To date most of the research concerning e-service quality in the context of online apparel settings has had a female or a generalized for gender and age focus. To expand the scope of understanding of online consumers, this study focuses on the key dimensions of e-service quality which affect male Generation Y consumers' e-satisfaction which in turn may affect their e-loyalty. A convenience sample of male college students was recruited from a Korean university. The findings of this study showed that privacy, personalization, efficiency, and website design were the key dimensions that have significant positive relationships with e-satisfaction. The positive relationship between e-satisfaction and e-loyalty was also confirmed. Managerial implications and suggestions for further research are further discussed.

Recently, electronic engine control system is used in many automotives for high efficiency and low pollution. In order to perform these requirements, fuel injection control, spark timing control, knock control, exhaust gas recirculation control and idle speed control should be implemented. In this paper, idle speed control system using microcontroller is developed, which is compact in hardware, but powerful in software performing efficient control and various compensations for engine condition and environments. If idle speed is low engine operation is not smooth, reversely if high, fuel consumption is increased. Therefore idle speed must be maintained as low as possible within the scope that ensures smooth operation of engine. Also, an engine signal simulator, which generates various signals from engine, is realized for test facility.

Since 1980, rapid social and economic development due to increased plant construction has led to a plant dormitory in a short period. In recent years, by the advent of the durability of dormitory remodeling is a critical need. However, user requirements due to the lack of owner's budget do not reflected. As a result, users have complained about the scope of construction, and construction stakeholder in accordance with the budget efficiency of the complaints have decreased. In this study the remodeling requirements in the planning stages is proposed for the remodeling process. In addition work type and element can select a range of construction worksheet are proposal.

Data on the oil spill recovery from the water surface by light floating electromagnetic plants using a new magnetic adsorbent are given. The feasibility scope for further oil recovery from such gathered mixtures(oil + adsorbent), reuse of this magnetic adsorbent and its property reclaiming and recycling were shown. The basic conception of the oil spill recovery and efficiency of this method were set forth.

A lot of organizations have been recognized innovative activities as the required process for organizational effectiveness and efficiency in those. Especially, the perceptual scope of innovation indisputability has been extended to the central and local government, and the public organization, which ultimately have the goal of public benefits. This study is to investigate the feasibility of the assessment elements consisting of framework for making a diagnosis of the level of administration innovation of local government. The elements of framework are such seven elements as innovative leadership, innovation vision and strategies, systematic infrastructure, innovative problems, innovation management, education and learning of innovation, and the perceptual level of members. The research results can provide the implications to not only local governments but also the public policy organizations who wish to extract the innovative problems and diagnose the innovation level of themselves.

In this paper, a fuzzy logic-based idle speed controller is designed for automotive engine with a purpose of high efficiency and low pollution. When the idle speed is low engine operation is not smooth, otherwise fuel consumption is incresed. Therefore the idle speed must be maintained as low as possible within the scope that ensures smooth operation of engine. By simulation, we show that the idle speed controller has generated a proper control signal as engine condition or enviornment varies, and also operated well for unexpected cases. Also, an engine simulator, which is used as a basic tool for controller design, is developed and utilized for reduction of development time and cost.

A bench-scale test has recently been proposed as a predictive tool to minimize the scope of pilot-scale testing or to optimize the operation of full-scale membrane filtration systems. Consequently, a bench-scale testing unit was developed for this purpose and systematically evaluated in this study. This unit was capable of accommodating commercially available, low pressure, hollow fiber (LPHF) membranes with various configurations for testing under conditions comparable to real-world applications. Reproducibility of this unit in assessing membrane fouling and microbial removal efficiency of LPHF membranes was tested and statistically comparable results were obtained. This unit serves as a useful apparatus for academic researchers and utilities to evaluate the performance of LPHF membranes used for water treatment.

Basically within a special regional area, a regional cluster seems to be based on core competencies of individual intra-cluster companies and collaboration among them. Information infrastructure has been emphasized as on one of competitive factors of a regional cluster, and it can be organized using collaboration system architecture integrated with each company's internal systems for efficient supply chain operation. As one of technical methods to prepare the system infrastructure supporting the collaboration of companies in a regional cluster, the Web Services can be effectively used. In this paper, a collaborative information system infrastructure for a regional cluster is suggested within the scope of supply chain management. And the efficiency of the proposed alternative is appraised with the features of a regional cluster.

The latest trend of our medical industry seems to have a raise on more expectation and interest in mystical therapeutics of herb medicine and its efficiency especially for the disease such as chronicity and other obstinacy that used to be impossibie to be cured with only Western medical treatment. potentiality of ideal medical treatment through interchanging of medical study between Eastern and Western is becoming an issue today. Herb medicine is our native ethnic medicine and is based on the friendly-nature and human oriented under one of the classification of natural medicine. The point of this medicine has a strong connection with the conceptional trait of Health-Care that is been newly paid a lot of attention in Western medical science. This 'Y'Oriental Medical Clinic Interior Design is to grant a new possibility of global recognition of herb medicine getting over from a limited ethnic medicine by correcting the existing problems and expanding its scope to a part of natural medicine and to newly establish its meaning as a space for Health-Care utilizing a concept of nature.
