In future warfare, most part of resources and their platforms would be replaced by unmanned system like UGV(Unmanned Ground Vehicle). They are also connected each other with communication network and it is called NCW(Network Centric Warfare) environment. Hence how to measure the effectiveness of UGV operated in NCW circumstance become an important issue. However, there are few research paper to deal with this kind of UGV effectiveness issue coupled with communication failure. In this paper, we proposed a new ABM process to measure the UGV effectiveness combined with communication success ratio based on terrain condition of the ground engagement. Additionally, we also provide the effectiveness analysis result when communication repeater is applied in case of communication failure.

This study seeks to examine the effects of fraud management accounting on organizational value creation of listed firms in Thailand through internal audit function and internal audit effectiveness as the mediators of the study. In addition, governance culture and digital capability are hypothesized to affect fraud management accounting, internal audit function, and internal audit effectiveness. The 297 listed firms in Thailand are the samples of the study. The structural equation model is applied to test the research relationships. The results of the study indicate that, firstly, fraud management accounting has an effect on internal audit function, internal audit effectiveness, and organizational value creation. Secondly, internal audit function affects both internal audit effectiveness and organizational value creation. It also mediates the fraud management accounting-organizational value creation relationships. Thirdly, internal audit effectiveness affects organizational value creation and it mediates the fraud management accounting-organizational value creation relationships. Finally, governance culture affects fraud management accounting, internal audit function and internal audit effectiveness. Accordingly, executives can support, promote and enhance the applications of fraud management accounting in an organization, and utilize its concepts as the valuable tools in order to create best organizational practices and achieve their business goals in the current and future operations.

The purpose of this study to examine the effect of strategic innovation on organization development, organizational effectiveness, and firm performance of companies in the Industrial Estate of Thailand. The sample of this study was 360 companies and data was collected by distributing questionnaires through mail and Google form. Out of the 360 questionnaires, 192 responses were received and usable. The study period was November 2020 to February 2021. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test hypotheses regarding the influence of strategic innovation on organization development, organizational effectiveness, and firm performance. The results of this study show that strategic innovation has a positive direct effect on organization development, organizational effectiveness, and firm performance. Organizational development has no significant relationship with organizational effectiveness and firm performance, and organizational effectiveness has no significant relationship with firm performance. Strategic innovation has a strong direct positive effect on the company's performance. It indicated that strategic innovation is essential for organizations to drive business growth, generate value for the company and its customers, and create a competitive advantage. This type of innovation is essential for organizations to adapt to the speed of technology change. In addition, theoretical contributions, managerial contributions, limitations, and future research recommendations were presented in this study, including conclusions were shown.

The study examines the effects of digital accounting on financial reporting quality, accounting information usefulness, and strategic decision effectiveness of listed firms in Thailand through digital transformation as the moderating variable. A total of 313 listed firms in Thailand were selected as the sample for the study. Structural equation model and multiple regression analysis are applied to test the research relationships. The results of the study show that digital accounting has a significant effect on financial reporting quality, accounting information usefulness, and strategic decision effectiveness. Financial reporting quality significantly affects both accounting information usefulness and strategic decision effectiveness while accounting information usefulness has a significant effect on strategic decision effectiveness. Both financial reporting quality and accounting information usefulness mediate the digital accounting-strategic decision effectiveness relationship. In addition, digital transformation moderates the digital accounting-financial reporting quality relationship and the digital accounting-accounting information usefulness relationship, but it does not moderate other relationships. Accordingly, digital accounting plays a significant role in determining and explaining firms' goal achievement. Executives are suggested to learn, invest and utilize the digital accounting system in the organization to ensure goal achievement and enhance organizational sustainability.

