지능형 판매에이전트를 이용한 사이버쇼핑몰 설계 및 구현 (Cyber Shopping Mall Design and Implementation using Intelligent Sale Agent)

  • 인터넷과 멀티미디어 기술의 급속한 성장에 따라 웹을 기반으로 한 전자상거래가 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 구매자들은 보다 합리적이고 개성화 경향의 심화로 구매자 자신에 적합한 특별한 서비스를 요구하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 대부분의 전자상거래 서비스는 구매자가 물건의 모습이나 사양을 보고 선택하는 상품 카탈로그 수준의 상태이다. 구매자의 욕구를 만족시키기 위해서는 단순한 상품정보를 제시하는 것에서 벗어나 판매점원의 지식을 이용한 판매에이전트가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실제 상점에서 존재하는 판매점원의 일을 대신해 주는 사이버상의 판매점원을 지능형 판매에이전트(Intelligent Sale Agent)를 이용하여 구매자의 취향에 적합한 상품들을 쇼핑할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 이러한 지능형 판매점원에이전트를 이용하면 고객은 상품 탐색 시간을 급격히 줄일 수 있고 구매자 취향에 맞는 쇼핑을 할 수가 있다.

An Extended AND-OR Graph-based Simulation and Electronic Commerce

  • The objective of this paper is to propose an Extended AND-OR Graph (EAOG)-driven inferential simulation mechanism with which decision makers engaged in electronic commerce (EC) can effectively deal with complicated decision making problem. In the field of traditional expect systems research, AND-OR Graph approach cannot be effectively used in the EC problems in which real-time problem-solving property should be highly required. In this sense, we propose the EAOG inference mechanism for EC problem-solving in which heurisric knowledge necessary for intelligent EC problem-solving can be represented in a form of matrix. The EAOG method possesses the following three characteristics. 1. Realtime inference: The EAOG inference mechanism is suitable for the real-time inference because its computational mechanism is based on matrix computation.2. Matrix operation: All the subjective knowledge is delineated in a matrix form, so that inference process can proceed based on the matrix operation which is computationally efficient.3. Bi-directional inference: Traditional inference method of expert systems is based on either forward chaining or based on either and computational efficiency. However, the proposed EAOG inference mechanism is generically bi-directional without loss of both speed and efficiency.We have proved the validity of our approach with several propositions and an illustrative EC example.

전자상거래에서 물류서비스품질, 관계지향성, 고객만족, 고객충성도 간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationships of Logistics Service Quality, Relationship Orientation, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in Electronic Commerce)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of logistics service quality and relationship orientation factors on customer satisfaction and loyalty in the electronic commerce context. Based on extensive review of relevant literature, nine components of logistics service quality(i.e. information quality, ordering procedures, ordering release quantities, timeliness, order accuracy, order quality, order condition, order discrepancy handling and personnel contact quality) and six components of relationship orientation(i.e. trust, bonding, communication, shared value, empathy and reciprocity) are introduced in this study. And a conceptual model is developed and five research hypotheses are empirically examined using structural equation modeling. The findings indicate that logistics service quality and relationship orientation are positively and significantly associated with customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction is the antecedent variable of customer loyalty in the Internet Shopping Mall. In addition, a significant impact of logistics service quality on relationship orientation of the customer is revealed. Implications of these findings are discussed, and limitations of the study as well as further research directions are addressed.

  • This Study intends to find the impact of industry type on the relationship between Electronic Commerce(EC) implementation and performance. For this purpose, empirical study of domestic small and medium enterprises(SMEs) is carried out to test the relationship between EC implementation and EC performance and the moderating effect of industry type on the relationship between them. Previous empirical studies on EC mostly focused on the adoption of EC by business firms, and also have been carried out with the data from big enterprises. More often than not, the results obtained from the large business firms are used to provide the guidelines for SMEs. SMEs are, however, different from large business firms in many aspects, and need to be studied on their own. Empirical test shows that there are differences between manufacturing industry and service industry in utilizing EC and in achieving EC performance. The results of data analysis indicate that the industry type of SMEs is moderating the relationship between EC implementation variables(EC type, EC strategy, EC formality and EC character) and EC performance variables(EC utilization, EC satisfaction and EC usefulness).

전자상거래 개발을 위한 코디네이션 접근 방식 (Coordination Approach for Electronic Commerce Development)

  • Successful Electronic Commerce(EC) requires not only a transformation of the supply chain but a redesign of organizational processes as well. Just as the organizations in a supply chain must cooperate with each other to achieve a collective goal, so too do the departments and groups that comprise an organization depend on each other to achieve the organization's goals. A lack of coordination at either of these levels can result in poor performance and high coordination costs. In addition, changes in inter-organizational dependencies can affect the dependencies within the affected organizations. The lack of coordination across two levels results in a transition gap in transforming the inter-organizational design to the intro-organizational design in EC deployments. The purpose of this research is to develop a modeling method for coordination, managing the linkage between inter- and intra-organizations in EC deployments. The method was applied to the EC development project of a cable TV home-shopping company. The coordination approach enabled us to manage dependencies among the coordination elements and identify the effect of a change on other elements, which became the basis for effective EC deployments. We will discuss the method and compare it with other dependency management methods.

전자카탈로그 표준화 동향 (Trends of Electronic Catalog Standardization)

  • Electronic catalog is a kind of electronic document to exchange product and service data for B2B or B2C EC(electronic commerce). Up to date a lot of selution/service providers which develop EC systems such as shopping malls, have constructed electronic catalogs. However, they use different contents, formats, and exchange methods without a standardized concept and consistent definition of components. This causes problems that time and cost to develop catalogs are duplicated and data exchange across e-marketplaces is difficult. In order to resolve these problems, standardization works for electronic catalog are carried out inside and outside the country. In this paper, we introduce types of standards concerned with electronic catalog, trends of standardization activities, and domestic standardization activities by industry such as electronics, automobile, shipbuilding, heavy industry, steel, electricity, construction, distribution, biomedical, and textile.

