  • 170kV GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) is widely used in large industrial factory-electrical facilities of private use because has many benefits. But Other equipments's failures are occurred by GIS failures and give rise economic problems to user. Therefore we will examine the actual condition of the 170kV GIS-electrical facilities of private use and are able to confirm the distribution characteristic analysis of disconnecting switchgear. In this paper, we presents the actual condition investigation of the disconnecting switchgear of 170kV GIS-electrical facilities of private use by post - failure pattern, inspection method, test equipments and so forth.

  • In this paper, We presents the actual condition of domestic 170kv GIS(Gas Insulated Swichgear)- Electrical Facilities of Private Use be examined by post. We are able to confirm the distribution characteristic analysis of GIS failure- type of industry, occurrence frequency, part and counter plan research for failure preventing.

Preventing Method against the Occurrence of a Corona between a Dead End clamp and a Porcelain Insulator Used in 154kV Substation

  • An episode of corona is a heterogeneity-caused electric discharge that occurs when electric fields are formed layer on layer and concentrated on an electrode. Electric wires built at the tip of 154kV private facilities use dead end clamp spawns corona from homogeneity caused by field concentration. Corona induces power loss, noise, insulator failure and more. In this research, we've studied the characteristics of coronas that take place in porcelain insulators and terminal electric wires of supporting hard wares (dead end clamp) that are set up as spares in the 154kV private facilities use hydroelectricity installations to support electric wires. Corona, which cannot be identified by regular methods, was measured utilizing UV image camera. As the result of measuring corona via UV image camera, we've confirmed that the depletion of insulators was accelerated following the wire end treatment method and validated the stress intensity of insulators at various lengths of bare wires caused by electric fields via FEMLAB. We have also proposed a new model for relieving homogeneity-caused field concentration, and after analyzing the proposed model via FEMLAB, we've confirmed that the concentration of field distribution was indeed reduced. Such results are exploited in installation of private facilities use equipments, maintenance of insulators and hard wares as well as safety enhancement, and are anticipated to be effectively utilized in corona prevention measures.

  • When happen the electrical facilities accident the one's diagnosis system of fault cause was constructed by FMEA method Cable accident cause is given by accident cause that can happen in each one's diagnosis and accident probability value. From the verification of system, the one's diagnosis system agreed well with result that analyzed actual state. Thus, the system is judged to be used effectively examine for accident cause of electrical facilities.

  • In this paper, we investigated electric safety manager's PL recognition and accident occurrence of electric power facilities(power cable, transformer, circuit breaker) in electric installation for private use. The target of questionnaire survey is 450 electric installations for private use, 154 responded the questionnaire among these and it occupied 35.8%. Most of receiving voltage were 22.900kV. The questionnaire survey says that 58% of electric safety manager knew well about PL contents and 42% of them did not recognize about PL contents, About the PL application of electrical facility accidents, 82.4% of them must applied PL law, 5.8% of them did not need the PL law. Reason of PL application occupied 64% for stability of electrical facility and product, 19% for prevention of same accident. The accident of transformer occupied most and the power cable accident were much next. The questionnaire survey results, electric safety managers are interested in PL content. thev expected necessity of PL application about electrical accident strongly.

  • 본 논문에서는 자가용 전기설비에서 전기안전관리자의 PL인식과 전기설비의 사고발생에 관한 것을 조사하였다. 설문대상은 자가용 수용가 450호를 선정하였으며, 이중 154호가 설문에 응신하여 35.8[%]를 차지하였다 전기안전관리자의 58[%]는 PL에 관해 잘 알고 있었으며, 42[%]는 인식하고 있지 않았다. 이들 중 82.4[%]는 전기설비에 PL법이 적용되어야 된다고 하였으며, 5.8[%]만이 PL법의 적용이 필요 없다고 대답하였다. PL적용의 이유로는 전기설비와 제품의 안정성을 위한 것이 64[%], 동일사고의 방지가 19[%]를 차지하였다. 또한 변압기 사고가 가장 많은 부분을 차지하였으며, 케이블 사고가 그 뒤를 따랐다. 설문조사 결과로부터, 전기안전관리자들은 PL내용에 많은 관심이 있었으며, 그들은 전기사고에 관한 PL적용의 필요성을 기대하고 있었다.

  • False-tripping of MCCB(Molded Case Circuit Breaker) and ELB(Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker), using to protect overload and ground-fault accidents in power system raise direct and indirect losses like as information loss, facilities damage, slipup of goods production in industry place. Cause of false-tipping of MCCB and ELB is various and cause analysis of false-tripping is mostly made up by inference because trip is not reappeared. This paper investigated and analyzed causes and influences of false-tripping of MCCB and ELB by making up a question to safety managers of two hundred and eighteen electrical facilities for private use. Also, the necessity of experimental study on the effect of harmonics on false-tipping of MCCB and ELB was presented.

  • This paper introduce the model of remote monitoring system that combine information technology in electrical safety checks that has been done by professional staff. And for general use, electrical safety Value-Added Service using remote check data were presented. In the near future, If demand and interests of Value-Added Service will be increased, this will be a electrical safety Value-Added Service as an important role in the blind spot of country electricity disaster.
