The purpose of this study is to research the investment environment of Vietnam and analyze the actual investment state of Korean enterprises in Vietnam and seek for the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in Vietnam shows both a positive side and negative side. However Vietnamese market is a attractive one as ever for direct investment of Korean enterprises considering their constant economy growth, investment increase of foreign company for Vietnam, China risk. And the point at issue in investment of Korean Enterprises is as follows. That is, inclining to manufacturing, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, preference of greenfield investment, restricted purpose of investment, insufficiency of infrastructure for logistics, electric power, legal system. The results of the study indicate mainly that the investment of Korean enterprise into Vietnam needs a switchover of the third service trade-tertiary industry, collaboration with Vietnamese enterprise through joint venture investment, a large-scale investment for Vietnam domestic market and neighboring countries' market, practical use of M&A with existing Vietnamese enterprise and diverse purpose for investment.

현행 약관은 '89년도 약관제정이후 수십 차례 부분개정만이 이루어져 문맥정비, 고객이 이해하기 쉽도록 용어순화, 의미 명확화, 약관의 불공정성 및 불합리한 규정을 개선할 필요가 있는바, 민법, 약관 규제법 등 관련 법률에 기초한 공정하고, 고객과의 권리의무관계 및 법률관계가 명확한 약관을 만들고자, 용어와 표현을 통일 및 변경하였으며, 장 절 및 조문 표제의 변경, 조문과 약관의 체계화 및 전기실무의 반영과 개선을 하였다. 그리고 개정사항중 쟁점사항에 대한 검토를 심도 있게 하였으며, 약관을 주제별로 구분 통합 및 체계화를 하였다. 이는 향후 전기공급약관의 개정 기초 자료로 활용할 예정이다.

This paper presents the survey results of the interruption on domestic customer, especially commercial, with primary focus on the cost are presented. General method utilized in quantifying the benefit of reliability on power system is to estimate the Customer Interruption Cost(CIC) associated with the electric service interruption. According to change the circumstance of electricity market by the deregulation and the introduction of new technology, reliable and accurate CIC is required for estimate the applied plan and technology under the circumstance. This paper presents the commercial customer interruption cost is estimated by the survey conducted by KEPCO in 2009. To collect the customer interruption data for calculation of CIC, the survey is conducted. The survey targeting commercial customer around the branch-offices under twelve regional headquarters of KEPCO was carried out.

현재 국내에 사용되는 저압차단기는 산업용과 가정용 구분 없이 사용되고 있으며, 이를 전기설비기술기준은 물론 안전인증 제도로써도 강제할 만한 규정이 없는 실정이다. 그러나 일본을 비롯한 전세계적으로 대민 안전이 염려되는 가정용의 경우에는 시험 및 성능의 요구조건이 더 높아서 차단기의 사용도 가정용과 산업용으로 구분하는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 전기설비기술기준과 규격을 고찰하여 이러한 문제를 제기하고 향후 나아가야 할 방향을 제안하였다.

To design protection coordination for an electric power distribution system, an expert system is developed, using both the veteran expert's heuristics and the guide book for the distribution facility operation considering feeder configuration, service route, load characteristics fault current and load current. The expert system developed in this papaer determines the type of protective device(clearing current and sequence). The location and rating change of protective device in the old feeder is realized by using old database. Current(T-C) curves of various kinds of protective devices are stored in Knowledge Base (KB). The expert system is developed on a 32 bit personal computer using PROLOG, AutoCAD,dBASEIIIPLUS and FORTRAN. To compute the fault current and loadflow, FORTRAN is used.

환경 및 에너지 자원의 보호 일환으로 세계 각국에서 도입이 적극 검토되는 AMI는 에너지를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 서비스로, 소비자에게 실시간으로 에너지 사용량 정보가 제공되어 소비자 스스로 혹은 자동화된 기기 제어를 통해 에너지 사용을 제어함으로써 가정 및 기업의 에너지 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 또한 유틸리티 회사들 역시 검침 및 유지관리 비용의 절감뿐만 아니라 요구 응답과 에너지 부하 제어를 통해 피크 때의 최대 출력을 줄임으로써 에너지 생산 비용 혹은 추가적인 인프라 확장을 방지하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. AMI 시스템 구축에 유용한 것으로 평가되는 USN 기술과 전력 기술을 융합한 USN 기반 AMI 서비스는 국내 에너지 효율 향상과 세계 AMI 시장 선점을 위해 연구개발이 필요하다. 본 고에서는 AMI 서비스 시장전망과 기술동향, 국내외 시범사업과 적용사례를 살펴본다. 마지막으로 AMI 제공을 위한 주요 기술들을 비교 분석하고, USN 기반 AMI의 국내적용에 대한 기회 및 위험을 살펴보기로 한다.

First this paper introduces an advanced FADEC (Full Authority Digital Electric Control) for current and future jet engines.It is designed to realize not only stable thrust control, but also performance improvement, reliability enhancement, service life extension, etc. It can be built by using current micro-processor with high computational power and there exists no difficulties but reliability problem of the micro- processor. Next, the simulation results of SFC minimization control are shown. The target engine is a supersonic, low-bypass ratio, 2-spool, combined cycle turbofan, designated as HYPR90T, which consists of a turbo engine for under Mach 3 flight and a ram engine for over Mach 3 flight. he results can then be used for performance optimization of the engine, which plays important role in the advanced FADEC.

The impacts of electric service interruption to customers depend on customer and interruption characteristics. Customer characteristics include demographic aspects(residential type, and number of household members) and power supply types whereas interruption characteristics include frequency, duration, time, and day of interruption. Accordingly evaluation of these customer interruption costs is very complicated and subjective. For residential customers, customer survey method seems most appropriate because interruption impact to residential customers is intangible. In other words, the value of housework or lost leisure due to interruption is individual. Accordingly, this paper selected the customer survey method to assess the interruption costs for residential customers.

국내 및 국외에서도 마찬가지로 전기설비 안전점검에 대한 부분이 발전된 정보통신 기술(IT : Information Technology)에 접목 시켜 실시간으로 서비스를 제공하는 추세에 있다. 따라서 전기설비와 관련 된 전기안전 부가서비스의 활성화를 위한 방향과 새로운 고부가 비즈니스 사업 창출을 위해서 어떤 부분에서 개선 및 추가 되어야 할 부분인지에 대하여 본 논문에서 제시 하고자한다. 따라서 전력 부가 서비스의 활성화 방향에 대하여 실시간 원격 점검의 필요성, 사용자 및 전기안전 관리자의 인센티브, 전력 부가서비스로 제공할 수 있는 범위에 관하여 조사 분석 하였다.