Purpose - This exploratory study analyzes the performance of the business from the HRM point of view. Analyzed the influence of HRM and organization effectiveness on business performance. Also moderating effect of the strategy is analyzed. Research design, data, and methodology - Two outcome variables are measured, non-financial performance and financial performance. Two organizational effectiveness variables are measured, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. And two HRM areas are measured, HRM practice and organizational culture. Finally, two strategies are measured as moderators, market strategy and product/service strategy. This study analyzed employees of 554 from the 7th HCCP. This study used SEM and MCFA. Result - The results of turnover intention, growth rate, and profit rate verified the influence of HRM and organizational effectiveness. Overall results showed a contrary effect of education & training system implement and participation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Among organizational culture, innovation and relation positively affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. However, antecedents influencing turnover intention, growth rate, and profit rate bear no resemblance. And the MCFA result shows that strategy's group differentiation analysis is meaningful in turnover intention not in financial performance. Conclusion - Based on this study result, management suggestions for turnover intention, growth rate, profit rate, and organizational effectiveness are made. Especially, due to the company's strategy.

Purpose - This study explored factors of online education that affect student dissatisfaction and learning effectiveness in higher education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research design, data, and methodology - This study combined qualitative and quantitative designs. The qualitative part of this study involved in-depth interviews using a criteria-based purposive sampling technique. The quantitative part of this study consisted of an online survey. Results - The qualitative results revealed that students faced significant problems related to online learning, including a lack of learning environment, interaction, and support from the school. The quantitative results indicated that the effects of transitioned-online courses on student dissatisfaction were higher with student support, the interaction between students and instructors, online learning environment, and course organization and evaluation based on the order, while the effects on learning effectiveness were higher with the online learning environment, interaction between students and instructors, course organization and evaluation, and student support based on the order. Conclusion - The results implied that online learning in the era of the COVID 19 pandemic negatively affects student satisfaction and learning effectiveness. Policymakers and school leaders should improve students' satisfaction and learning effectiveness when confronted with the pandemic. Better policies should be adopted to improve better way of teaching in the era of COVID19.

This study aimed to verify the learning effectiveness of students who took courses in the field of new and renewable energy, which have been operated within a convergence university system. To achieve this, data were collected from 1,228 students who participated in 34 courses jointly developed and conducted by seven universities as part of standard curriculum offerings. The study analyzed learning effectiveness (course satisfaction, transfer motivation, learning transfer, creativity-convergence competency) using Excel 2018 and SPSS 25.0. It also examined inter-university differences in learning effectiveness and identified factors influencing creativity-convergence competency. The main findings are as follows: (a) Course satisfaction (M= 4.20), transfer motivation (M=3.62), learning transfer (M= 4.06), and creativity-convergence competency (M=3.92) were generally high. (b) Analysis of learning effectiveness differences between universities showed no significant differences among universities A, B, C, D, and E. University F was lower compared to other universities, while University G was significantly higher than others. (c) Sex, grade, number of courses taken, course satisfaction, transfer motivation, and learning transfer had effect on creativity-convergence competency. The results of this study provided implications for promoting activities to attract students, expanding transfer opportunities, and ensuring student agency.

Objective : We analyzed present condition of cooperative medical care using claims data of HEALTH INSURANCE REVIEW & ASSESSMENT SERVICE form patients treated by Korean-Western cooperative medicine. The study aimed to offer guidelines in selecting disease-related research in developing Korean-Western convergence technology. Method : Based on the patients using Korean medical service, we analyzed claims data of patients using Korean medical service and western medical service from January 2012 to December 2013. We were assigned to the server remotely. With the concept of 'episode of care', we rebuilt claims data and analyzed present condition of cooperative medical usage. Results : We analyzed present condition of cooperative medical care per episode of care. Among outpatients, Low back pain, lumbar region(M5456) was the highest number. Among inpatients, Sciatica due to intervertebral disc disorder(M511) was the highest number. Conclusion : Based on the claims data provided by HEALTH INSURANCE REVIEW & ASSESSMENT SERVICE, we have derived a list of multy frequently disease frequently treated by cooperative medical care by analyzing present condition.

This study attempted to review the recent, high-quality evidence-based practical research related to the treatment effectiveness of voice disorders which focus on randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and translational research of vocal fold tissue engineering for vocal fold regeneration. Methodology including PICO (P; Populations or Patients, I; Interventions, C; Comparison group (control, placebo, gold standard), O; Outcomes or measures made) information for RCTs and animal models (species), regenerative therapy method, and outcomes of translational research for clinical application was summarized and discussed for future voice disorder research.
