This study aims to derive practical suggestions to apply application methods by auxiliary costs, especially application of logistics and customs clearance areas in order to establish EPS support system of auxiliary cost occurred from export/import. For the propose, this study has analyzed types and situation of auxiliary costs, application method by auxiliary costs, payment situation of logistics auxiliary costs and clearance auxiliary costs and suggested the relevant problems and their application methods. Especially, in case of logistics auxiliary costs through connection to the attached general documents required for negotiation by reflecting characteristics of B2B transactions. In addition, it has suggested that those services by the said system should be conveniently used commonly by the export companies and logistics companies through provision of various payment measures, support of foreign currency payment, etc. and security of reliability/system stability, etc. for the compatible payment with other systems as the prerequisite for the successful settlement of the auxiliary costs EPS. It is expected that satisfaction of the uTradeHub users such as export/import companies and logistics companies will be increased, user-oriented customized information services such as raw cost prediction service through calculation of auxiliary costs could be available in the future and efficiency of work processes related to auxiliary costs will be increased, by providing the EPS through various single window based payment measures through establishment of the export/import auxiliary costs payment system.

The objective of this study has two folds. The first is to investigate current global certification system and the second is to suggest some possible solutions for expanding global e-trade networks. Both research and industrial communities recognize the importance of global certification problems in connection with global e-trade payment because global e-trade volume continue to grow. But not many research results have been reported to the communities in identifying some barriers against active global certification systems. This paper intents to suggest some possible solutions for improved global certification system and the results are summarized as follows: First, strict certification structure has to be relaxed by considering diverse mutual certification methods in global e-trade practice. This paper provides some comparative results about mutual certification methods among different nations. Second, numerous business models have to be derived such that they can be applied to other global certification applications than global e-trade. Third, global certified networks have to be expanded beyond mutual certification level. Once the certified structure among different nations have been established then diverse certified authority channels have to be implemented. Finally, since Korea has already established very good public certification infrastructure within the nation this platform has to be positioned in the center of global e-trade networks. This paper has of course to accept a critique such as this study provided limited results to generalized global e-trade certification model, and therefore empirical study for assessing robust model should be pursued in the future.

본 논문에서는 전자상거래 쇼핑몰 운영자나 밴드 운영자, 유튜브 크리에이터들이 본인들이 제작한 영상 이외에 연관 동영상 콘텐츠를 함께 미디어에 게재하여 온·오프라인 홍보에 시너지를 발현할 수 있도록 할 수 있는 모바일 뉴미디어 솔루션을 개발하였다. 플랫폼 분야의 영상들을 직접 찾지 않고 제공함으로써, 이용자에게는 흥미와 정보를 제공하면서 자신의 플랫폼을 홍보할 수 있는 새로운 유형의 마케팅 수단을 제공할 수 있다. 영상을 생산하는 국내외 예비 크리에이터들은 영상의 오픈마켓과 같은 유튜브, 아프리카TV 이외에 자신만의 영상을 업로드 할 수 있고, 유·무료 과금 체계를 활용하여 독립적인 고객 관리(CRM)와 자기 브랜딩, 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 탑재한 모바일 기반의 뉴미디어를 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 이동하는 로봇을 제어하기 위한 웹 상에서의 시스템 구성을 논의한다. 즉, 웹에서의 제어 방법을 구체적으로 설명하고 실험한 결과를 나타내었다. 시스템은 서버 측에 있는 간단한 인터페이스를 엑세스하여 원격제어 한다. 이를 위해, 원격 사용자는 인터넷상에서 시스템을 원격으로 조절하기 위하여 www 브라우저가 설치된 범용 컴퓨터가 있어야 한다. 원격 사용자가 서버 측의 html파일을 구동하여 신호를 입력하면, 자바로 작성된 프로그램이 직렬포트에 연결된 기기를 구동한다. 원격제어 신호는 적외선 센서를 거쳐 라인트레이서에 전달되어 운행을 원격으로 제어한다. 웹에서의 시스템의 동작 확인을 위하여 시스템의 기기로는 라인트레이서를 사용하였다.

EDI는 현재, 기업과 기업간의 거래에서 종이없는 거래를 목표로 상거래 데이터를 전자 문서 형태로 교환하기 위한 새로운 방식으로 이용되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 EDI는 전용 프로토콜에 기반한 폐쇄적이고 복잡한 전자 문서 교환 방식을 채택하고 있으며, EDI에 관련한 법령과 제도가 미비할 뿐만 아니라 이의 도입 및 운영비용이 과다하여 실제로 사용하는 기업의 수가 그렇게 많지 않은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기존의 EDI가 갖는 문제점을 보완하기 위해 코드 형태의 전송 문서를 XML DTD로 표현하여 웹을 통해 비교적 저렴하게 문서를 전달할 수 있도록 하고, 객체지향 데이터베이스를 이용하여 보다 편리하고 효과적으로 정보를 관리하고 검색할 수 있도록 하는 개방형 EDI 문서 정보 관리 시스템(OEIMS: Opened EDI document Information Management system)을 제안한다. 제안된 OEIMS는 기존 시스템들과는 달리 EDI가 갖는 구조의 특성을 모듈식 설계로 다른 시스템에 비해 저장 및 관리에 효율적인 특성을 갖는다.

