At present, on increasing to use a computer network and internet network, Internet Trade has been rapidly created and developed in international Electronic Commerce. However, Internet Trade has not been continued to grow up without supporting by a efficient Logistics System. Because it is very important to delivery contract commodities to consumer with speedy, accurate, steady, convenient services. International Logistics System is consisted of demand forecasting, order processing, packing, labeling, shipping documentation and consumer service into three distant phases of transaction, distribution and payment. International Logistics System can be done more efficiently and effectively by using Internet Logistics System. Therefore it is very important to implementing a efficient Internet Logistics System.

Electronic data interchange (EDI) is a new technology of information communication which can make offices paperless. This study develop an EDI system to communicate informations among companies using computer systems. The system consists of five modules-document I/O, translation, system management, communication, and additional modules. The database of EDI documentation standards has been constructed by the table-driven method. The communication module provides three communication modes-RS232C, MODEM, and message handling system (MHS). The system performance has been improved by the method of data compression and data encryption which prevent the communication delay and illegal users. This EDI system can be used as a front-end, back-end, or stand-alone mode.

This paper is to introduce the definition and background of EDMS and present real customer project in manufacturing industry as reference. EDMS has DM, Workflow, Imaging and COLD as key components and should be interconnected with many advanced technology, such as SAP, PDM and KMS. Managing and controlling documents is an important part of business success. The number of electronic documents in use in the workplace is escalating rapidly, making it difficult for conventional IT systems to take full advantage of the benefits of digital documentation "A"company implemented DM and Workflow based on groupware So, all of SPECs and drawings could be easily stored and accessed via LMS. Also, the cycletime of ECN/DCN process could be reduced to one or two days from one or two weeks more The overhead resources from the managing documents and involving with work process could be re-deployed to the more productive positions and the increasing of revenue is expected soon because of the competitiveness. "A"company is expected to have more benefits, that is, lots of tangible and intangible benefits from now on.

To accomplish international electronic commerce via the Internet, the most serious dilemma is the international payment system. The BBL is a secure and effective electronic commerce framework for the replacement of traditional paper documents by electronic messages via the Internet providing significant benefits in terms of cost savings, improved logistics and reduced errors in documentation. The most important legal obstacles in the BBL are how to secure authenticity, non-repudiation and message integrity as well as the status of negotiability equivalent to paper B/L. These kinds of functions may be carried out through the electronic title registry of the Bolero International Limited. The technical structure is supported contractually by the Bolero Rulebook. And other documents except B/L can be made out without any legal or technical problems. What are the handicaps of the BBL in its practical use at this time? I can summarize the current and expected problems as follows: First, the fee to join Bolero Association Limited is burdensome to sellers, buyers and trade related organizations all over the world. Second, the liability in errors or defaults in operating central data registry of Bolero International Limited is limited to U.S.$100,000. The amount is not sufficient to the many bulk cargo owners to cover the damages. Third, businessmen are used to traditional paper documents; therefore it takes much time for them to change their customs and practices. So the BBL and traditional papers would be used simultaneously for the time being. Finally, it is very important to incorporate the Rulebook, a multilateral contract binding on all users signed, in each domestic law, which will accomplish the uniform law basis.

PURPOSE. The aim of this study was to determine whether two methods of documentation, print and electronic forms, for the assessment of patient-reported outcomes (PRO) in complete denture wearers provide comparable results. The study also quantified the time needed for filling the forms by each method. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Thirty participants enrolled in a university clinic answered two forms (a questionnaire for denture satisfaction and OHIP-EDENT). They provided answers with two application methods in a random order, with a one-month interval between them: (1) electronic forms on a tablet computer; and (2) print forms. The methods were compared in terms of mean results, correlation/agreement, internal consistency, and spent time. RESULTS. Mean results for both methods were similar for each denture satisfaction item (100-mm VAS) and OHIP-EDENT summary score. Both questionnaires presented good internal consistency regardless of the application method (Cronbach's ${\alpha}=0.86$ or higher). Correlation and agreement between the methods regarding specific items was at least moderate for the majority of cases. Mean time for the electronic and print forms were 9.2 and 8.5 minutes, respectively (paired t test, P=.06, non-significant). CONCLUSION. The electronic method is comparable to print forms for the assessment of important PRO of prosthetic treatment for edentulism, considering the results and time needed. Findings suggest the viability of replacing print forms with a tablet for applying the tested inventories in clinical trials.

