This study was made to investigate the differences in Korean woman's perceived makeup image and self-consciousness according to their expectation level in socio-psychological effect of makeup, and to gather information needed for the better understanding of cosmetics consumers and more effective marketing activities of cosmetics industries. Normative-descriptive survey method using questionnaire was employed for the present study. The survey was conducted in August 2001 and the sample consisted of 942 women between the ages of 18 and 50 residing in Seoul and Kyungi province. Data were analyzed by SPSS package. Factor analysis, ANOVA, and MANOVA were employed for the analysis of the data. The results are as follows : (1) Six factors emerged from the data related to the category of expected socio-psychological effect of makeup. Those factors were named as "increasing positiveness", "refreshment", "covering weakness", "self-expression", "consideration for others", and "the tool for self-change". Four factors were found in the category of makeup image, and the factors were named as "refinement", "nobility", "favorable impression ", and "personality ". (2) There was a tendency that those who highly expect the socio-psychological effect of makeup have more positive self-image. Considering this differences in self-image according to the level of expected socio-psychological effect of makeup. service activities for the consumers' positive opinion and attitude to the effect of makeup are needed, and it seems that those service activities will have a good influence on the consumers' emotional health. (3) Subjects with higher level of social anxiety showed higher expectations in refreshment, covering weakness and self-expression. Considering this trend, marketers have to make an constant effort for the variety of cosmetics and makeup manner by which consumers satisfy their expectation in makeup. It seems that the satisfaction of their expectation on the help of makeup effect will contribute to lessen social anxiety, and to get emotional stability. (4) Subjects with higher personal self-anxiety showed higher expectations of the effect. "increase of positiveness". 「Act On Contracts To Which The State Is A Party」 stipulates that the "Construction Standard Production Rate" and "Construction Standard Unit Price" be used as the criteria for determining the estimated price of construction works performed by public institutions. In this regard, issues such as the application scope of the Construction Standard Unit Price, and the effect of budget reduction continue. However, due to the lack of quantitative data on the actual application of Construction Standard Unit Price, it is difficult to objectively evaluate various issues. In order to prepare data for objective evaluation of the Construction Standard Unit Price, this study analyzed the ripple effect of applying the Construction Standard Unit Price based on the bill of quantity. As a result of the analysis, the Construction Standard Unit Price ripple effect in the civil engineering part was 9.2%, and it was analyzed that there was a ripple effect of about 1.9% based on the civil engineering direct cost. In the construction part, the ripple effect was analyzed to be relatively high at 17%, but it was found to have a ripple effect of about 3% in the construction direct cost. Based on the total direct cost, the ripple effect was calculated as 2.2%. Based on the analysis results, it is possible to evaluate the effect of applying the Standard Market Unit Price, and it is expected to be used as basic data to solve issues. As a future study, it is necessary to additionally analyze the ripple effect by Standard Market Unit Price application range (over 10 billion, over 20 billion won, etc.) and delivery system type (comprehensive evaluation, qualification examination, technical bidding, etc.). In addition, it is necessary to study the appropriate ripple effect of the Standard Market Unit Price.
Background: This study evaluates physical function, balance, and cognition rehabilitation motivation. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: The subjects include 67 stroke patients to measure physical function, balance, and cognition rehabilitation motivation. For evaluation of physical function, Manual Muscle Test, Range of Motion, Modified Ashworth Scale for spasticity, grasping power, and balance was measured using Functional reach test (FRT), Berg Balance Scale (BBS). For evaluating Cognition, Korean-Mini Mental State Examination, motivation for rehabilitation scale was used to measure for motivation. Results: The results of this study that the moderating effect of rehabilitation motivation was significant in the effect of physical function on BBS (p<0.01), The moderating effect of rehabilitation motivation was significant in the effect of FRT on physical function (p<0.01), The moderating effect of external motivation was also significant in the effect of FRT on physical function (p<0.01). However, the results of the rehabilitation motivations generally divided into three groups (Lower, Average, Upper) and all three results were statistically significant only in groups of average and lower. Conclusion: This study confirms that the rehabilitation motive has demonstrated significant adjustment effects between the body function and balance. In this study, physical function, balance and cognition were significantly correlated with each other, and rehabilitation motivation proved a significant moderating effect between physical function and balance.
This study was to explore purchasing behavior and repurchase intention by considering social-face sensitivity and conspicuous consumption. To do this, first, this study tried to explain how consumers had different characteristics for social-face sensitivity, conspicuous consumption, purchasing behavior, and repurchase intention for outdoor wear. Second, this study tested the relationship between consumer behavior (purchasing behavior and repurchase intention) and social-face sensitivity by considering the mediating effect of conspicuous consumption. As the results, first, there was a significant relationship between social-face sensitivity (sensitivity to saving face) and conspicuous consumption, which had a significant effect on the purchasing behavior with outdoor wear(purchase frequency, purchase cost). Second, social-face sensitivity (consciousness of shame) had a significant effect on conspicuous consumption (preference for famous brands, status symbol, pursuing fashion), and social face sensitivity (consciousness of social formality) had a significant effect on conspicuous consumption (preference for famous brands). The relationship between the conspicuous consumption and purchasing behavior showed that conspicuous consumption had significant effects on consumer behavior (purchase frequency, purchase cost). The relationship between the social-face sensitivity and purchasing behavior showed that being conscious of others had a significant effect on purchasing behavior. Third, purchasing behavior with outdoor wear had a significant effect on repurchase intention. Finally, this study confirmed that conspicuous consumption had a partially significant mediating effect on the relationship between social-face sensitivity (sensitivity to saving face) and purchasing behavior.

