재래시장 전기안전 감시시스템 개발 (Development of Electrical Safety Monitoring System for Conventional Markets)

  • This paper in order to reduce the electric disaster damage which is caused by with electric equipment of conventional markets is introduced the electric safety monitoring system which is suitable in conventional markets. Investigate the actual conditions about electrical equipment of conventional markets, electrical safety monitoring system was constructed. Electrical safety monitoring system to verify the performance of the experiment was to build a test bed. Research results will be used with the data for the reliability security of the electric safe system operation which follows in the conventional markets actual proof equipment construction which will be advanced.

  • Safety of Station electric equipment is not analysed yet. this paper try the safety first times on the basis of hazards which railway stations contain. The stations use many electric equipment such as lights, escalator and elevator for facilitating for passengers and public moving, HVAC system making good environment and so on. The electric equipments could be changed to harmful systems to passengers and publics resulting from abnormal operation condition. To ensure safeties in the station, we need to identify and analyse the hazards in the station and to provide risk mitigation methods. In this paper, we shows processes and methods to ensure the safety, how to identify and analyse the hazards. Finally, we demonstrate how to mitigate the potential risks in the stations.

  • The most important thing to secure safety and reliability of railway vehicles is to verify performance characteristics of equipments, and related companies or research institutes had many efforts to verify performances and functions of equipments synthetically and efficiently. KHST(Korean High Speed Train) has been developed by KRRI(Korea Railroad Research Institute). An electric railway system is composed of high-tech subsystems, among which main electric equipment such as transformers and converter are critical components determining the performance of rolling stock. We developed a measurement system for on-line test and evaluation of performances of KHST. The measurement system is composed of software part and hardware part. Perfect interface between multi-users is possible. A new method to measure temperature was applied to the measurement system. By using the system, fault diagnosis and performance evaluation of electric equipment in Korean High Speed Train was conducted during test running.

  • Recently, the amount of electrical heat pump(EHP), a electrical conditioning equipment, is sharply increasing due to the luxury and multi-story trend of building. Accordingly, the cooling load that occupying substantial part of summer electric consumption has increased dramatically, making difficulties in domestic supply of electricity in summer. There are some efforts to replace it with an alternative cooling equipment such as gas heat pump(GHP), a gas cooling equipment, in order to solve the problem of summer electricity supply through reducing the summer electricity peak. It is rare, however, to find studies on the actual effects of GHP on the reduction of summer electricity peak. This study, therefore, estimated the effects of the GHP on the summer electricity peak by the gas consumption and characteristics of gas cooling systems. In addition, electric substitution effects by gas cooling systems were analyzed through case studies in the summer of 2010.

  • This paper proposes analysis on new equipment for power quality in electric railway. The Proposed equipment consists of series inverter and parallel inverter. Each inverter is connected by capacitor as de link. This structure can be compensated for active and reactive power in catenary through transformer.

  • 전력설비의 용량이 커지고 전력계통이 복잡해짐으로서 고품질과 안정적인 전력공급을 하기 위해 각 계층간에 연계되는 데이터를 에러 없이 처리하는 프로토콜을 요구하게 되었다. 그러나 서울(EMS)과 광주(RCC) 또는 RCC와 SCC에 사용하고 있는 HDLC나 TCP/IP 통신 프로토콜은 속도의 지연, 에러 발생 등으로 신뢰성을 감소시키고 있다. 이론 개선하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 ICCP 통신 프로토콜을 적용하여 전력 설비의 원거리 제어를 위한 전력 통신시스템을 구현하였다. 오류보정을 위해서 프로그램을 수정하였으며, BLT 최적 조건을 적용하여 구현하였다. 전력통신 시스템에 ICCP 프로토콜을 적용하였을 경우 HDLC와 TCP/IP 프로토콜을 적용한 경우보다 에러가 감소하였다.

  • In this work, temperature rise and eddy current distribution on the enclosure and conductor of 3 pole gas insulated switchgear were investigated using analytical and experimental measures. The design of the diameters of the conductors and the enclosures of a meal clad gas insulated switchgear is primarily based on the insulation requirements. It is very difficult problem to predict the temperature rise of enclosed switchgear due to the complexity of the phenomena of heat transfer and existence of eddy current loss. To overcome this situations, we focused on the eddy current distribution on the enclosure of switchgear caused by high current 3 pole conductor as a fundamental basis. The experimental results about temperature distribution of 3 pole gas insulated switchgear were reported and measurements are compared with predictions of three-dimensional thermal model for eddy current analysis. As a result, three dimensional numerical analysis found to be in close relationship with experimental results and thermal model is efficient to predict the abnormal temperature rise in switchgear.

  • In this study, it has been initiated to investigate the specific abnormal vibration signal that has been captured in the power equipment. Array Microphone can be used in order to detect the direction and the position of the noise source. It is possible to track the abnormal mechanical noise in the power plant by utilizing the program and the microphone array system developed from this research. Array microphone system can be operated as a constant monitoring system.

  • High voltage motors are the core equipment of electric generation facilities and need to guarantee stable operation. Therefore, keeping healthy state is of importance by means of insulation diagnosis periodically. However, if the diagnosis went through in the different circumstances such as temperature, humidity, and impedance applied to the test equipment, the trend analysis have no significance. This paper presents the experimental results supporting the importance of keeping the same conditions under insulation diagnosis.