다중안테나 송수신을 활용하는 MIMO 시스템은 5세대 이동통신의 용량 증대를 위한 핵심 기술 중 하나이다. MIMO 관련 기술에 대한 적절한 성능 평가가 이루어지기 위해서는 공간 채널이 반영된 무선 채널 모델의 적용이 필요하며, 이에 적절한 채널 모델로서 3GPP에서 TR36.873 문서를 통해 제안한 3차원 공간채널모델(3-Dimensional Spatial Channel Model; 3D SCM)이 있다. 본 논문에서는 3D SCM 기반 채널 시뮬레이션 환경을 구현하고 검증하며, 이를 통해 확인되는 UMi 및 UMa 특성을 제시하고 비교한다. 또한, UMa 시나리오에 MIMO 전송 환경을 도입하여 안테나 배열 간격의 변화에 따른 안테나 원소 간의 채널 상관도를 살펴보고, 이에 따른 수율의 변화를 확인한다. 섹터 내 사용자를 무작위 균일 분포시켰을 경우에 대해 수평 및 수직 안테나 원소 간격 변화에 따른 채널 전력 상관도를 측정함으로써, SCM 환경 하에서 전송 성능을 결정하는 통계적 특성을 제시한다.

형사사법정보시스템(KICS)는 형사사법절차의 전자화를 촉진하여 신속 공정하고 투명한 형사사법절차를 실현하고자 하는 목표 하에 시행되고 있다. 그리하여 형사사법 분야의 대국민 서비스를 개선하여 국민의 권익신장을 위해 형사사법포털을 구축하여 운영되고 있다. 2008년 법원이 사법부의 독립적 기능 침해 및 개인정보보호를 우려하여 반대하면서 사법부와 타 기관간의 독자적 시스템 운영과 연계를 제시하였다. 이러한 형사사법정보시스템은 첫째, 단일 형사사법기관에서 서류 작성하여 형사사법기관 간 문서교환에 소요되는 비용 및 원가를 절감시킴으로써 사무생산성을 향상, 둘째, 전자문서시스템을 이용함으로써 의사결정 과정이 단순화 신속화하고, 문서 접수에서부터 편철 및 보존에 이르는 문서처리절차가 비약적으로 축소되어 업무개선을 통한 조직의 경쟁력 제고에 기여, 셋째, 전자문서를 이용하게 되면 정보의 축적이 용이하고, 다양한 정보에 용이하게 접근할 수 있어 국민에 대한 정보제공을 원활하게 함으로써 열린 정부의 실현을 촉진할 수 있으며, 형사사법체계의 네트워크를 구축하여 전자통합효과를 극대화함으로써 형사사법체계 전반의 업무 효율성을 제고시키는 장점과 평가를 받고 있다.

본 논문은 교육 현장의 전산 기자재 관리의 비효율성을 바꿔나가고 새로운 변화에 적응력을 키워나가는 취지에서 접근하였다. 현재 각 학교에는 교원 1인당 1 PC가 보급되어 있으며, 네트워크 환경도 잘 구성되어 있다. 이러한 환경을 기초로 본 논문에서는 학교에서 작성 되고 있는 관리 대장을 전자 문서화함으로써, 관리 대장의 검색, 생성, 삭제, 삽입, 변환 등에 따른 업무 비효율성을 최소화하였다. 본 연구에서는 전자 문서화 시스템의 서버 프로그램으로 RW-APM을 사용하였으며, 여러 가지 대화형 게시판과 SMS를 이용한 관리자 호출을 통해 관리자뿐 아니라 일반 사용자들도 시스템과 학교 장비의 문제점에 대해 의견을 나눌 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 전산 기자재 관리 대장 시스템은 여러 실무 담당자들의 의견을 수용함으로써 교육 현장에 최적화 된 환경을 제공하기 위해 노력하였다. 이러한 시스템을 확장하여 활용한다면 교육 지원 활동에 대한 효율성을 높일 수 있으며, 이는 교사와 학생들의 교육 활동에 긍정적인 효과를 줄 것으로 기대된다.

City Train Technology that is large and complex system and consists of mechanical, electronic, electric, materials, computer, communication, civil/track etc. is very important area of railway industry, national fundamental industry. The standardization of city train system as a public transportation method and foundation of national economy is very important in order to do effective operation and to get fundamental technology, and the information system of the standards is required to operate the city train system effectively. By building data base of city train system design knowledge using computer-aided system engineering tool-Cradle, the system development issues and the design solutions are used by all engaged persons, and are managed by modeling and documentation. And this system will support architecture design consistently and effectively by applying this system to formalize early development process, to system requirements and configuration management, to system interface analysis and management and to system behavior analysis etc.. This study is for construction of data base of system design knowledge through making data base of many kinds of standards using CASE tool based on System Engineering Process, and introduces a model to support concurrent engineering for all engineers involved in system development allowing access to standard DB through Web from anywhere and at anytime.
