Generally, there are laser operating equipments( aligner, stepper) and electronic microscope( SEM, TEM) as a high precision manufacturing and inspection equipment in semiconductor production companies, precision examination and measuring laboratories. Mostly, these equipments are characterized by projection and target part. The relative displacements between projection and target part are dominant roles in vibrational problem in these precision equipments. These relative displacements are determined by the position of incoming vibration and the difference of vibration response in projection and target part. In this study, the allowable vibrational limits are suggested and the vibrational reduction plans are proposed by measurement and analysis of vibration phenomenon in the Clean Room in PDP(plasma display panel) production building. The vibration performance is evaluated by comparison relative displacements between projection and target part before/after the vibration isolation plan.

In this study, we propose an expert system aided model necessary for extracting the rules, which can diagnose the success level of new product development project. For this purpose, first, we design a classification model to analyze the characteristics of $\ulcorner$parts development projects$\lrcorner$. Second, in order to select success factors, we explore literatures and interview with project managers working at large sized companies of electronic parts. And we conduct the enquete survey and statistical analysis to extract key success factors. Third, in order to decide the level of project success, we use the concept of 'Recearchitivity' as a framework of judgement criteria. Fourth, in order to extract diagnosis rules, we use expert system development tool.

Recent progress in manufacture of hot and cold rolled steel strip products and their applications were reviewed. The main trend in the technological development has been to meet the customers' requests for quality improvement and cost reduction. The weight reduction to reduce the fuel consumption is the main issue in the automotive industry and, therefore, various steels have been developed to improve formability as well as strength. The steels include super-EDDQ steels, bainitic steels, TRIP steels, etc. In the oil industry, efforts have been focused to improve strength together with either low temperature toughness or HIC/SSCC resistance. The packaging industry is also a highly competitive market, and steel and canmaking companies have worked cooperatively to develop cost-effective canmaking processes as well as high performance steels. This type of cooperation has also been found important in other industries such as the appliance and electronic industries for the benefits of both steelmakers and customers.

With the rapid growth of the B2B electronic commerce, digital catalogs for expressing product information effectively and exchanging it easily between companies become increasingly important. In this paper, we refer a product expression model to effectively integrate product information, and implement the model using XDK(XML Development Kit), which is given by Oracle 8i. We will first derive an XML DTD reflecting the model. We will then develop a system that stores and retrieves product information on/from Oracle 8i databases, which is written in XML, complying the XML DTD structure. Finally, We will give an experiment on the system.

This research investigates the strategy for application of E-Trade to SMEs to analyze the economic effect of e-trade. And the influence of the proliferation of e-business and e-trade upon the industrial business conditions, value-chain, and business activities is also analyzed. The subjects of the inquiry are the nationwide petrochemical industries in which small and medium sized companies are in mutual and intimate cooperation. The results show that the business structure of the petrochemical industries are divided into four stages, and, with the introduction of e-business, the value chain is changed by stages. And the change of value-chain explains the transition of the e-business of petrochemical industries including trade business into industrial DB and leads to a variety of the economic effect including the reduction in the trade expense, the change of the production process, and the innovation of trade structure.

Most of the automotive electronic systems are equipped with control software. ISO 26262 standard has been published to prevent unreasonable risk due to E/E system malfunction. And many automotive companies apply ISO 26262 for safe series product. In ISO 26262 standard, the product quality improves through deductive and inductive safety analysis in all processes including system and software development phase. However, there are few studies on software safety analysis than systems. In the paper, we study the software FMEA(Failure Mode Effect Analysis) technique for product quality of vehicular embedded software. And we propose an effective guideline of software FMEA as EPB industrial practice.

To keep the online medical records available to anyone without constraint of time and space, introducing EMR (Electronic medical record), which is a clinical support management system. The purpose of this study is to develop interface standard of clinical test device. Integration and sharing of medical information is faced with enormous obstacles because medical organizations and associated companies are separately developing the interface. I hope that multi-function management system with workstation concept is operated to efficiently transmit clinical device result data based on this study. Transfer of precise medical result data available for decision making will improve quality of health care service.

전자상거래가 기대보다 미진한 여러 가지 이유들 중의 하나가 가상시장이 전통적인 시장에 비해서 본질적으로 제약이 있고, 아직은 그 제약을 극복할 수 있는 제도적인 장치가 구현되지 못했다는 점을 들 수 있다. 가상공간에서는 전통시장에서처럼 거래쌍방이 직접 만나서 상대방을 확인하거나 실물의 품질을 확인하고, 대금을 지불하면 바로 현물이 확보되는 것이 아니다. 그러므로 전통적인 시장에서의 거래습관에 익숙해진 소비자들로는 새로운 제도가 주는 파격적인 이익을 얻어서 경험해보거나 가상공간의 약점이 제도적으로 보완되기 이전에는 전자상거래에 대한 확산을 얻기가 쉽지 않을 것이다. 이는 거래행위에 있어서 신뢰도와 관계된 문제로, 본 연구는 신뢰도가 인터넷을 통한 구매행위에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하고, 신뢰도를 구축하기 위한 제도적인 방안들을 모색해봄으로써 초창기 전자상거래를 시도하려는 기업들과 전자상거래의 정책결정을 하게될 담당자들에게 몇 가지 시사점을 제공하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구의 실증조사에 의하면 전체적으로 신뢰도는 전자상거래 이용도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Cambodia retail industry starts to entry SNS market. The online market of Cambodia is very unique. Facebook users of Cambodia are purchasing products, without electronic payment and delivery system. Therefore, this study focused on the immature online environment, proved the influencing factors of purchase intention on SNS. And also this study proved that the influencing factors on purchase intention are different, depending on whether or not a purchase experience exists. As results of analyzing with full data, price reduction, convenience, and customer service had significant impacts on purchase intention. The experienced group has significant effects of price reduction and customer service on purchase intention, while the inexperienced group has significant effects of convenience and customer service on purchase intention. This study provides marketing and strategic implications for companies seeking to enter the online market of Cambodia.

Producing what customers need with near mass production efficiency, or mass customization, has been a major trend in industry. Effective definition of customer requirements is a pre-requisite for realizing mass customization. The new method, called "Design by Customers", is proposed. The proposed method is an approach for companies to communicate to customers about what the company can offer, to find out customer needs, to assist customers in making choices and to negotiate for agreements. In this paper, the design and manufacturing capabilities in making company are represented in a Product Family Architecture. Adaptive Conjoint Analysis is then applied help customers assert their needs, defined variations from base product, visualize their options and assess alternatives. A power supplier of a electronic appliance is shown as an example to demonstrated the suggested method.ed method.
