This study was conducted to explore the direction of elderly care worker education by analyzing the dual mediating effects of professionalism and positive psychological capital on the impact of elderly care worker education on service quality. As a result of this analysis, elderly care worker education was found to have a significant impact on service quality, professionalism and positive psychological capital and it's confirmed that the more positive the perception of elderly care worker education, the more positive the perception of service quality, professionalism and positive psychological capital. In addition, professionalism and positive psychological capital show that each two mediates the impact of the elderly care worker education on service quality so elderly care worker education can improve service quality by enhancing professionalism, and we can see that the elderly care worker education can be a factor that improves service quality by enhancing positive psychological capital. It's found that professionalism and positive psychological capital is by dual mediating the impact of elderly care worker education on service quality so professionalism had a significant effect on positive psychological capital. Accordingly, it's confirmed that elderly care worker education improves professionalism, and that improved professionalism promotes positive psychological capital, thereby improving service quality. According to the results of this study, it's empirically confirmed that develop professionalism is important in the elderly care worker education, and that enhancing positive psychological capital through the develop professionalism can ultimately improve service quality. Therefore, there is a significance to that it's able to predict elderly care worker education in the future should include education related to the improvement of professionalism and positive psychological capital.

The study is to clarify the relationship among the positive and negative recognition of stress and physical and psychological abuse and neglect aiming at getting the material. They are to prevent elder abuse at the main care worker for frail and dementia elderly. The degree of fitness to the data where positive and negative recognition of main care worker was located as dependent variable. The casual model in which main care worker was located as independent variable. The degree of fitness of casual model was GFI=0.772, CFI=0.795, RESEA=0.067. Among path coefficient included in the previous model, three of figures going toward three of abuse to the elder were statistically significant.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the elderly image in the relationship of HYO consciousness and job satisfaction in care worker. In this study, the HYO consciousness of care workers is the consciousness of taking good care of the elderly. The research subjects were selected by 10 long-term care institutions belonging to Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and a total of 450 nursing care providers were selected for the survey using a questionnaire. The final 429 questionnaire was used for the analysis. The analysis shows that first, HYO consciousness and the elderly image have a defining effect on job satisfaction. Second, HYO consciousness were found to have a positive influence on the elderly image. Finally, the elderly image played a role in the relationship between HYO consciousness and job satisfaction. The government should seek ways to foster a sense of HYO consciousness and a positive image of the elderly by utilizing educational opportunities for care worker in the future.

Purpose - This purpose of this research is to verify the influence of the care workers' environment on their job satisfaction and on their voluntary behavior. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from care workers at elderly medical and home care facilities in Korea in Seoul and Kyung-ki. Of 367 total respondents, 285 responses were used. This study performed exploratory factor analysis in order to verify the validity and credibility of the data. Regression analysis was conducted to verify the influence of the working environment, which encompasses the worker's relationship with the agency and with the elderly, on job satisfaction. Results - The hypothesis results were: First, from analyzing the influence of the working environment on the worker's job satisfaction, both relationship with the agency (p<.001) and relationship with the elderly (p<.05) positively affect job satisfaction; second, the exploratory analysis verifies the influence or the working environment on job satisfaction. Conclusions - The results indicate that the relationship with the agency (p<.001) and relationship with the elderly (p<.001) both positively affect the voluntary behavior of the workers.

The purpose of this study was to examine the elderly care facilities worker's attitude and awareness of associated factors of falls. The subject was 194 the elderly care facilities workers in Chungbuk. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient was utilized for the data analysis. The results of this study were as follows. the score of attitude was $2.98{\pm}.34$ out of 4, the score of awareness of associated factors was $3.00{\pm}.43$ out of 4. There were statistically significant differences of attitude and awareness of associated factors of falls according to general characteristics. the relationship of attitude and awareness of associated factors of falls was significantly positive. Falls is important health related problem in elderly care facilities, so effective fall prevention program is needed for elderly care facilities worker.

The purpose of this study is to increase the perception of publicness and service quality on nursing facility for the elderly.The care wokers are core human resources in elderly care work practices and their perception of their publicness are likely to on effect service quality. This survey was conducted 318 care workers in nursing facility for the elderly. Research method used multiple regression analysis. Result indicated that care worker's perception of publicness level and service quality is above the ordinarly. And care worker's perception of publicness had positive effect service quality.

Long-term care Insurance system for the Elderly was started to respond to the aged society on July 2008 in Korea. So responsibility of the care for the old is being changed from the family to the society. The introduction of that insurance system has brought the growth of demand for care service. To improve the level of quality for care service providers in long-term care, the role of care worker in providers is recognized as important. But welfare system for the care worker seems to be poor. So the Seoul Metropolitan Council is preparing an ordinance for the care worker and the purpose of this study is for the ordinance as well. Questionnaires, interviews, documentary surveys were used to carry out this study. The results of this study are summarized as follows. The job stability is the most important thing for the care worker, so local government has to make efforts to promote the job stability of care worker. A welfare center for care workers is needed for the health for care workers in the local government. And the local government has to supervise service providers more strictly and evaluate them in treatments of care worker.

This study aimed to investigate the positive and negative appraisals of care work held by care workers in elderly care facilities and to analyze the mediating effect of care worker's appraisals of care work on the relationship between job environment and service quality. For the purpose of the study, the data were collected from 298 care workers by using non-random and purpose sampling method. The results of the study showed job environment was a significant predictor in explaining in the variances of care work appraisal and service quality. In addition, care worker's positive and negative appraisals of care work were statistically significant mediators in the association of between job environment and service quality. Finding of the study indicated that service quality could be improved by not only improving job environment but also strengthening care worker's positive appraisal of care work. Finally, based on the findings of the study, implications and limitations of the study were discussed.

Our society is showing rapid growth throughout the industry, but it is in the era of nuclear family and aging. Due to the elderly, the demand for social welfare services such as medical treatment services tends to increase sharply. However, duties of senior citizens and social workers engaged in related medical care facilities are not clearly identified, and job stress has occurred and the degree of job satisfaction is extremely low. Therefore, in this paper, in relation to the social worker's duties of elderly nursing home care facilities, in practicing welfare services, knowledge base that was convergence with duties so that you can focus on service according to better environment and standardized procedures To provide a management system. Through the proposed system, social workers are expected to be able to improve work satisfaction by quickly grasping operations and escaping from job stress through their own development and information sharing.

The major goal of caring the elderly is not to cure the patient, but rather to improve or maintain the individual functional ability. With the aged population increases, there is increasing consensus among health care workers about the importance of developing a tool to measure and evaluate the health status of the elderly. As many writers is pointing out, care of the elderly embraces the spectrum of physical-social-psychological problems and an enormous number of variables could be introudeced into the health worker's routine measurement. But such an expansive approach to measurement could have disadvantages. The purpose of this study is to introduce the measurement tools of physical functioning, perhaps the most important measure required in long-term care, which are separated into three categories of measures; general physical health, ADL, IADL. It is important that all health workers who provide care to the elderly incorporate the concepts of functional health status into the routine assessments. And continuous study about reliability and validity is needed to apply those foreign tools to Korea.
