국가수준 학업성취도 평가의 화학 문항에서 나타난 초.중학교 학생의 성취수준별 특징 비교 (Comparison of the Characteristics of each Educational Achievement Level of Elementary and Middle School Students Shown in the Chemistry Items of the National Assessment of Educational Achievement)

  • 우리나라 초등학교 6학년 학생들을 대상으로 실시한 2009, 2010, 2011년 국가수준 학업성취도 평가 결과를 이용하여 학생들의 성취수준별 특징을 조사하였고, 초 중학교 학생들의 특징을 비교하였다. 초 중학생의 성취수준별 대표 문항 분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 내용을 알았다. 초 중학교 공통적으로 우수학력 학생들은 모두 교육과정의 성취기준을 정확히 이해하고 있었지만 보통학력 학생들은 용어를 단순히 기억하는 수준과 같이 교육과정의 성취기준을 피상적으로 이해하고 있었다. 그래서 보통학력 학생들은 교육과정 목표 달성을 위해 수업 및 평가에서 내용을 정확히 이해하도록 돕는 방안을 늘릴 필요가 있다. 예를들어 선다형 평가 대신 서술형 평가를 요구하는 교육환경은 개념을 정확히 이해하는 습관을 길러줄 수 있을 것이다. 기초학력 학생들은 교육과정의 성취기준을 거의 이해하지 못하고 있었기 때문에 단순한 상황에서 성취기준을 다루는 보정 교육을 실시할 필요가 있다. 교육과정에서 다루는 과학 개념은 학교급별로 위계적으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 기초학력 미달 수준을 위한 보정 교육만으로는 과학교육에서 학습 결손 문제를 해결할 수 없다. 이를 위해서는 과학에서 수준별 수업을 대폭 확대할 필요가 있다.

위탁아동의 학업성취향상 요인에 관한 연구 : 위탁부모의 교육에 대한 관심과 참여 중심으로 (Coping with Educational Disadvantages of Foster Children : Educational Expectations and Involvement Foster Parents)

  • This study used secondary data of the Illinois Subsidized Guardianship Waiver Demonstration, Chicago Public Schools and administrative data of the Illinois Department of Child and Family Services. Multiple regression analysis was the main statistical method. Results revealed a positive effect of foster parents' expectations on educational achievement of foster children without disabilities. Among types of educational involvement, 'direct educational activities' showed a positive effect on math and 'supervision reported by children' showed a positive effect on reading achievement. Among indices of the quality of relationship: the presence of kinship ties, permanence achievement, and level of affection between foster parents and children, only level of affection had a significant positive association with both math and reading achievement.

가계의 교육비 지출에 관한 시계열 분석 (A Time-Series Analysis on the Household Educational Expenditure)

  • This study examined the levels and trends in the household expenditure in both public and private education. Between 1982 and 2000, the level of the total educational expenditure increased by 5% in each year on average, increased by 2.2% for public education, and by 11.4% for private education. On the public educational expenditure, the consumption expenditure elasticity was 0.2 and the price elasticity was 1.49. On the private educational expenditure, the consumption expenditure elasticity was 1.5 and became below 1 after 1998, and the price elasticity was 2.63. The results indicated that the educational expenditure was necessary rather than luxurious and there was excess demand for private education. The level of the educational expenditure would continue to increase without reforms both in the supply and demand sides.

  • 우리나라 학생들의 학력 수준을 파악하고 연도별로 학력이 어떻게 변화하는지를 파악하여, 이를 토대로 교육과정, 교수 학습, 교육 정책에 유의미한 시사점을 제공하기 위하여 한국교육과정평가원에서는 국가수준 학업성취도 평가를 시행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2003년부터 2006년까지 초등학교 6학년, 중학교 3학년, 고등학교 1학년 학생들을 대상으로 시행된 국가수준 학업성취도 평가에서 과학과 학업성취도 평균 점수와 성취수준별 비율의 변화 추이를 분석하였다. $2003{\sim}2006$년 연도별 과학과 성취도 점수를 비교한 결과, 학교급에 상관없이 학생들의 성취도는 증가 또는 감소의 특별한 경향이 보이지 않았다. 연도별 과학과 성취도 점수의 평균과 우수학력에 속하는 성취수준 비율을 성별로 비교한 결과, 초등학교에서는 여학생이 남학생에 비해 더 높았지만 학교급이 높아질수록 남학생이 여학생에 비해 더 높아졌다. 한편 기초학력미달에 속하는 학생의 비율은 모든 학교급에서 남학생이 여학생보다 더 높았다. 그리고 연도별 과학과 성취도 점수의 평균을 지역별로 비교한 결과, 초 중 고등학교 모두 읍 면지역 학생들의 성취수준이 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 고려할 때 성별, 지역별 점수 차를 줄이기 위하여 교육적 환경을 개선할 필요가 있으며, 학업성취도 평가 연구 결과가 교육과정 및 교육 정책 입안 등 다양한 분야에 활용되도록 추가적인 연구를 진행할 필요가 있다.

