTO plays the most important role to implement efficient forms and rules on electronic commerce after Seattle 3rd Ministerial Conference. Member countries recognize the need to conduct the electronic commerce in compliance with the principles and rules of WTO. However, there are many issues to be solved such as the clarifications of concepts and definitions, the possibility of adaptation of technological neutrality In GATS, the Imposition of taxation in electronic commerce transactions and the methods of protecting copyright as well as trademark. The Implementation of concrete forms and rules of electronic commerce in the WTO will be influential to international trade as the member countries have to adapt them In their transactions. Considering that further discussion will be continued in GATS, we need to analyze the problems and strategies for electronic commerce.

As the varification of public library services has been come true through the increase of multimedia information accompanied with the development of information tachnology and the advent of various electronic materials the repetitive and labo intensive process has been cut down by the development of network system. Recentrly the electronic library using outside networks electronic library facilities at the time of their new contructions. In this study it is aimed that the outline of the library planning is presented with the case analyses of domestic and foreign libraries especially concerning the kinds and features of the required spaces for electronic libraries their scale basic facilities. The conclusions of this study are : First the spaces requred for electronic library are as mentioned below: catalgue are equipped with terminal information service center reference room electronic reading room computer training center and conference room. Second computer room for management and electronic information center has been made recently in the Library of Seoul City. The space for librarians room is to be 5.48$m^2$ per person on average and for electronic information center of library provided with an exclusive use is to be 5.1$m^2$ per person.

ISO 26262 is an international standard for the functional safety of electric and electronic systems in vehicles, and this standard has become a major issue in the automotive industry. In this paper, a functional safety compliant electronic control unit (ECU) for an electric power steering (EPS) system and a demonstration purposed EPS system are developed, and a software and hardware structure for a safety critical system is presented. EPS is the most recently introduced power steering technology for vehicles, and it can improve driver’s convenience and fuel efficiency. In conformity with the design process specified in ISO 26262, the Automotive Safety Integrity Level (ASIL) of an EPS system is evaluated, and hardware and software are designed based on an asymmetric dual processing unit architecture and an external watchdog. The developed EPS system effectively demonstrates the fault detection and diagnostic functions of a functional safety compliant ECU as well as the basic EPS functions.

With the success of Kindle, an electronic book reader developed by Amazon.com, there has been a growing interest in both electronic books and readers in Korea. In this paper, we analyze electronic book user needs through fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and conjoint analysis. First, we select the important factors which can affect the intention to purchase electronic book readers by applying the fuzzy AHP with the help of electronic book experts. Next, we perform conjoint analysis to reveal the detailed needs of electronic book users for each of the selected factors. Some useful implications and research limitations are also presented with future research directions.

Purpose: The success of electronic commerce businesses is the ability to retain the customers and inspire their loyalty in online shopping. The purpose of this study is to develop a model to study the effect of perceived mental benefits, online trust, and hedonic value on the elements of electronic loyalty. Research design, data and methodology: Mixed research method was applied in this study with qualitative and quantitative research method. Qualitative data was collected through focus group discussion with electronic commerce experts. Quantitative data was collected through a survey of 917 customers, in which conducted in four cities and one province in Vietnam. SmartPLS software is used for processing quantitative data. Results: The study points out that four constructs of the mental benefit concept, although not entirely, have an impact on online trust and hedonic value. At the same time, two antecedents of electronic loyalty's three elements are online trust and hedonic value. Conclusions: Through the positive influence between the elements in the conceptual model, the study has shown that the perceived mental benefits, online trust, and hedonic value are important factors to shape the electronic loyalty in developing countries, such as Vietnam. This study proposed some scientific and managerial implications.

Today, As the internet and electronic publishing technology was powerful and there are many benefits to using various academic information which has an electronic document of high quality. Many researchers had much required to see a full-text of electronic document. There was an requirement of digital achieving activities between countries for each other electronic document in order to safely preserve and services. In this paper, we have implemented an electronic document local-hosting system to provide free service to KESLI member institutions and provide pay-per-view service to individual users and small/medium size companies who are not member of KESLI and builded national long-term preservation system of electronic information resources.

Electronic reference service was defined as reference service designed for remote users and identified by a specific link from a library' website. This study examined whether academic libraries deliver web-based electronic reference services to remote users. Particularly, four types of electronic bulletin board services, free bulletin board, FAQ, Q＆A and reference question-response service were measured in terms of 8 types of questions and 12 contents of questions. The result showed that there was few differences among 4 services. Guidelines for effective use of electronic bulletin board services in academic libraries were suggested: standardization of service names, easy access to menu services, definition of each menu, search function for contents and standard web forms.

By e-Financial Transactions Act enacted in January 2007, the financial institutions are responsible for indemnifying user's damage to ensuring security of the electronic financial transactions and to protecting financial users when suffering from electronic financial accidents. However, when occurring unauthorized financial transactions or electronic financial accidents by user's moral hazard, it is difficult to determine where the accidents happened at and whether caused by the intention or gross negligence of users. To protecting financial parties and ensuring the security and reliability of electronic financial transactions, this paper attempts to propose the means, what enhance the notification process about financial transactions and to strengthen IT regulatory compliance by using area information about electronic financial transactions, to protect risk of the financial accidents.

It's not easy to detect the specific compounds from various compounds that fermented in bioreactor. The electronic nose was an instrument, which comprised of an array of electronic chemical sensors with partial specificity and an appropriate pattern recognition system, capable of recognizing simple or complex volatiles. It can conduct fast analysis and provide simple and straightforward results and is best suited for quality control and process monitoring in field of biotechnology. This review examined the application of electronic nose in biotechnology and brief explanation of its principle. In this minireview numbers of applications of an electronic nose in biotechnology include monitoring fermentation process, to overcome interference with alcohol, and to detect contaminant microorganism were discussed. The electronic nose would be useful for a wide variety of biotechnology when correlating analytical instrumental data with the obtained data from electronic nose.
