The increase of international and domestic trade according to global industrialization and economic growth has raised the national logistic cost in connection with physical distribution of articles. In order to reduce these costs and rise up national industrial competitiveness, Korea has also tried to improve the efficiency of logistics with various methods as advanced countries did. Especially, Korea government has decided standard dimension of pallets with T11 ($1100{\times}1100mm$) on the basis of unit load system in early 2000s, and certification program for logistics equipments has been operated to keep up the compatibility for the equipments and packaging with modulation of T11. Consequently, this certification program has contributed to extend standardization for logistics and to grow up 3 party logistics, but compared with advanced countries, the rate of national logistics cost to GDP (gross domestic product) still shows about 3% gap as demands for certification have been decreased in the recent. In this study, therefore, we proposed the development of logistics certification system based on social needs as a policy device to activate logistic industry as well as improve the efficiency of national logistics after we had analyzed all of certification programs for logistics being run in Korea. Namely, the first is the development of certification project for Northeast Asia's logistics corresponding to necessity for applying returnable transport system according to increasing the amount of trade between Northeast Asia's countries. The second is the development of certification project for safe transportation of packaging corresponding to costumer's needs for safe transit according to the growth of electronic commerce and the increase of global distribution.

In 2021, Virgin Orbit converted a 747-400 aircraft into an air launch platform, and successfully launched it twice in February and July. Compared to the existing ground launch, interest in the air launch is increasing due to its great utility, such as its independence from the launch location or weather, cost reducing factor, shorter launch preparation time, and its benefit pursuant to altitude and speed. Additionally, as small satellites have similar performance to mid/large satellites in the past due to the miniaturization and precision of electronic equipment, small satellite launches are expected to dominate in the future. In this paper, institutional certification methods such as domestic, overseas, civilian and military airworthiness certification regulations/procedures are reviewed to ensure flight safety of aerial projectiles using large domestic civil aircraft, and applicable civil and military airworthiness certification technology standards are reviewed and analyzed. Additionally, we will review and suggest effective airworthiness certification application plans that reflect the reality, and present airworthiness certification standards (draft) for aerial launch vehicles, by analyzing applicable airworthiness certification technical standards when remodeling aerial launch vehicles.

인터넷의 보급으로 인한 전자 메일의 증가가 급증하고 있다. 컴퓨터 통신망을 통해 주고받는 전자 문서에 대해 문서의 내용과 그 문서가 배달되었음을 증명해주는 현행 우편제도하에서의 특수우편물 취급 서비스가 그대로 적용될 수 있다. 본 고에서는, 이러한 서비스를 고려한 기존의 전자우편 방식들을 조사 분석하여 정리하고자 한다. 분석된 자료들은 전자 우체국의 구현이나 실현을 위해 활용될 수 있으리라 생각된다.

The area of business applications in the internet are extended enormously in result of fast development of computing and communication technologies, increase of internet use, and use of intranet/extranet in enterprise information system. Widely spread the use of the internet, there are various applications for Business to Business (B to B) or Business to Customer(B to C) model that are based on the intranet or extranet. This paper designed and implemented the Web-based Electronic Bidding System for Business to Business (B to B) model. The technical issues of electronic bidding system in the internet are involved in the connection between web client and server, electronic data interchange for the contract document, and security solution during the bidding and contracting processes. The web-based electronic bidding system in this paper is implemented using Java applet and servlet as a connection interface for web client and server, XML/EDI-based documents for a bid and a contract, and bidding server and notary server for enhancing the security using PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)-based public key cryptography, digital signature and Certification Authority(CA).

