Electronic commerce has been threatening to address the transaction inefficiencies in international trade that is conducted through letters of credit(L/Cs) and other forms of traditional paper-based financial instruments. The replacement of traditional paper documets with electronic alternatives is becoming more of a relity within a number of business sectors. The conceptual model of electronic L/Cs presented in this paper is intended to provide a framework for discussing the development of a paperless credit. The TradeCard network provides a business-to-business e-commerce infrastructure that enables buyers and sellers to conduct and settle international trade transactions securely over the Internet. Sellers and Buyers should select the best payment methods of traditional L/Cs, electronic L/Cs, TradeCard, Bank Credit Card etc. in consideration of their business circumstances.

vCard는 전통적인 명함 기반의 개인 정보 교환을 위한 전자적인 명함이다. vCard의 정보는 단순한 문자 정보뿐 아니라 그림이나, 회사 로고, 웹 주소와 같은 그래픽과 멀티미디어 같은 정보도 포함한다. 본 논문에서는 일상 생활에서 명함을 교환하듯 휴대폰 환경에서 전자 명함인 vCard를 교환하고 다른 사용자의 vCard를 검색할 수 있는 웹 기반의 vCard 에이전트 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 웹 에이전트 시스템은 인터넷을 통해 vCard 서비스를 제공하는 웹 서버에 접속하여 휴대폰의 웹 브라우저로 보여진 vCard 정보를 검색, 편집하고 다른 사용자와 cCard를 교환한다. 또한 휴대폰은 저장 공간이 제한적이라는 점을 고려하여 사용자의 정보를 담고 있는 XML 문서를 웹 서버에 저장하고 cCard를 교환할 때 개인정보나 XMㄴ 문서를 교환하지 않고 XML 문서가 저장되어 있는 암호화된 디렉토리의 이름을 교환하여 잠재적인 보안 문제를 해결하였다.

영업사원이 영업수단으로 가장 많이 사용하면서 간단한 방법이 명함일 것이다. 매일 많은 고객과 명함을 주고받고 있지만 종이 명함은 버려지기 싶고 정보 검색도 어렵다. 해결책으로 스마트 폰으로 명함을 촬영하여 데이터베이스로 만든다면 언제든지 영업에 필요한 고객 정보를 쉽게 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 전자명함 데이터베이스 구축과 전자명함을 기반으로 영업관리를 지원하는 앱 기반 솔루션을 개발한다. 본 시스템은 클라우드 환경에서 작동되며 고객인맥관리, 고객 분류, 유망고객 발굴 등의 다양한 의사결정 지원 기능을 갖추고 있다.

Commerce activities which are free form space and time constraint using a communication network are called Electronic Commerce(EC). Because of sending a commercial information using open network such as Internet in EC, they need the security of commerce information (payment information and purchase information), checking the integrity of transferring data and certifying all parts participated in commerce for a secure commerce. Recently Visa and MasterCard Co. released the Secure Electronic Transaction (SET) Protocol for secure payment card transaction on Internet. This paper proposes a Secure Electronic Commerce Transaction Model(SECTM) using SET in order to support the secure commerce on Internet. The proposed transaction model prevents merchant from abusing the cardholder's payment information (credit-card number etc.) and enables cardholder to shop securely in Electronic Shopping Mall.

본 연구에서는 기존의 신용장결제방식의 한계성을 극복하면서 전자상거래시대에 부합되도록 최근 개발된 TradeCard의 본질, 업무절차 및 효용성을 분석하고 TradeCard의 폭넓은 활용을 제한하는 문제점과 해결과제를 구체적으로 제시함으로써 무역실무자들에게 TradeCard의 기본원리를 제공해줌을 목적으로 한다.

스마트카드는 전자지불시스템에서 인증 수단으로 유용하게 사용되는 도구로, 스마트카드 개발시 이의기능이 올바로 동작하는지 테스트해 보는 것은 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 스마트카드의 기능을 테스트하기 위한 기존 연구 내용을 ISO/IEC표준 문서 및 KS 표준 문서 그리고 한국도로공사 카드 품질시험인증서를 기반으로 살펴보고, 한국도로공사의 하이패스플러스 카드에 대한 기능 시험 결과를 제시한다. 하이패스플러스 카드에 시험 평가를 수행함으로써 안정적인 기능성과 보안성을 가진 카드 시스템을 확보할 수 있고 나아가 신뢰성 있는 보안 제품의 개발에 기여하리라 기대된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 시험 방법과 결과는 시범서비스 중인 스마트카드에 대하여는 국내에서는 최초로 수행된 연구로, 향후 좀더 보완된 시험 방안에 대한 연구의 기반을 제공하리라 기대된다.

BOLERO project and TradeCard System are attracted public attention as new settlement method that is able to substitute for documentary letter of credit. BOLERO is the business processes and methods, together with the digital information system, which are provided by Bolero International for communicating Messages and Documents and facilitating business transactions. TradeCard aim to make international business-to-business e-Commerce easy, fast, inexpensive and secure while innovating current documentary compliance and financial settlement mechanisms. The main purpose of this paper is to search the possibility of paperless trade. Since, this paper examine the international legal feasibility of these systems and compare the strength and weakness.

본 연구는 인터넷에서 사용하는 주문형 전자카드 서비스 방법 및 시스템설계에 관한 것으로, 사용자의 신용카드번호, 선불카드번호, 은행계좌 등을 포함하는 신용정보를 입력받는 단계부터 시작하여 주문형 전자카드의 승인여부, 거래대금지불승인여부를 거쳐, 지급단계까지의 서비스를 시스템에 관한 연구이다. 이는 사용자가 전자카드의 사용한도. 사용횟수, 유효기간, 충전가능 여부 익명사용여부 등을 사용하고자 하는 거래 형태에 맞추어 직접 설계할 수 있으므로 사용자의 편의성을 보다. 증진시킬 수 있다. 또한 사용자의 설계범위 내에서만 결제가 이루어지므로 카드번호의 분실시에도 그 피해를 설계범위내로 최소화할 수 있다.

인터넷의 급속한 보급에 따른 전자상거래의 확산으로 국제무역거래에 적합한 새로운 전자무역결제방식이 다양하게 개발되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 새로운 전자무역결제방식중의 하나인 TradeCard의 특징과 경제적 효용성을 살펴보고, TradeCard가 제공하는 다양한 서비스의 내용과 그 시스템 하에서 운영되는 무역거래절차를 분석한 다음, TradeCard의 활용상의 문제점을 지적하고자 한다.

전자상거래의 도입으로 인하여 전신송금환(T/T)${\cdot}$우편송금환(M/T)${\cdot}$송금수표(D/D)와 같은 단순송금방식(Remittance), 현금결제방식(COD)과 서류결제방식(CAD), 지급인도조건(D/P)${\cdot}$인수인도조건(D/A)과 같은 추심 결제방식, 신용장(Letter of Credit)방식 등 기존의 무역결제수단이 신용카드(Credit Card), 전자화폐(Electronic Cash), 전자자금이체(EFT; Electronic Fund Transfer), 무역카드(TradeCard), SWIFT의 전자신용장(Electronic L/C), 볼레로 시스템 등의 전자결제시스템으로 전환되었다. 이에 본고는 대표적 전자무역결제시스템인 볼레로와 무역카드를 비교${\cdot}$분석함으로써 이들 시스템의 활용가능성을 모색하고자 하는 것이다.