주부의 가사노동 및 여가시간 배분에 관한 체계론적 분석 (A Study on the Allocation of Housewive's Time for Housework and Leisure)

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate the allocation of time for housework and leisure and the causal relations between management satisfaction and all variables affecting it. for this purposes the data were collected through the questionnaire whose respondnet were 448 housewives. The major results of this study were as follows; 1`) The housework time was affected by the number of family member the age of wife and income. And leisure time was affected by the work status and age of wife educational level and income. The satisfaction level of management were affected by the wife's work status and educational level and income. 2) The relation between housework time and time management strategies was negative And the relations between satisfaction level of management and time planning time management strategies were positive. 3) Among all variables affcting the satisfaction level of management the educational level income time planning time management strategies and leisure time had direct effect And the work status had indirect effect.

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the factors related to conspicuous consumption and the effect of materialism and reference group on the conspicuous consumption. The data used in this study included 287 homemakers living in Mokpo and Kwangju,. Statistics used for data analysis were Means Frequencies One-Way Anova and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings were as follows: 1) The factors related to conspicuous consumption were educational level of wife educational level of husband job of husband and subjective level of living 2) The factors related to materialism were age of wife and subjective level of living 3) The factors related to reference group were age of wife educational level of husband job of husband and subjective level of living 4) Materialism and reference group had positive effects on conspicuous consumption 5) The effect of reference group was the most influencial factor.

RTI Model and Its Applicability in Educational Settings for Students with Achievement of Below Basic Proficiency Level

  • The Response to Intervention(RTI) approaches is the method to help students who are at risk for learning difficulties in advance and provide an appropriate level of intervention. In this article, the characteristics of model RTI were reviewed for students with achievement of below basic proficiency level. We considered RTI as supporting system to document students' progress and its applicability for the general educational setting in Korean school. The tier of RTI make it possible the evidence based individual instruction and counseling, differentiated step-by step approach for students with achievement of below basic proficiency level. In conclusion, RTI can be used as educational tools for dealing with improvement of academic subjects learning, behavioral and emotional problem for students with achievement of below basic proficiency level. For building high quality implementing for RTI it is needed the collaboration of teachers, counselors and learning consultants and related educators.

  • In recent years, domestic e-learning market has made rapid progress in its quality and quantity with the astonishing rate growth of internet. Although educational Websites are replacing the traditional second level education market, many of those Websites' contents have poor or unknown quality. To build an effective educational Website, it is essential to have clear evaluation criteria. Therefore, this study aims to examine what evaluation factors influence the satisfaction level of educational Websites for elementary school students. In conclusion, implications are discussed along with limitations and future research direction.

노인전담 방문간호사 교육 프로그램 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Geriatric Visiting Nurses' Educational Program)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the validity of an educational program developed for geriatric visiting nurses in Seoul by assessing their satisfaction level and level of learning goal achievement. Methods: This descriptive research study was conducted to develop, implement, and evaluate the educational program in accordance with the ADDIE Instructional System Model. Participants were 170 nurses hired for the 2016 Seoul Metropolitan Government visiting service for older people. Based on Kirkpatrick's Training Evaluation Model, reaction and learning evaluations were conducted during and after the educational program. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: The developed educational program consisted of basic and professional courses. The evaluations showed that participants were highly satisfied with the lectures and field placement. Over 90% of the participants achieved the learning achievement goals. Conclusion: The program developed for geriatric visiting nurses in Seoul is considered a valid educational program because of the participants' high levels of satisfaction and academic achievement.

공과대학생의 창의공학설계능력 교육요구도 분석 (An Analysis on Educational Needs of Creative Engineering Design Ability of Engineering Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and implement engineering education program by drawing out the educational needs creative engineering design ability. The importance and current level of creative engineering ability were surveyed and analyzed by using 29 sub - factors of creative engineering design ability presented by Kim Dae young et al(2006). from 234 engineering students in 6 universities. As a result, students recognized that all items of creative engineering design ability were important, and their level was generally recognized. The educational needs for creative ability and creative problem solving ability was high and the educational needs for creative engineering design project was relatively low. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop an educational program to enhance creative engineering design ability by considering learner's perception and professional and industrial recognition.
