현재 큰 성장세를 나타내고 있는 소셜커머스 서비스의 전자결제 시스템을 분석한 결과 대부분 결제금액을 변조할 수 있음을 발견하였다. 본 논문은 이러한 카드결제 시스템 상에서 발생하는 금액변조의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 방안은 소셜커머스 업체의 서버와 전자결제대행업체 서버간의 검증 체계를 추가하여 구매자가 결제흐름에 관여할 수 없도록 함으로써 결제금액 변조를 원천적으로 막는 방법이다.

A research model was developed to examine the relationship between the anticipated benefits of electronic commerce and competitive strategies. A survey questionnaire was sent to 2000 electronic shopping malls in Korea, and 102 usable responses were obtained. The survey asked about the anticipated benefits from using electronic commerce. The survey also asked about three strategies that they have been following to achieve business competitiveness. The results provide useful guideline to develop appropriate strategies and plans for effectively deploying and managing the use of the electronic commerce. Customer responsiveness was the most important factors among six benefit factors, namely customer responsiveness, market responsiveness, economies of production, internal organizational efficiency, overall performance, and flexibility. Overall performance also predicted a focus strategy whereas flexibility predicted a cost leadership strategy.

This paper disscusses about the e-commerce and the various types of e-commerce disputes. Through empirical examination on the dispute consiliation system and by comparative analysis it is derived out of the weakness of current system and finally some suggestions for improvement. First, it is recommended that the more sophisticated knowledge concerning e-commerce should be proliferated through the existing institutions. For example, disputes for B2C could be managed by the consiliation system of consumer dispute consiliation in Consumer Protecion Board of Korea, while B2B by the arbitration system of the Korean Commercial Arbitraion Board. Second, the role of Korea Institute for Electronic Commerce established for the purpose of consiliation of e-commerce disputes is much emphasized. For successful achievement, it is necessarily required to reinforce the related laws, systems, institutions and human resources. Finally, it is also suggested that the the Korean Commercial Arbitraion Board and Consummer Protection Board of Korea fully cover consiliation and arbitration, while Korea Institute for Electronic Commerce activates its proper role of consulting and ad hoc arbitration by using electronic information. The paper points out the last one as the most desired practice.

In e-Marketplace, many companies are participating frequently either as supplier or as customer. Thus, electronic processing of transactions and flexible integration with participating companies' processes are required. These situation requires process integration using workflow and the exchange of transaction document using XML(eXtensible Markup Language). This paper presents methodologies to model business processes in e-Marketplace where many companies are participating and to exchange electronic messages using ebXML that have become a standard in electronic commerce. These methodologies can integrate and manage processes in electronic commerce environment, and can process ebXML standard documents efficiently, making electronic commerce more harmoniously in global market. The system constructed in this research supports business processes between companies by exchanging XML messages conforming Wf-XML and ebXML standards using SOAP protocol.

With wide spending the Internet and Web techniques, we have recognized the necessary and commercial-value of electronic commerce system. Electronic commerce(EC) means the whole economical activities based on electronic medium. Both scalability and flexibility are fundamental attributes of EC system and interoperability among heterogeneous systems must be supported. So, for successful a developing of EC system, it is necessary to apply the CBD (Component Based Development) based on component assembling and customization. In this paper, we propose the method for identifying and specifying the components to construct the component based electronic commerce system. To do, we define the component/system architecture specified on EC domain, identified and classified the EC components with hierarchy relationship. Also, we suggested the specification notation and some examples.

국제무역부문에서 사이버무역거래가 활발하게 이용되기 물품운송 및 무역대금결제에 이르기까지 전통적인 방식에 의한 무역보다 전자환경에 맞는 안정되고 예측가능한 시스템구축이 필요하다. WTO, OECD, UNCITRAL, APEC등과 같은 국제기구에서 전자상거래 활성화를 위한 방안이 모색되고 있고, 무역 관련 국제규범에 사이버 무역 활성화를 위한 규칙을 마련하고 있으나 전자계약, 운송서류의 전자문서화, 전자결제 등에 이용하기에는 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이들 문제점들을 규명하고 전자계약의 성립과 유효성 및 권리 구제에 대한 전자적 합의의 표준화, 전자선하증권 등을 중심으로 하는 운송서류의 권리이전문제, 전자결제시스템의 개발을 통하여 사이버무역을 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

This paper shows the architecture of IPS(Intermarket Payment System), an implementation of the electronic payment function for internet-shopping merchant system. Because the original purpose of commerce transaction is the exchange of money for goods or services, it is very important to prepare an exchangeable economic value or method. The electronic payment system is the hardware or software or both to process an electronic payment transaction. It has two type, the broker type and the electronic value type. The broker type means an intermediator between real bank network and internet commerce transaction. The electronic value type means a substitute for money in the real world. This paper shows the architecture and the function to implement the broker type electronic payment system. The system has two parts. One is the mediator part to support multiple payment systems and to offer common access methods for merchant system database. The other is the executor part to implement the payment protocol and to process payment transaction.

In recent years electronic fund transfers covered by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act 1978 for consumer protection and the Article 4A of Uniform Commercial Code(U.C.C.) 1989 for wholesale electronic payments in United States. Electronic fund transfers carried out by use of a wire transfer network, automated clearing house, or other communication system of a clearing house or other association of banks such as direct deposit, Fedwire, automated teller machine, point-of-sale, and credit card transactions have been increasingly common in consumer transactions and wholesale transactions. Especially, the Article 4A of U.C.C. governs the rights and obligations associated with transactions such as an issue and acceptance of payment order, execution of sender's payment order by receiving bank, and payment. These legal frameworks in connection with electronic fund transfers in United States can play a leading role in establishing model not only within the United States, but also as a basis for developments of electronic commerce law in Korea including other countries.

This paper is aimed at proposing a new inference mechanism for B-to-B electronic commerce decision-makings, named IMITAO(Integer Matrix-driven Inference based on Transformed And-Or graph) which is based on integer matrix operation to speed up the inference. During the B-to-B electronic commerce, many kinds of negotiations are needed for mutually satisfactory decision-makings. During such negotiations, several factors including subjective and objective constraints should be considered so as to reach satisfactory decisions. In this respect, we suggest first a Transformed AND-OR Graph(TAOG) which each firm's conditions or judgement are incorporated into, and then we propose a high-speedy inference mechanism named IMITAO which basically depends on TAOG. Firms engaged in B-to-B negotiations on the Internet can get an appropriate decision support from using IMITAO for their negotiation simulations. The proposed IMITAO inference mechanism is characterized by its fast inference because its main inference procedures are based on integer matrix operation. A real-world example for B-to-B negotiations was used to prove the validity of our proposed TAOG and IMITAO approach. Experimental results showed that our approach was very useful in performing the B-to-B electronic commerce decision-makings considering a wide variety of either subjective or objective constraints.