A secure Electronic Payment System (EPS) is essential for the booming online shopping market. A successful EPS supports the transfer of electronic money and sensitive information with security, accuracy, and integrity between the seller and buyer over the Internet. SET, CyberCash, Paypal, and iKP are the most popular Credit Card-Based EPSs (CCBEPSs). Some CCBEPSs only use SSL to provide a secure communication channel. Hence, they only prevent "Man in the Middle" fraud but do not protect the sensitive cardholder information such as the credit card number from being passed onto the merchant, who may be unscrupulous. Other CCBEPSs use complex mechanisms such as cryptography, certificate authorities, etc. to fulfill the security schemes. However, factors such as ease of use for the cardholder and the implementation costs for each party are frequently overlooked. In this paper, we propose a Web service based new payment system, based on ANSI X9.59-2006 with extra features added on top of this standard. X9.59 is an Account Based Digital Signature (ABDS) and consumer-oriented payment system. It utilizes the existing financial network and financial messages to complete the payment process. However, there are a number of limitations in this standard. This research provides a solution to solve the limitations of X9.59 by adding a merchant authentication feature during the payment cycle without any addenda records to be added in the existing financial messages. We have conducted performance testing on the proposed system via a comparison with SET and X9.59 using simulation to analyze their levels of performance and security.

최근 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래가 점차 발전됨에 따라 고객의 서비스 구매에 따르는 전자 결제의 이용이 점차 늘어가고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 전자결제는 온라인상에서 이루어지는 활동이라는 점에서 많은 문제를 내포하고 있다. 온라인 신용카드와 전자화폐 그리고 전자수표로 대변되는 전자결제의 수단들은 흔히 해커라 불리어지는 전자상거래의 비주체들에 의하여 오용되어지고 그로 인해 많은 피해가 발생할 우려가 있다. 본 고에서는 전자상거래시의 대금결제 수단인 전자결제의 종류와 문제점에 대하여 알아보고 그러한 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 방법들에 대하여 제시해 본다.

오늘날 인터넷의 전반적인 보급 및 전자상거래의 확산으로 인하여 정보의 홍수를 이루게 되었고, 고객들은 자신이 원하는 제품이나 서비스를 선택하기 위해서 정보를 탐색하는 작업이 더욱 어려워지게 되었다. 이러한 고객들에게 좀 더 편리하게 자신이 원하는 제품이나 서비스를 선택하도록 도와주는 것이 추천 시스템으로서, 고객 관계 관리의 중요한 부분으로 자리 잡게 되었다. 본 연구에서는, 인터넷 서점을 이용하는 고객에게 그가 관심을 가질만한 서적을 추천하여 줌으로써 구입할 서적의 선택을 도와주는 서적 추천 시스템을 개발하였다. 기존의 서적 추천 시스템 개발에 협업 필터링 기법이 주로 활용되어 왔다. 하지만 협업 필터링 기법을 적용하기 위해서는 각 서적에 대한 구매자들의 평가치가 수집되어야 하는데, 이러한 평가치들은 시스템 개발 이전에 오랜 기간에 걸쳐 정교한 계획 하에서 수집되어야 한다. 더욱이 구매자들이 평가치 제공에 협조하지 않을 경우에는 추천 시스템 자체의 작동이 불가능하게 된다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 고객들의 구매기록만으로 서적 추천을 수행할 수 있도록 사례기반추론 기법을 활용하여 시스템을 개발 하였는데, 서적의 소분류 코드를 예측하는 상황에서 약 40% 수준의 적중률을 보였다.

The electronic commerce site (EC site) has become an important marketing channel where consumers can purchase many kinds of products; their access logs, including purchase records and browsing histories, are saved in the EC sites' databases. These log data can be utilized for the purpose of web marketing. The customers who purchase many product items are good customers, whereas the other customers, who do not purchase many items, must not be good customers even if they browse many items. If the attributes of good customers and those of other customers are clarified, such information is valuable as input for making a new marketing strategy. Regarding the product items, the characteristics of good items that are bought by many users are valuable information. It is necessary to construct a method to efficiently analyze such characteristics. This paper proposes a new latent class model to analyze both purchasing and browsing histories to make latent item and user clusters. By applying the proposal, an example of data analysis on an EC site is demonstrated. Through the clusters obtained by the proposed latent class model and the classification rule by the decision tree model, new findings are extracted from the data of purchasing and browsing histories.

데이타베이스 시스템을 효율적으로 사용하기 위해 데이타베이스 관리자는 데이타베이스 시스템의 성능 특징들을 알아야 한다 데이터베이스 시스템에서 자원 사용은 워크로드에 따라 다르게 나타난다. 본 논문의 목적은 상이할 워크로드에서 데이타베이스 튜닝에 도움이 될 수 있도록 데이타베이스 시스템의 성능 특징 분석하고 식별하는 것이다. 이를 위해, OLTP 환경을 나타내는 TPC-C 워크로드와 웹기반의 전자상거래 환경을 나타내는 TPC-W워크로드에서 14개의 성능 지표에 의해 결정되는 자원 사용 형태를 분석하고 4개(데이타 버퍼, 개인 메모리, I/O 프로세스, 공유 메모리)의 자원 할당 변경에 따른 자원 사용 형태의 변화를 분석한다. 분석에 대한 결과로서 14개 중 8개의 성능 지표는 워크로드에서 성능차이를 보이고, 데이타 버퍼 자원의 변경은 데이타베이스 시스템에 영향을 준다. 본 논문의 결과는 데이타베이스 시스템 자동 튜닝의 기초 자료로서 사용될 수 있다.
