전기기구의 운전에 의하여 발생되는 자계의 측정 (Measurement of Magnetic Field Generated by the Operations of Electric Appliance)

  • The present paper deals with a new developed sensor for measuring the time-varying magnetic fields and describes the experimental results of trasient magnetic field that takes place during the operations of electric appliance. The operation principle of the self-integrating magnetic field sensor by using coaxial cable is analyzed and a calibration investigation is carried out. The frequency bandwidth of the magnetic field measurement system is from 40 Hz to about 300 kHz. The magnetic field induced by the starting and/or operation of electric appliance mainly includes the odd harmonics such as the third, the fifth and the seventh harmonics. The magnetic field intensity caused during the operation of ultrasonic washer is inversely proportional to distance, this correspodns to induction component. As a result, it was known that the odd harmonics of magnetic field in the desing of electromagnetic shield employed for protecting electronic circuit and control devices have to be considered.

  • 전력 공급과 전기안전은 전체 시스템과 네트워크에 대한 필수적인 요소이다. 전기안전기술은 u-IT, u-City 기반 기술의 발전과 함께 전력 u-IT 융복합화 제품개발은 제품에 대한 평가와 인증에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전력기기와 u-IT기기의 융복합화 제품을 u-City에 적용시킬 전기안전 통합감시시스템을 개발하기 위해, 전력기기 단말에서 가장 많이 사용되는 아울렛에서 접속불량 검출장치가 내장된 전력 u-IT 융복합화 기기를 만들었다. 또한 전기안전 통합감시시스템에서의 원격 안전점검을 위한 ZigBee, RFID의 센서를 이용하여 통신모듈과 제품의 기능에 대한 성능 평가를 하고, 누전, 고전압, Arc, 화재 검출 센서 진단 시스템에서 성능 실험 및 평가를 하여 적합판정을 받은 제품은 KS, 전기안전제품 인증을 한다.

승압에 따르는 220V용 전기기기의 절연방식 결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Insulation Methods of 220V Home Appliances and Wiring Devices)

  • This is a study on the insulation methods of home appliances and wiring devices proper to the new electric distribution system, primary side is 22.9/13.2KV, 3 phase 4 wire multigrounding system and secondary side is 380/220V, 3 phase 4 wire common neutral system. 1800V is determined as the electrical insulation voltage of the functional insulation because the abnormal voltage rise of the neutral line is 1300V. In the case of the functional insulation faults, the following safety methods will be suggested to protect the accidental faults: (a) class I appliance (accessible metal part is earthed), (b) class II appliance (doublly insulated), (c) class III appliance (operates at low voltage source). The mechanisms of the wiring devices are not improved to guarantee for the harmful electric shock but also the electrical insulation voltage is rised to 2000V.

  • The grid voltage of commercial utility power source hi Japan and USA is 100rms, but in China and European countries, it is 200rms. In recent years, In Japan 200Vrms out putted single phase three wire system begins to be used for high power applications. In 100Vrms utility AC power applications and systems, an active voltage clamped quasi-resonant Inverter circuit topology using IGBTs has been effectively used so far for the consumer microwave oven. In this paper, presented is a half bridge type voltage-clamped high-frequency Inverter type AC-DC converter using which is designed for consumer magnetron drive used as the consumer microwave oven in 200V utility AC power system. This zero voltage soft switching Inverter can use the same power rated switching semiconductor devices and three-winding high frequency transformer as those of the active voltage clamped quasi-resonant Inverter using the IGBTs that has already been used for 100V utility AC power source. The operating performances of the voltage source single ended push pull type Inverter are evaluated and discussed for consumer microwave oven. The harmonic line current components In the utility AC power side of the AC-DC power converter operating at ZVS­PWM strategy reduced and improved on the basis of sine wave like pulse frequency modulation and sine wave like pulse width modulation for the utility AC voltage source.

  • The utility interactive sinewave modulated inverter for the solar photovoltaic (PV) power conversion and conditioning with a new high frequency pulse modulated link is presented for domestic residential applications. As compared with the conventional full-bridge hard switching PWM inverter with a high frequency AC link, the simplest single-ended quasi-resonant soft switching sinewave modulated inverter with a duty cycle pulse control is implemented, resulting in size and weight reduction and low-cost. This paper presents a prototype circuit of the single-ended zero voltage soft switching sinewave inverter for solar power conditioner and its operating principle. In addition, this paper proposes a control system to deliver high quality output current. Major design of each component and the power loss analysis under actual power processing is also discussed from an experimental point of view. A newly developed interactive sinewave power processor which has $92.5\%$ efficiencty at 4kW output is demonstrated. It is designed 540mm-300mm-125mm in size, and 20kg in weight.

  • The purpose of this study of identify the changing trends of consumer behavior to emergencing Price-off store. Therefore this study analyzed contributing factors to consumer market selection behavior focused on electric appliances. for these research the data were collected through the questionnaire and 407 respondents were housewives in Seoul and Gyeongi-do. Their data were analyzed using Frequency Mean and $x^2$-test. The Major findings of this study were as follows. 1) The percentage of purchasing the national brands of electric appliances were majority. In general the frequency prefered shopping store were the general agents department store discount store and wholesale club were in order. 2) When consumer buy the electric appliance in wholsesale club the buying percentage of iron was the highest. And the percentage of selection of foreign goods brands were very high. 3) The most important factors to determine the using Price-off store was the presence of this market around the housing and easing and easiness of parking.

측정방법별 가전제품의 음향파워레벨 (Sound Power Level of Electric Home Appliances according to Measurement Method)

  • As the economy has grown and the main industry in Korea has been changed from secondary industry to tertiary industry, the importance of indoor environment has been a matter of common concern, in which one of the main concerns is to improve the indoor acoustic conditions. However, even though this is required more than before, there are no measures to protect the human being from the noise of electric home appliances. This is owing to the absence of the data about sound power level of electric home appliances. So, we investigate the sound power level of them and analyze the acoustical characteristics of each one. First, we tried to investigate the sound power measurement method of each electric home appliance. After it we test the sound power level of them. From the survey, we can know that the vacuum cleaner is the most noisy electric home appliance, and the refrigerator is the least noisy one. This results will help us predict the indoor noise level using the basic data of sound power level.

  • Electricity living body formation operation appliance is using most imports until present. And, because electricity living body formation operation appliance is too expensive, it becomes burden to buy in small scale hospital. Also, problem that economical damage by income is added follows, Therefore, this treatise developed electricity living body formation operation appliance by home production, Ultra high frequency eruption circuit used LC circuit, and output frequency is possible to 8 [MHz], and output voltage amplified maximum 800 [V]. This operation appliance could display size of fixed current. This developed product could microscopic operation fewer than 1 [mm]. This development technology is considered by do metallic surface heat treatment, melting, welding, induction heating device and that can apply to domestic animals surgical operation and so on.
