The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of the positive psychological group program for psychological and Affectivity well-being of self-support program participants. To this end, 30 participants in the self-support program were recruited from the B-Self-Sufficiency Center in Gyeonggi Province and divided into an experimental group and a control group, and the experimental group conducted a positive psychology program once a week for a total of 8 sessions. As a result of the study, first, the positive psychology program showed a significant difference in the psychological well-being of self-support program participants. Second, the positive psychology program improved positive emotions and reduced negative emotions, resulting in significant differences in Affectivity well-being. Third, the positive psychology program helped to reduce mental pain. Fourth, in the comparison between groups, there were significant differences in psychological and Affectivity well-being. Therefore, it was proved that the positive psychology program is effective in psychological and Affectivity well-being for self-support program participants.

The increasing prevalence of diabetes is a socioeconomic and health issue. Diabetes control is a lifelong management rather than a cure, and self-care should be undertaken. This study is to classify diabetes mellitus into non-regulatory group, and to prove the difference in risk factors for diabetes. Furthermore, we want to clarify the relationship between the emotional factors by diabetics and the prevalence of diabetes. As a result, the factor of prevalence for glycemic control which is a diabetic person was demonstrated. In addition, negative emotions such as depression and stress were found to be associated with diabetes mellitus and blood sugar control. Therefore, the diagnosis of diabetes is considered to be necessary in combination with negative emotions such as depression and stress.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of cyber bullying prevention education on university students. The subjects were 64 college students and were assigned to experimental group or Comparison group. The experimental group(n = 33) was educated about cyberbullying coping strategies, and the Comparison group(n = 31) was educated about general cyberbullying We used the Basic Emotions Scale, Helplessness Scale, and Competence Scale to confirm the efficacy of the education. Results, Both the experimental group and the Comparison group showed less negative emotions and helplessness after the education than before the education. In the experimental group, competence was significantly higher than the Comparison group. These results suggest that the inclusion of coping strategy is more effective in increasing competence than cyber bullying prevention education. Finally, the limitations of this study were discussed along with suggestions for further research.
The purpose of this study was to measure repeated the process of non-suicidal self-injury individuals change in everyday life through the Ecological Momentary Assessment(EMA) daily diary. The study subjects of were 17 adults aged 19 to 29, accessed a link sent by text message on a cell phone and recorded a diary of the day's affects, interpersonal conflicts, self-injury thoughts, and behaviors once a day for two weeks. Using a total of 238 reported entries, the contextual factors of NSSI were examined, and the effects of affects and interpersonal conflicts on NSSI analyzed through a multi-level model. As a result, the negative affects of that day have a significant relation with within subject NSSI behavior and positive affects have a significant relation between subject NSSI behavior. These findings means that overall individuals with low positive affects have a higher risk of self-injury behavior compared to those with higher levles of positive emotions, and an increase in negative emotions on that day within an individual increases the risk of self-injury behavior on that day. In other words, it implies that it is important to manage negative emotions and strengthen overall positive affects for that day in the intervention of emotion-regulation of experienced self-injury individuals. It is meaningful that this study explored NSSI risk factors experienced in daily life through the short-term longitudinal study.
The purpose of this study was to investigate if a positive psychological-based music therapy program for gambling addicts' families, causes explicit or implicit attitude change towards gambling addicts. The study focused on families with gambling addicts, who use counseling centers for gambling addiction, or participate in GAM-ANON (GA). The experimental group (n=11) participated in 8 sessions of a positive psychology-based group music therapy program, and the control group (n=8) participated in 8 sessions of personal counseling, or GA family gatherings. To confirm treatment effectiveness, the attitude towards the family relationship, was measured by the explicit (Family Relation Scale) and Implicit Association Task (IAT) methods. Additionally, change in emotions including and anger (PANAS, HBDIS), was measured. Results of the study showed that positive emotions increased significantly, in the positive psychotherapy-based music therapy group compared, to the control group. However, in the treatment group with implicit attitudes, the rate of association of negative words with families accelerated significantly, suggesting that gambling addicts' families may have higher negative emotions. For the future, we discussed the necessity of providing a treatment program, that can directly lead to changes in attitudes of family members of gambling addicts.