국제상거래(國際商去來)의 사법통일(私法統一)노력과 우리의 대응(對應) (New Trends in Private International Law and Our Response)

  • During the past few decades, we have witnessed three approaches to overcome the legal disparities between trading countries: - determining the individual governing law in accordance with the conflict of laws principle; - unifying and harmonizing private international law into uniform rules and substantive laws under the auspices of ICC, UNCITRAL, UNIDROIT and various NGOs ; and - drafting model laws like the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Commerce and promoting member countries to enact them. Against this backdrop, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the process by which it was adopted, established the benchmark for the unification of commercial law. The CISG, completed in 1980, merged civil and common law concepts and came into force in 1988 after a certain number of countries endorsed the treaty. Besides the CISG, the U.N. Limitations Convention and the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Law, to name a few, have attempted to set cross-border legal norms and standards in the international business transactions. However, since the advent of computer-based commerce, there have emerged all-out efforts to establish uniform rules before national legal systems have been developed. As a consequence, the Model Law on Electronic Commerce has become a specimen legislation covering functional equivalents of paper-based writing and signature. For the credit enhancement exemplified by the Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees (ICC Publication No.458), the UNCITRAL prepared the U.N. Convention on Independent Guarantees and Stand-by Letters of Credit, which was adopted by the U.N. General Assembly in 1995 but remains still not effective as only two countries have ratified this treaty so far. In this connection, two draft conventions underway at UNIDROIT and UNCITRAL deserve our attention as the probability of unification in the Korean Peninsula is mounting. They are to create security interests for commercial finance in moveable equipment and accounts receivable. The UCC-type security rights are regarded to be useful to enable the North Koreans with limited properties to borrow from the banks.

전자상거래의 성공요인: 한.미.일 비교 분석 (Analysis of Critical Success Factors for E-Commerce through Comparative Study among Korea, U.S.A. and Japan)

  • The three main purposes of this paper are to (1) identify critical success factors(CSFs) for electronic commerce(EC), (2) investigate the explanatory power of these CSFs on firm performance, and (3) compare differences in evaluating CSFs and explaining impact of CSFs on performance among Korea, Japan, and U.S.A. EC firms. Through a literature review and interviews with managers in EC firms, a list of 16 CSFs consisting of 111 items was compiled. In the second stage, questionnaires were administered to managers of EC companies in Seoul, Korea, Tokyo, Japan, and Texas, U.S.A. Survey results show that CSFs have very significant explanatory power for firm performance in Korea, Japan, and U.S.A. While security, privacy, technical expertise, information about goods/services, and variety of goods/services are the most explanatory CSFs in Korea and Japan, evaluation of EC operations, technical expertise, and ease of use show most explanatory power in U.S.A. In general, respondents in Korean and Japan evaluate CSFs quite differently compared to U.S.A counterparts.

인터넷 상거래에서의 서비스회복 품질 측정도구 개발 (Developing a Measurement Scale for Service Recovery Quality in Internet Commerce)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷 상거래에서 서비스실패가 발생할 때 기업이 기울이는 서비스회복 활동의 품질 측정도구를 개발하는 것이다. 같은 용도로 Parasuraman 등(2005)이 개발한 E-RecS-QUAL 측정도구를 수정 보완한 본 측정도구는 eSR-Q(electronic Service Recovery Quality)라 명명되었다. 본 측정도구의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하기 위해 내적 일관성과 수렴 판별 법칙 타당성 등 구조 타당성의 측면이 집중적으로 분석되었다. 그 결과 4개 차원(반응, 보상, 접촉, 사과) 14개 항목으로 구성된 eSR-Q가 완성되었다. 본 연구는 이 측정도구의 등장배경과 개발 및 검증 과정, 한계점, 그리고 향후 개선방안 등을 다룬다.

  • ICT의 중요성이 강조되는 현대 사회 전반의 변화는 산업계에도 많은 변화를 일으키고 있으며, 모든 산업의 성장동력 역할을 하는 중요한 수단으로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 정보기술의 성장과 네트워크 인프라의 확산 추세 속에서 인터넷을 이용하여 시공간의 제약없이 편리하게 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있는 환경의 구축은 더 이상 선택의 문제가 아닌 기업의 지속성장에 있어 필수 요소이다. 본 연구는 정보인프라 및 e-비즈니스와 관련된 기존 연구의 고찰로 소셜커머스 사이트에 관한 사용성 변인을 도출하고, 이들이 소셜커머스 사이트에 대한 사용자의 신뢰구축 및 구매의도와의 관계에 대해 실증연구를 실시하였다. 따라서 웹사용성의 특성과 소셜커머스와의 인과관계를 파악해 보았다. 웹사이트 사용성이 지니는 특성이 소셜커머스 사이트에 대한 신뢰를 매개로 재구매의도로 연결되는지를 파악해 보고자 한다. 소셜커머스 사용자 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 원인 중 웹사용성 변인을 중심으로, 소셜커머스 사이트에 대한 시각적 특성, 정보적 특성, 관계적 특성이 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 소셜커머스 사용자의 신뢰구축을 위한 기업의 전략 수립 시 우선적으로 고려되어야할 요인으로 웹사용성 요인의 중요성을 부각 시킴으로써, 소셜커머스 사이트 설계 및 운영에 관한 의미있는 기준이 될 것으로 판단한다.