This study is aimed at considering the relationship between the influential factor in Smartphone purchase and consumer awareness. For this purpose, this study set up the influential factors in Smartphone purchase as advertising effect, brand effect and usability effect and corporate image effect, and considered the relationship between these influential factors and consumer awareness empirically. The research results can be summarized as following 3 parts: First, the four factors suggested as the influential factor in Smartphone purchase were verified to have a significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and thus, it is thought that the bigger the influence of these factors, the more customer satisfaction and customer loyalty will increase. Second, among the factors suggested as influential factors in Smartphone purchase, the biggest factor in influencing customer satisfaction was found to be 'Usability Effect' while the biggest factor in influencing customer loyalty was revealed to be 'Brand Effect.' As a result, this study could learn that it's necessary that 'Usability Effect' should be considered more preferentially than other factors in order to enhance customer satisfaction while 'Brand Effect' should be preferentially considered in orderto raise customer loyalty. Third, it can be judged that in the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, the bigger the customer satisfaction, the higher the customer loyalty. It is hoped that such research results could be applied as useful materials in time of establishing the marketing strategy. Nevertheless, this paper makes it clear that due to the constraints in the number of sample areas and samples, there is a limit in objectifying the research results into all areas.
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of stress-coping strategies of childcare teachers' creative personality on teacher efficacy. Methods: Study subjects were 204 childcare teachers working at nursery schools located in S city of Gyeonggi province, and this study collected materials from childcare teachers through a self-report survey. For materials collected, this study conducted frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using spss 21.0, and verified the mediating effect through the Sobel Test. Results of this study are as follows. Results: First, there was a positive correlation among creative personality, teacher efficacy and stress-coping strategies. Second, results show that stress-coping strategies mediate the effect of childcare teachers' creative personality on teacher efficacy. Lastly, problem-focused coping strategies turned out to be full mediation, whereas coping strategies seeking social support was partial mediation. Conclusion: Based on the results, this study suggested the necessity to prepare a practical plan for enabling childcare teachers to use stress-coping strategies in a successful way.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the structural relationship between public library service-scape, flow, user satisfaction, and customer loyalty for adults who use public libraries for academic purposes in a changing public library environment. To this end, this study reviewed the concepts of public library service-scape, immersion, user satisfaction, and customer loyalty with existing literature, proposed a research model based on this, and empirically verified them. Methods: This study collected and statistically analyzed data for adults using public libraries for the purpose of reading books or studying. The collected data were checked using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 and the research hypothesis was verified by analyzing the results using the structural equation modeling technique. Results: The results of the study are as follows. First, spatiality, aesthetics, and amenity of service-scapes have a positive effect on flow. Second, spatiality and amenity of service-scapes have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Third, Flow has a positive effect on user satisfaction. Fourth, Flow and user satisfaction have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it suggests a strategic direction to enhance the service competitiveness of public libraries by strengthening the service-scape.
This study postulates a partial mediation model(study model I) and a whole mediation model(study model II) to examine the effect on endogenous rural development of local innovation capability strengthening in the local industry promotion project, the establishment of promotion system, and the revitalization of local economy. To accomplish study purposes, 169 response samples from 85 project groups which drive the local industry promotion project were verified using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0. The results showed that in the partial mediation model, the local innovation capability strengthening had a significantly positive effect on the establishment of promotion system, the establishment of promotion system had a significant effect on the revitalization of local economy, and the revitalization of local economy had a significant effect on the endogenous rural development, while the establishment of promotion system and local innovation capability strengthening didn't have effect on the endogenous rural development. In the whole mediation model, the local innovation capability strengthening had a significant effect on the revitalization of local economy, the establishment of promotion system on the revitalization of local economy, and the revitalization of local economy on the endogenous rural development. According to the verifications of study model I and II, the endogenous rural development is achieved after the revitalization of local economy through the establishment of promotion system and the local innovation capability strengthening. From these results, this study presents suggestions, limits of study and directions in the future study.

Any enterprises cannot be free from service failure because of service attribute. Thus, the effort to recover from service failure properly has an important meaning. This study emphasizes on the need of effort of service recovery and distinguishes the operant situation of service failure into severity and controllability. At this moment in time, this study wants to verify the role of the effect of justice awareness on trust and satisfaction and adjustment role of employees' authenticity. An object of his study was 206 people who complained about service and this study analyzed their questionnaires by using SPSS, AMOS. To sum up, First, this study result shows that the seriousness of service failure has a negative effect on justice and only controllability has a negative effect on justice. Second, this study result shows that justice awareness has a positive effect on trust and satisfaction and that recovered trust has a positive effect on satisfaction. Third, authenticity has regulation effect on the structural relationship of severity, controllability, trust and satisfaction. Based on such result, this study presented suggestive point and suggested future study.
Objectives : This study was conducted to infer the effect of superficies-resolveing herbs by analyzing effect terms which have extracted and refined, based on four temperatures and five tastes. Methods : Firstly, temperatures, tastes and effect terms were extracted from the 27 kinds of superficies-resolving herbs written in Herbology. Then, each effect terms was divided into single meaning term and refined as typical term, using the inclusive effect terms I established. After that, herbs were grouped by tastes and found the effect terms which are mentioned most frequently. Results & Conclusions : All the superficies-resolving herbs can have wind-dispelling effect and superficies-resolving effect, except Bulpleuri Radix. This herb is able to has just the wind-dispelling effect. And it's more appropriate to categorize Bulpleuri Radix to heat-clearing herb group than superficies-resolving herb group, considering its several, distinctly cold characteristics. Some effects are concentrated to wind-cold-dispersing herb group and others to wind-heat-dispersing herb group. Each tastes has its own representative effect group.
