전기설비 분야에서는 사용하는 전압규격과 사용방식, 접지 System이 어떻게 조화를 이루냐에 따라 안전에 대한 확보여부가 결정된다. 지락 사고시 지락전류는 일정한 어느 한 부분으로만 흐르는 것이 아니라 접지저항의 상황에 따라 분류한다. 이러한 이유로 접지사항이 낮으면 안전하고 높으면 위험하다는 일반적인 잘못된 생각이 사고를 크게 확대시킬 수 있다.

최근 국제교역량의 증가에 따라 해상 교통량이 증가하고 있다. 해상 교통량의 증가는 해상사고의 위험을 증가시키는 주된 원인이 되고 있다. 특히, 입출항이 빈번한 연안에서의 사고율이 높은 실정이다. 선박과 육상에 연안에서의 해양안전정보는 이러한 사고를 방지하는데 필수적이다. AIS AtoN은 국제항로표지기술협회의 기능적 권고안 및 국제전기통신연합의 기술적 표준안에 의해 운영되는 항행안전지원용 장비이다. 본 논문에서는 연안에서의 해양안전정보의 신뢰도를 높이기 위해, 기존 AIS AtoN의 표지의 안전과 설정관련 메시지에 사용자정의 명세를 확장해 보았다. 표지기본 메시지21, 상태보고 메시지6 그리고 안전관리 메시지12 와 메시지14에 사용자 정의형 포맷을 설계하고 구현했다.

미국과 유럽에서 추진되고 있는 ITS(Intelligent Transport Systems : 고도도로교통시스템) 도로통신에서 취급하는 정보의 정의, 통신방식의 표준화 등의 동향에 대한 개요를 기술한다. 미국에서는 NTCIP(National Transportation Communication for ITS Protocol)라 불리우는 통신프로토콜, 데이터 딕셔너리, 메시지 셋트 등의 표준화가, 유럽에서는 DATEX-Net라는 데이터 교환의 표준화가 추진되고 있다. 이들은 ITS 분야에서의 시스템 간 및 장치간의 상호운용성$\cdot$호환성을 확보하고 통합적으로 ITS를 전개해가기 위한 기반정비의 주요 항목이다. 양자 공히 표준적인 통신프로토콜이 채용되고 있으나 정보내용, 메시지포맷에 대하여는 NTCIP가 ASN.1(Abstract Systax Notation 1)에서 기술한 MIB(Management Information Base)구조를 갖고 있는 한편, Datex-NET는 독자적인 구조의 사전과 EDIFACT(Electronic Data Interchange for Administration Commerce and Transport)에 따른 메시지사양으로 되어 있어 공통성이 없다. 그러나 센터간 통신에 관하여는 미국에서 제안한 DATEX-ASN이라는 표준화 안에 대하여 유럽에서 전향적인 평가를 하고 있어 통일화의 징조가 보이고 있다.

If protocol has fast operations and short key length, it can be efficient user authentication protocol. Lenstra and Verheul proposed XTR. XTR have short key length and fast computing speed. Therefore, this can be used usefully in complex arithmetic. In this paper, to design efficient user authentication protocol we used a subgroup of Galois Field to problem domain. Proposed protocol does not use GF(p/sup 6/) that is existent finite field, and uses GF(p²) that is subgroup and solves problem. XTR-ElGamal based user authentication protocol reduced bit number that is required when exchange key by doing with upside. Also, proposed protocol provided easy calculation and execution by reducing required overhead when calculate. In this paper, we designed authentication protocol with y/sub i/ = g/sup b.p/sup 2(i-1)//ㆍv mol q, 1(equation omitted) 3 that is required to do user authentication.

Electric commerce system based on distributed mobile on object such as mobile agents need both precise identification and secure authentication scheme on remotemobile entities. In this paper, existing discrete logarithm based Schnorr like entity authentication schemes are improved by the analysis of performance and security on the bi-directional interactive proofs. And ElGamal like schemes are also proposed. Then, there are enhanced with oblivious transfer based mono-directional authentication schemes based on trusted third party for applying to the mobile agent based computing systems. Therefore, proposed schemes provide compatible performance and safety on mobile entity authentication process.

This paper presents a new method to securely conduct online sealed-bid auctions with a single auctioneer server The sealed-bid auctions have several vulnerable security problems when they are performed on the Internet. One of such problems is the trust establishment between an auctioneer and bidders who participate in an auction. Several online sealed-bid auction methods have been developed to address this trust problem. The proposed method solves the security problems that would happen in the sealed-bid auction using a blind signature scheme and a contract signature protocol. It prevents the auctioneer from illegally manipulating the bidders' bidding information, repudiating the reception of some bid, manipulating the auction period, and illegally adding or deleting bids. In addition, it keeps the bidders from modifying the bidding information after issuing their bid and doing intentional mistake to invalidate their own bid. The method can be easily implemented using the multiagent architecture.

공감각(共感覺, synesthesia)은 그리스어에서 유래된 syn + anesthesis 로서 union + no sensation 즉, 결합된 감각이라고 할 수 있다. 즉, 하나의 감각이 다른 영역의 감각을 불러일으키는, 또는 그렇게 일으켜진 감각이라고 정의 한다. 즉 색채의 공감각은 색채와 다름 감각간의 교류 현상이고, 영국의 유전학자인 프란시스 칼톤은 색채의 공감각은 유전이나 선천성에 의해 생겨난다고 하였다. 본 논문에서는 오감에 관련된 색채 공감각의 중요성을 인식하고자 하였고, 또한 오감에 따른 따른 색채를 제시하였다.

포물체란 중력이 작용하는 환경에서 어떤 속도로 던져진 물체를 뜻합니다. 예를 들자면, 박찬호 선수가 포수를 향하여 던진 야구공이라든지, 박세리 선수의 스윙으로 그린을 향하여 날아가고 있는 골프공, 그리고 목표물을 향하여 날아가고 있는 포탄은 모두 포물체입니다. 이 물체는 수직방향으로는 중력의 영향을 받고 공기의 저항을 무시한다면 수평방향으로는 힘을 받지 않기 때문에 포물선운동을 한다. 본 논문에서는 포물체의 운동을 이용하여 도로의 일부가 유실되어 없어진 곳을 실험 대상을 한다. 여기에서 속도가 일정하게 달리던 자동차가 유실된 도로의 가장자리를 넘어갔을 때 도로의 가장자리로에서 얼마나 멀리 가서 떨어지는지를 나타내었다.

Underwater lighting is installed in water tanks, fountains and pools in waterparks, it has direct contact with water and in case of any electrical failure due to faults from electrical equipment, there is a lot of electrical shock risk. In this paper, we proposed an improvement plan of the standard of judgment of electrical code which is MOCIE (Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy) notification by fact finding survey and analysis of the domestic and foreign codes.

수학 함수 중에서 삼각함수는 그 활용도가 매우 높아서 아주 많이 사용되는 함수 중 하나이다. 직각 삼각형의 직각이 아닌 한 각의 크기를 a라 하면, 이 삼각형의 임의의 두 변의 길이의 비는 이 각 a의 크기에 의하여 결정되므로 이 비를 이각의 삼각 함수라 하였다. 즉, 삼각함수는 직각삼각형에서 한 각의 크기가 일정하면, 이들 변의 비의 값은 삼각형의 크기에는 관계없이 일정하다는 가장 단순하고 독특한 성질에 기초를 둔 학문이다. 어떠한 대상체의 높이는 직삼각형의 밑변의 길이와 건물을 올려다본 각이 있다면 삼각함수를 이용하여 쉽게 구할 수 있다.
