This study intended to test the structure of the latent factor of an effectiveness scale and the stability of invariance across groups of students' classifications (gender and levels of education). In the large, non-clinical sample (850), students completed the effectiveness scale. The (CFA) confirmatory factor analysis was used to investigate the factor-structure of the measure, and multiple-group confirmatory factor analysis (MGCFA) model was used to test the stability of invariance across groups of students' classifications. The findings of the CFA indicated support for the original four-factor model. Additional analyses of the MGCFA method support the measurement (configural, metric and strong) invariant and practical invariant components of this model. There was an invariant across gender. There was partially invariant across groups of levels of education. The scale exists in groups of levels of education assess the same concepts of, excluding Items 15 and 10. Given that this study is the first investigation for the structure of the effectiveness scale.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate breastfeeding effectiveness scale to measure effectiveness of breastfeeding for mothers in the early postpartum period. Methods: A conceptual framework was constructed from properties of effective breastfeeding (Yang and Seo, 2011), and item construction was derived from literature review and analysis of the data along with interviews with breastfeeding mothers. Content validity was tested by experts. Each item was scored on a five-point Likert scale. The preliminary questionnaire was administered to 248 breastfeeding mothers. Data were analyzed using item analysis, factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficients, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Results: From the factor analysis, 20 items in seven factors were derived. The factors were identified as mother's satisfaction, suckling, assurance of milk quantity, infant's satisfaction, latching on, infant's feeding desire, and breastfeeding positioning. The seven factors explained 65.1% of total variance, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of the total items was .83 and the factors ranged from .44 to .75. Conclusion: Results of this study suggest that breastfeeding effectiveness scale is a reliable and valid instrument to measure breastfeeding effectiveness of mothers in the early postpartum period.

Objectives : To assess and compare the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment of depression in epilepsy children and adolescent's parents. Methods : 20 cases of depression in epilepsy children and adolescent's parents were investigated in Southern TCM Centre, Southern University College, Malaysia. Subjects were randomly divided into two groups; Acupuncture treatment group and Herbal medication treatment group. Family relationships questionnaires and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale were used before, after 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatments in order to investigate the effectiveness of treatment. Results : After 4 weeks Acupuncture treatment group showed significant reduction in the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale. On the other hand, after 8 weeks both groups showed significant reduction in Hamilton Depression Rating Scale. Conclusions : The result suggests that the effectiveness of Acupuncture treatment is comparable with treat of Herbal medication treatment to reduce parent's Hamilton Depression Rating Scale.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the teaching effectiveness and clinical learning environment on the clinical practice competency in nursing students. Method: Undergraduate nursing students (268) enrolled in one of 4 universities in 2 cities completed a survey questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression with the SPSS/Win 11.0 program. Results: The mean score for teaching effectiveness was 3.09 (${\pm}.53$) on a 5-point scale, for clinical learning environment, 3.09 (${\pm}.50$) on a 5-point scale, and for clinical practice competency, 3.94 (${\pm}.52$) on a 6-point scale. Significant positive correlations were found between teaching effectiveness and clinical learning environment, and clinical practice competency. The regression model explained 8.8% of clinical practice competency. Teaching effectiveness and clinical learning environment were significant predictors of clinical practice competency. Conclusion: The findings of the study suggest that teaching effectiveness and clinical learning environment be considered when developing strategies to increase clinical practice competency in nursing students.

This paper tried to analyze the response of air traffic controller(ATC) against abnormal situations using survey based on cognitive strategies suggested by Malakis et al.(2010). The survey designed to empirically analyze the effect of the cognitive strategy factors on organizational effectiveness. The main purpose of this research was as follows: First, it was analyzed both the individual-scale and team-scale factors which constructed the cognitive strategy against abnormal situations. Secondly, how seriously impact the ATC's cognitive strategies on their organizational effectiveness. The organizational effectiveness was divided into such two latent variables as job absorption and job satisfaction. According to the a analysis, it was proven that premeditated act of ATC had a positive significant effect on team-scale cognitive strategies such as teamwork, communication and error management. Moreover, it was found out the team-scale cognitive strategies had also a positive significant effect on job absorption. On the other hands, individual-scale cognitive strategies had no or negative effect on job absorption. Job absorption was proven to have a significant effect on job satisfaction of ATC.

