하이브리드 자동차 구동 특성 분석을 위한 HIL 방식의 구현 (Implementation of HIL Method to Analyze Driving Characteristic of Hybrid Electric Vehicle)

  • HIL(Hardware-in-the-Loop) 개념을 적용하면 하이브리드 자동차용 부품의 자동차 환경에서의 특성을 부품을 차량에 장착하지 않고도 평가 할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 특정 전동기를 하이브리드 자동차용 전동기로 사용하였을 경우 자동차의 구동 특성을 분석할 수 있는 HIL 방식을 구현하기 위한 부품 특성 시험. 구동특성 시뮬레이션, 장치 구성 방법을 설명한다. 시험장치는 자동차 시뮬레이터, 부하장치로 구성되며 시뮬레이션에서 사용된 차량제어기를 직접 차량제어기로 사용하게 된다. 부하장치는 차량의 동적 특성을 모의하게 된다. 특히 기존의 차량의 관성을 모의하기 위한 기계적 관성부하를 사용하지 않고 부하장치를 능동적으로 제어 하여 차량에 적용되었을 경우의 전동기 특성을 구할 수 있다. 시험 전동기가 병렬방식 하이브리드 자동차에 적용되었을 경우의 전동기의 실제 특성을 구할 수 있다. 제안된 방식은 하이브리드 자동차의 구동 특성을 교육하기 위한 교육매체로 사용 될 수 있다.

과전류 및 단락사고 방지용 전기안전 제어장치에 관한 연구 (A Study on Electric Safety Control Device for Prevention of Over Current and Short Circuit Faults)

  • This paper is studied on a protective control system for electrical fire and electrical faults due to over current or electric short circuit faults by using electrical thermal characteristics of PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermistor and current response characteristics of high sensitive reed switch. The PTC thermistor has characteristic of positive resistivity temperature coefficient according to the temperature variation, which is construction of a regular square and cube demarcation with BaTiO3_Ceramics of positive temperature coefficient. Also PTC thermistor shows the phenomenon which is rapidly increased in the resistivity if the temperature is increased over Curie temperature point, and reed switch, which is used for electrical fault current sensing devices, have a excellent characteristic of response velocity in degree of ${\mu}s{\sim}ms$ that sensing magnetic flux in proportion to dimension of line current. This paper is proposed on a protective control system use PTC thermistor and reed switch for sensor which is protected from electrical fire due to overload faults or electric short circuit faults. Some experimental results of the proposed electric safety control device are confirmed to the validity of the analytical results.

  • This paper is studied on the characteristic analyses of a high performance buck-boost converter added electric isolation by using a soft switching method. To be achieved of a high performance system, the proposed buck-boost converter is constructed by using a partial resonant circuit. The control switches using in the converter are operated with soft switching for a Partial resonant method. The controlling switches are operated without increasing their voltage and current stresses by the soft switching technology. The result is that the switching loss is very low and the converter efficiency is high. And the proposed converter is added in a electric isolation. When the power conversion system is required to electric isolation, the proposed converter is adopted with the system development of high efficiency. The soft switching operation and system efficiency of the proposed converter is verified by digital simulation and experimental results.

  • This paper analyzes EM(Electromagnetic) characteristic in the high voltage connector for the hybrid electric vehicle. The connector bridges the electrical components and helps transferring electrical power and signal through it. The necessity of the high voltage and current connector development is emphasized because the hybrid electric vehicle recently uses the high voltage and current more than 500V and 80A. So far there has not been international EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) standards to limit the RE(Radiation Emission) from the connector for the hybrid electric vehicle. In this paper we analyzed EM characteristic of the 288V, 65A connector to check if the RE from the high voltage connector could be within the RE limit standard of vehicle. Three-dimensional modeling and simulation was conducted by using MWS(Microwave Studio) of the CST corporation, and the result was compared with the measured RE data, which showed good coincidence each other.

  • This paper study on powering characteristic on speed variation of propulsion system of prototype 8200 electric locomotive propulsion system through simulation modeling. For this purpose, it being applied in the field of railway IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) elements are used. Converter was performed PLL (Phase-Locked Loop) control method that is used to control the phase and output voltage, and the inverter was carried an indirect vector control method to control the speed of traction motor. The results of simulation by modeling and experimental unit, we was confirmed that converter is controlled a unity power factor and output voltage by reference voltage. Also traction motor was controlled by indirect vector control and SVPWM inverter switching method very well.

  • This paper describes the operating characteristic analysis of PM-type magnetic circuit breaker for electromagnetic field, electric circuit and mechanical motion problems. Transient calculations based up 2D finite element magnetic field solution including non-linearity of materials. Change of dynamic characteristic from eddy current in mover is quantified from FEM analysis.

정상인의 경락전위측정 실험에 대한 연구(4) -측정방법에 따른 정상인의 경락전위 비교를 중심으로- (Differences in electric potential of meridian system(4) -Comparing electrical potentials of healthy volunteers between two measurements-)

  • Objective : Assuming that the characteristic of meridian system has been similar to this of electric potentials in human body and that measurements of electric potential at well(井穴) and sea(合穴) points in branches of the twelve meridians will be representative of measurements of the twelve meridians, to measure the electric potentials in twenty aged and fifty aged healthy volunteers groups at sleeping(SG) and awakening(AG), and then to find out the characteristic of meridian system among 2 groups. Methods : We selected who thirty healthy volunteers were diagnosed by a blood test, urine examination and differentiation of syndromes by five viscera(五臟辨證) among volunteers. Their electric potential of well and sea points in the meridians were simultaneously measured by physiograph. Results : Measurements were analyzed by statistical factor analysis, we obtained that the both left and right side electric potential of well and sea points in branches of the twelves meridians were unclearly divided into four factors according to age and whether sleeping or not, which were the three Yin meridians of the hand, the three Yang channels of the hand, the three Yin meridians of the foot, and the three Yin meridians of the foot. Conclusion : In conclusion, using the sequently measuring method, we obtained that electrical potentials of well and sea points in branches of the twelves meridians were divided into two factors, but the simultaneously measuring method, those were divided into four factors. The latter result means that the electrical potentials of twelve meridians were reflected by the function of the viscera and bowels.

  • In this paper, configuration of prototype 300kVA UPS system with unity input power factor is briefly described and a various types of rectifier for UPS application are discussed. Input LCL filter for PWM rectifier and output LC filter for PWM inverter are designed as a prototype and their principal characteristics are discussed.

최근 감전재해의 발생특성과 재해원인 분석연구 (A Study on the In-depth Analysis of Cause and Characteristic for Recent Electric Shock Accident)

  • The electric shock victims were predominantly male, and more than half of the victims were found in companies with less than five employees in terms of the scale of company, and also more than half of victims had less than one month of experience for work experience. Considering the category of industry, more than half of the victims were engaged in construction, and considering the subcategory of industries, more than 60% of electric shock victims were found in building and other construction works. This study intended to conduct an in-depth analysis on the cause of electric shock accidents to provide basic data for policy proposing taking into considering the characteristics such as the electric shock path, low voltage, grounding and protection of workers. Also this study conducted an in-depth analysis of electric shock accidents for the past eleven years taking into account the necessity of a long-term plan.
