본 연구의 목적은 스마트폰의 급속한 성장과 발전으로 인한 ICT(Information and Communication Technology)사용자 환경에서 커뮤니케이션 상호작용성에 영향을 미치는 요인들과의 관계 및 영향을 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 매체활용이론 및 정보기술 수용과 관련된 선행연구들을 중심으로 상호작용성에 영향을 미치는 특성요인들을 추출하고 연구모형을 구축하였고, 이를 토대로 커뮤니케이션 상호작용성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구를 수행하였다. 실증분석결과 통신처리속도, 처리용량, 셋업시간, 처리의 정확성, 제공매체의 다양성, 그리고 시 공간제약 여부를 중심으로 평가한 ICT 매체특성, 신기술에 대한 호기심, 충동적 반응과 즉각적 반응정도로 구분한 정보기술 개인혁신성은 ICT 매체활용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한, ICT 매체특성, ICT 매체활용태도는 커뮤니케이션 상호작용성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 정보기술 개인혁신성은 커뮤니케이션 상호작용에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 개인혁신성이 클수록 정보전달, 정보접근, 정보공유 및 활용에 소극적인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구로 제시된 결과는 ICT를 활용한 커뮤니케이션 상호작용성을 이해하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대하며 본 연구를 해석하는데 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다

글로벌 비즈니스 환경이 급변함에 따라 각국의 경제정책 패러다임도 지속적으로 변화한다. 그중 중소기업 육성은 많은 선진국의 핵심적인 정책으로 자리 잡았다. 중소기업의 성장은 고용 없는 성장시대의 일자리 창출과 지역사회 발전에 기여한다. 특히, 중소기업의 성장은 중견기업, 대기업으로 성장하는 밑거름이 된다. 따라서 중소기업의 성장은 국가 경제에 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 최근 4차 산업혁명으로 정보통신기술이 주목받는 가운데, ICT 중소기업의 성장은 국가 미래산업으로 주목받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 ICT 중소기업의 성과에 연구개발 요인이 어떠한 영향을 미치는 검증한다. 이를 위해 과학기술정보통신부에서 조사한 ICT 중소기업 실태조사의 응답을 바탕으로 실증한다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 자원기반이론에 입각한 ICT 중소기업의 연구개발 투자, 연구개발 인력, 정부지원정책은 기업의 경쟁우위 확보에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업의 경쟁우위인 4차 산업활용, 제품의 수준은 기업의 매출에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 기업의 성장단계에 따라 인수합병 및 기술확보방법이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 ICT 중소기업의 기술혁신과 기업성과를 달성하기 위해서는 정부 지원정책과 내부 연구개발 인력 확보 및 투자가 주요 요인이며, 기업의 성장단계에 따라 기술확보전략이 다른 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, we present the design and characterization analysis of a cascode GaN field-effect transistor (FET) for switching power conversion systems. To enable normally-off operation, a cascode GaN FET employs a low breakdown voltage (BV) enhancement-mode Si metal-oxide-semiconductor FET and a high-BV depletion-mode (D-mode) GaN FET. This paper demonstrates a normally-on D-mode GaN FET with high power density and high switching frequency, and presents a theoretical analysis of a hybrid cascode GaN FET design. A TO-254 packaged FET provides a drain current of 6.04 A at a drain voltage of 2 V, a BV of 520 V at a drain leakage current of $250{\mu}A$, and an on-resistance of $331m{\Omega}$. Finally, a boost converter is used to evaluate the performance of the cascode GaN FET in power conversion applications.

There is a growing interest in researching new leadership and efficient organizational management due to the changes and spread of Information Communications Technologies (ICT) related organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of leadership on organization in ICT R & D, and to follow the relationship between coaching leadership, leader member exchange (LMX), emotional intelligence of leaders, and organizational effectiveness. In order to verify this research problem, a total of 310 people were surveyed from employees working in the ICT R & D field. Reliability analysis of the measuring tool was tested on 80 pilot surveys in advance, and the final 285 data were used for empirical analysis excluding 25 unsatisfactory responses. For analysis, SPSS 22.0 program and AMOS were used to analyze the reliability, validity, path analysis, and control effects of the measurement tools. The findings demonstrate empirically the positive relationship between LMX and organizational effectiveness on coaching leadership in ICT R & D. In addition, by empirically verifying the effect that the emotional intelligence of the leader regulates the relationship between LMX, organizational effectiveness, and coaching leadership, then emotional intelligence of the leader can be usefully applied in ICT R & D. Furthermore, the demand for more in-depth research on coaching leadership, LMX, and emotional intelligence of leaders, which positively affects organizational effectiveness, was identified as demand for ICT R & D is increasing and horizontal and interactive leadership is needed.