This study is designed to reveal the relationship of Army Nurses′ effectiveness to their perceptual orientation. Studies on nurses are very few despite of highly professional duties which deal with human lives. Effectiveness of nurses could be seen from both within and without. At present study, however, the researcher tried to work on the point of view of perceptual psychology. The study was designed !o fined the relationship of "Perceptual Orientation Scale"to their ratings training courses and experiences. The subjects are limited to nurses serving in the Army of the Republic of Korea. Many researches on nurses, such as Young Bok Lee(1970), Sook Ja Yoo(1971) Young Sook Hong (1970), Ik Do Choi (1966), are dealt with their attitude, morale, how to see their profession, adjustability and college lives, tut no one ever studied their subjective perceptual orientation. Method "Perceptual Orientation Scale"(Chunghoon Choy, 1971) was administered to 315 Army Nurses during the period of June to November 1971, and the relationship with their ratings by their supervising officers, training courses and their experiences were tested. All the relationship were calculated by the method of Chi-Squares. Result 1) There is no significant relationship between "Perceptual Orientation Scale" and their ratings. 2) There is no significant relationship between "Perceptual Orientation Scale" and their training courses. 3) There is no significant relationship between "Perceptual Orientation Scale" and their experiences. Conclusion As far as calculated result are concerned the research could not fined any Significant relationship. Therefore we can conclude that "Perceptual Orientation Scale"of the nurses has nothing to do with nurses effectiveness. It means the Army Nurses rating method has to be modified at once. Also we have to continue to fined mole significant effectiveness criteria and other researches be encouraged.

본 연구는 마이크로크레딧 이용자를 대상으로 사업 운영의 효과성을 파악하는 척도를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 마이크로크레딧을 실증적으로 다룬 국내 선행연구와 이용자 및 전문가 대상의 초점집단인터뷰(Focus Group Interview)를 바탕으로 30개의 예비문항을 구성하였다. 본 조사를 위해 310부의 설문지를 발송하였으며, 128개의 회수된 설문지 중 부실 응답지 1부를 제외한 127개의 설문지를 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 하였으며, 분석결과 3개 요인, 24개 문항의 척도 타당도가 검증되었다. 또한 확인적 요인분석을 통한 모형의 적합도를 고려하여 마이크로크레딧 사업체 차원의 효과성 척도를 확정하였다. 구체적인 요인으로는 점포운영 요인 5개 문항, 창업만족도 요인 3개 문항, 경영역량 요인 16개 문항으로 구성되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구를 통해 개발된 사업체 차원의 효과성 척도를 바탕으로 마이크로크레딧의 연구의 방향을 제시하였고, 아울러 마이크로크레딧의 실천적인 발전 방향을 제언하였다.

This study was a comparative investigation of the influence of demographic variables and teacher's empowerment on organizational effectiveness in public and private kindergartens. The subjects were 303 teachers at either public or private kindergartens. The measures used for this study were questionnaires, the SPES(School Participant Empowerment Scale) and the Organizational Effectiveness Scale. The survey used in this study and data were analyzed by means of a t-test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analyses. The results showed that teachers in public kindergartens had higher scores in terms of both empowerment and organizational effectiveness than teachers in private kindergartens. Empowerment was seen to be an influential factor in measuring teacher's organizational effectiveness.

PURPOSES : This research is to evaluate the effects of zig-zag marking. METHODS : Based on the literature review, This research adopt Comparison Group method which was developed by Hauer. RESULTS : The findings are as follows. Effectiveness of treatment at all site 1.06, intersection 0.92, median bus lane 1.93, school zone 0.50, below 6-lane 0.48, above 6-lane 1.19, cat vs person 0.57, car vs car 1.36, car only 1.29. CONCLUSIONS : Though the analysis, it was founded that zig-zag marking on the small scale road(below 6-lane) and school zone contribute to reduce traffic accidents(effectiveness of the treatment : 0.50, 0.48). But the accidents at large scale road and median bus lane where installed zig-zag marking demonstrated negative result.(effectiveness of the treatment indicates exceed 1.0).

The effectiveness of behavior group counseling using the games of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) was studied with 24 primary school children (12 each in the experimental and in the control groups). The subjects were selected on the basis of the Abbreviated Conners Teacher Rating Scale-Revised. The counseling program consisted of 12 sessions over a 6-week period. Effectiveness of the training was evaluated with the Conners Teacher Rating Scale-Revised, the ADHD teacher's rating scale, and the Korea-Child Behavior Checklist. Findings were that the group receiving counseling exhibited improved attention, social relationships, and self control. They also exhibited decreased carelessness-passivity, hyperactivity, hostility and fewer behavior problems.