Partial transactions which use computer networks are formed in the cyberspace due to rapid progress of communication and computer technology. Electronic business transactions have security problems according to the special quality of opening networks, while it can be approached easily by anyone without being tied to time and places through Internets. To revitalize the electronic business transactions, security technology which can establish its security and trust is the prior task and both safe information communication and better information security service offer are essential factors. The method to exchange information through Internets must be made after confirming one another's exact connection in the mutual identity certification to prevent a lot of threat which can occur in the use of password techniques. To satisfy these electronic business transactions, we intend to increase understanding of authentication algorithm provided with authentication function of messages and users as well to plan safety and trust of business information and contents in the electronic business transactions.

Civilian aircraft industry, even if the superior performance of the product in order to ensure the safety of aircraft navigation safety requirements necessary for compliance does not receive a legally recognized can not be used in aircraft characteristics. These are applied in a variety of safety in avionics for navigation of civil aircraft certification standards for the technology is implemented. KTSO-C113 aircraft for the purpose of electronic display technology to authenticate standard contains minimum performance standards. Standard design and manufacturing technology for type approval means approval by mounting the aircraft in order to use a separate approval is required. Through this paper, multi-display technology standards for aircraft type certification approval system and demonstrate compliance with the requirements for the certification practices introduced are presented.

This paper designs a wind turbine test site based on international regulations for the certification of wind turbine prototypes. The maximum height of the meteorological mast installed at the test site is 140m, and power facilities capable of testing up to three wind turbines of 5MW or more are installed. The weather resources measured at the mast can be recorded and analyzed using a monitoring system. Wind turbine manufacturers can use this test site during the certification period, and the installed wind turbines can be used for continuous power generation projects. Therefore, this test site can provide fundamental data for measuring the long-term performance and durability of wind turbines, which can be used to improve models or develop new wind turbines.

전자상거래는 비대면(非對面) 거래로 모든 제반과정이 진행되기 때문에 상대에 대한 신뢰성의 문제가 크며, 거래 당사자와 거래 내역에 대한 입증을 해줄 인증기관이 필요하게 된다. 현재 미국의 베리사인 등 사설인증업체가 국내전자상거래 업체의 인증업무를 담당하고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 인중은 필연적으로 관련 기술의 표준화가 수반되는데 이에 대한 국내기술이 미흡하므로 국제동향을 고려한 국내인증기술의 개발이 시급하다. 특히, 글로벌 전자상거래에서는 인증기관에 대한 문제가 더욱 절실한데 문제는 어떠한 형태로 어떤 기관이 주축이 되어 인중체계를 구축하는가 하는 것이다. 현재, 인증체계는 네트워크 방식, 계층구조, 혼합형의 세가지가 논의되고 있으며, 각각의 장단점이 존재하므로 이에 대한 심도있는 논의가 필요하다. 이러한 체계는 국가별로 상이할 수 있지만, 문제는 글로벌 전자상거래를 활성화하기 위해서는 보다 일관된 형태의 인증체계 구축이 필요하다는 점이다. 현재까지 이와 관련한 심도있는 논의는 미흡한 실정이며, 미국 EU 등 일부국가와 UNCITRAL, OECD, ICC 등 관련 기구에서 다양한 의견을 제시하고 있는 상태이다. 이러한 문제는 단시일 내에 해결되기는 어려울 것으로 보인다. 다만, 단기적으로는 관련국가들간의 상호인증을 통한 해결이 가능할 것으로 판단되며, 이러한 상호 인증이 전세계적으로 확산되어감에 따라 글로벌 전자상거래를 위한 인증체계가 심도있게 논의될 것으로 판단된다. 이와 관련하여 상호 인증과 관련한 국내관련 법제의 보완이 필요하며, 실제로 인증을 담당할 관련 당사자들의 자구노력이 매우 시급한 시정이라 하겠다.

An introductory computer use course for students in the department of nursing at a university investigated in this study is carried through effective and systematic curriculum with its goal of achieving MOS certification, which is accepted internationally. This course direction is set in consideration of the course analysis and the nursing department's advantage in getting a job overseas. This study investigated the effects of the nursing students' course satisfaction and self efficacy on their MOS certification scores to present suggestions to improve the course.