The purpose of this study is to how the music therapy effects to older person's self-esteem feeling and a emotional mood improvement after reminiscence therapy through songs. The previous studies regarding prosocial behavior have been researched based on donors' personal traits and the effects of donees emotions. However, studies in identifying the effects of regulatory focus as motivational traits and the emotions resulting from donees' expression on prosocial behaviors have not been researched as much thoroughly. Specifically, consumers with prevention-focus perceive fit as the goal attainability process by avoiding negative factors. Thus, it is expected that the intentions of doing a charitable deed greater will more increase when the donees look sad than when they look happy. On the other hand, consumers with promotion-focus perceive fit as the consequential benefits of goal attainability when they are in the condition of a positive emotion. As a result, the intention of doing a charitable deed is expected to be increased greater when the donees have happier faces than sad faces. According to the experimental results, consumers with prevention focus more intended to do a charitable deed when the donees' expression was presented with a sad expression by mediating sadness. On the contrary, consumers with promotion focus show higher intention of doing a charitable deed when the donees looked happier by mediating happy feelings. This study has a theoretical meaningfulness in respect to expanding previous research concerning regulatory focus into donation contexts. Furthermore, this study has practical implications by presenting the donation strategies on information presentations of donees.
In this study, we investigated the psychological and physiological effects of experiences in real natural forests and virtual forests using artificially controllable VR. The experiment tested 60 adult college students in a natural forest and a graduate seminar room where external light was blocked. It evaluated the effects of the natural and the VR forest environments by comparing the psychological and physiological recovery of the subjects. Psychometric testing using the PANAS psychological index showed increased positive emotions and decreased negative emotions after experiencing forest scenery in the natural and VR forest environments. And a stress index, based on measuring cortisol in saliva, decreased significantly in the subjects in both environments. The experiment results can be used to support the creation of a psychological and physiological recovery environment with VR for those who cannot go to the natural forest due to certain restrictions such as physical distance, mobility difficulties, etc. It is expected that the results will be the basis for further research into the visual effects of forest healing and also for widening the use of VR, a technology of the fourth industry, in the field of forestry.
This research explores the concept of dance education, which involves educators demonstrating specific movements to students in a practice environment. This study aims to contribute to the emotional development and physical health of children and adolescents and to propose the direction of educational methods through interactive content. Educators explain the movements and describe the emotional context that should be expressed during these movements. This type of education focuses on conveying emotions through movement, acknowledging that dance is more than just precise postures and motions. However, individual imagination differ, and children and adolescents, in particular, may have little experience visualizing emotions. In such limited circumstances, students may focus on physical movements and postures rather than the emotional context they should convey, resulting in dry expressions or expressions that deviate from the intended emotions. This study uses interactive content to help dancers immerse themselves in the emotions associated with specific movements. Virtual content is projected into the practice space, allowing dancers to perceive a virtual environment tailored to specific movements. A body tracking sensor installed in the space recognizes the dancer's body and movements, and real-time particle effects are used to depict the dancer's movements in the virtual graphical environment. This method encourages dancers to perform the necessary movements by immersing them in an emotional experience. This study improves emotional immersion in dance education by reducing the dancer's reliance on his or her imagination alone. It catalyzes transitioning to a different emotional dimension, thereby increasing the effectiveness of dance education. This research involved dance education, which resulted in increased student engagement and concentration. Furthermore, the students recognized the emotional situations that required expression through their body movements, and they were able to express similar emotional content. Furthermore, students demonstrated creativity by incorporating emotions into their physical movements. This research is conducted in stages, each being tested in an educational setting to determine its impact.