This research aims to examine the cause-and-effect relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment within ICT corporates for fire prevention, through Leader-Member Exchange(LMX) and Organizational Support. A survey was conducted to corporate employees from staff members to executives. A total of 316 responses were collected during two weeks from May 1st to 17th, 2019, and were analyzed in this research. The result of the theory on ICT fire prevention was as follows: First, Distributive Justice has significant influence on Organizational Support, while it does not on LMX. Second, Procedural Justice has significant influence on both Organizational Support and LMX. Third, while Interactional Justice does not have significant influence on Organizational Support, LMX showed significant influence. Fourth, Organizational Support has significant influence on Organizational Commitment. Fifth, LMX has significant influence on Organizational Commitment. This research is academically significant in that it applied the Justice Theory on ICT corporates for fire prevention from staff members to executives. It is considered so, since existing researches mainly address on the status of technologies and policies on how to link fire prevention and ICT, and not on fair compensation based on Organization Justice theory. Practical significance can be found in its suggestions to improving organizational culture from top-down to bottom-up, thus creating free and engaging atmosphere at work. It is therefore needed to conduct further researches that categorize executives by their traits, and examine factors influencing on organizational commitment within ICT corporates for fire prevention.

본 연구는 탐구교수학습 모형에 기반한 체육과 ICT교수 학습 과정안을 개발하고 현장에 적용하여 교수 학습에서의 효율성을 입증하는 것이다. 최근, 체육 교육에도 ICT를 활용이 다양해지고 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 ICT 단순 활용방식에서 벗어나 교수 학습의 구체적 절차와 방법인 '학습모형'에 기반한 ICT 활용을 연구함으로써 학습 목표와 효과를 높이도록 하였다. 체육과의 육상, 체조 단원에 적용되는 탐구교수학습모형을 ICT 활용 수업에 적합하도록 재구성하여 절차적 모형으로 각 단계를 정의하고, 이를 실현하기 위한 ICT 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하였다. 그리고 초등학교 5학년 수업에 적용하였다. 적용 결과 교수 학습 목표 달성의 효율성을 높이고 학습의 흥미유발과 학습 만족도를 높이고 멀리뛰기의 기능적인 면에서 효과가 있었다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between ICT(Information & communication technology) infrastructure, investment environment, and innovation performance from a national perspective. Design/methodology/approach We derived 5 hypotheses based on the literature review. To measure each concept, We converted the scores of each country provided by the Global Innovation Index into a 7 Likert scale and performed a regression analysis. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that knowledge and technology output mediated the relationship between ICT infrastructure and creative goods and services. In addition, this study confirmed that the investment environment has a moderating effect between ICT infrastructure and knowledge and technology output.

본 연구는 우리나라에서 정보통신자본의 활용이 경제 전반의 생산성을 높이는데 기여하고 있는지를 1970~2005년 기간의 산업별 자료를 이용하여 분석하였다. 특히 정보통신자본의 축적과 생산성 향상 사이에 상당한 시차가 존재할 가능성을 고려하였다. 생산성 향상을 유발할 수 있을 만큼 정보통신자본이 충분히 축적되었는지를 평가하기 위해 선진국과 비교한 결과, 경제 전체로서는 선진국과의 격차를 줄이고 있으나, 이는 주로 정보통신자본의 집적도가 높은 산업의 비중이 증가한 데 기인하며, 개별 산업에서는 선진국에 비해 낮은 수준이 지속되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 산업별 성장회계 결과는 정보통신 고이용부문의 총요소생산성 증가세가 2000년 이후 개선되었으나, 사업서비스 등 일부 산업을 제외하면 정보통신자본의 축적이 생산성 향상을 초래하였을 가능성은 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 회귀분석 결과는 정보통신 생산부문을 제외하면 정보통신자본의 축적이 생산성 향상으로 이어지기까지 상당한 시간이 소요되고 있을 가능성을 시사하였다. 따라서 정보통신기술의 생산성 파급효과를 강화하기 위해서는 정보통신자본의 축적을 저해하는 제도적 요인을 점검하는 한편, 정보통신기술 활용을 위한 보완적 혁신이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 제도적 환경을 개선하는 것이 중요하다고 생각된다.

본 연구는 여러 종류의 ICT 활용 수업자료 중 WBI 수업자료, CD-ROM 타이틀 그리고 ICT 활용 수업모듈 수업자료가 과학 학업성취 및 자기 주도적 학습특성과 창의력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 초등학교 과학 ‘지구’ 분야의 단원에 대하여 세 가지 자료를 활용하여 수업을 실시하고 그 효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과, WBI 수업자료, CD-ROM 타이틀 수업자료와 ICT 활용 수업모듈을 활용한 수업은 과학 학업성취, 자기 주도적 학습특성, 창의력을 변화시키는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. WBI 수업자료는 자기 주도적 학습특성을 변화시키는데 효과적이며, ICT 활용 수업모듈 수업자료는 창의력을 향상시킨 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 선행연구를 통하여 ICT 산업 종사자의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 도출하여 도출된 영향요인들에 대해서 각 요인별로 중요도를 분석하면서 분석결과를 바탕으로 ICT 기업에 실무적인 차원에서 조직몰입에 미치는 영향요인들을 제시하였다. 분석결과 ICT 산업 종사자의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향요인으로 1차 계층 요인 중 사회적 지원이 가장 중요한 영향요인으로 분석되었고, 2차 계층 요인을 12개 요인으로 설정하여 분석한 결과에서는 정서적 지원, 정보적 지원, 물질/도구적 지원 등 3개 요인이 매우 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다. 그러나 심리적 임파워먼트는 상대적으로 중요도가 낮은 것으로 분석되었다.
