This study develops a improved gate assignment algorithm and decision support system using its algorithm to extract a assignment result minimizing a walking distance of passengers in airport and maximizing the utilization rate of avaliable gates in domestic airports. By operation support system, it may contribute greatly in efficient enlargement of airport operation and increase the airport reliability through quickly coping with takeoff and landing delay of flight due to weather change, preservation and repair of gate, etc. Also, passengers who use airport terminal can minimize time and walking distance for departure, arrival, and transit, and it may greatly reduce the additional operation cost for common gates through maximizing the utilization rate for exclusive usage gates for airplanes which use gates.

In this paper, the analysis methods of available information are reviewed and it is elicited to the method of which the analysis results are applied to the Autonomous Decentralized Train Management System for the optimization at the point of the route control time and for making the efficiency shunting plan in the Autonomous Centralized Station Operation Control System. As the statistics and estimated information which are got through the utilizable information analysis are applied for the automatic route control function and the shunting plan management of the station operation control system, it is possible to use efficiently the station information by the autonomous route control system. And as the exact forecast information needed for the shunting plan establishment and the operation is provided to the operator, it is established to the efficient train operation plan.

The purpose of this study is to make special study of the efficient operation of university foodservice. The concrete results through the conjoint analysis can be elicited as follows. First, through the interview in depth we draw out the efficient attribute comparing and analyzing elements of selecting menu and main reasons for selecting either student cafeterias or general cafeterias. Second, we elicit the best attribute based on the results of analysis on preference. Third, we present an improvement program for operating student cafeterias through simulation. As a result of conjoint analysis of the main reason for selecting a cafeteria and the utility of each attribute, the most important factor comes price (34.95%), the time required (33.20%), food taste (30.45%), and various menu (1.42%) in that order. What draws attention in the research is that price (34.93%) is not the only factor which influences students' choice of a cafeteria. Location (33.20%) and food taste (30.45%) are all equally important. These results show that students' expectation for cafeterias is getting various. Basically, all customers look for a nearer restaurant where its food taste is good and menu is various at a low price.

A decision support system is introduced for the efficient operation of port container terminals. It consists of ship planning subsystem, yard planning subsystem, resource management subsystem, real-time control subsystem, and simulation subsystem. The system is intended to support the planning process of the planners and the operation process of the administrators in the container terminals. It is assumed that the transfer cranes and the yard tractor/trailers are used to handle containers in the marshaling yard. The system is explained in terms of the functions of each subsystem and the data flows among various subsystems.

The provisions regarding the standard cost for recycling stated under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) since 2002, include different and complicated obligatory steps to be taken on a variety of subject items regarding the collection, the transportation and the treatment, making the corporations face in their calculating and executing the standard cost. This study presents more objective calculation scope and standard for the purpose of efficient operation of the standard cost for recycling, in consideration of the general industry perception toward cost issue as well as domestic/overseas case studies regarding the standard cost for recycling. Besides, the study presents the checking items and the calculation contents per step to calculate the standard cost for recycling. Therefore, it is expected not only to be used as the objective standard to calculate the standard cost for recycling, but also to contribute to increasing the work efficiency in the following ongoing re-calculation process and to maintaining the consistent operation of the institution.

The cost of procurement in construction projects varies depending on the type of project, but the proportion of the cost component is very large. Therefore, efficient procurement system operation affects the success of the project. However, difficulties arise in procurement management due to problems such as availability of data due to limited information, inaccurate scheduling and integration of costs. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a procurement management system to help efficient communication decision by combining Big Data which can analyze a lot of information and Block Chain technology which can secure information and record reliability to satisfy the above requirements. The results of this study are used to develop a system to develop academically improved procurement management system and practically to develop a system to secure business competitiveness and to facilitate rapid communication among project participants.

Safety management cost, US$ one thousand billion has been input to the construction area from 1995 to 2000 but the management quality is still in the developing country level. The above mentioned increase of accident rate are attributed to the generous code regulation, net fit to the sense, varying with time change, but the more fundamental reason of this is no practical construction safety management system, up to now. Hardware-orienting operation for the system could be a main reason of this problem. In this paper, we developed a model for efficent construction safety system. It was found from the case study that the model result in high efficient with low cost.

The computerization works and environment have been changed from simple transaction and data process request to system connection request, from data computerization to application work automation and process computerization through IT development and Internet spread. Recently, BPM(Business Process Management) concept has been widely propagated. It is expanding interest of business subject. Korea Railroad is operating train operation management system through 5 regional headquarters and organizations under the influence of each regional headquarter. But integrated operation and management of communication each department, work flow management and resources of depot equipment and materials have to need a lot of effort and time in huge organization as Korea Railroad. Therefore, this article realized Web Based BPM Group Ware. This article will define Korea Railroad organization and business process in using this Group Ware. And it will introduce Korea Railroad computer manage system of this Group Ware and efficient Korea Railroad Business Process through modeling and operating department work and resources management in Korea Railroad.
