Purpose: 1) develop a learning model involving design thinking to develop creative economy innovation and the characteristics of digital entrepreneurs. 2) evaluate the impact of design thinking on creative economy innovation 3) evaluate the impact of design thinking on digital entrepreneurial ability. Research design, data and methodology: 1) develop a learning model involving design thinking in order to develop creative economy innovation and the characteristics of digital entrepreneurs. 2) Evaluating creative economy innovation involving design thinking. 3) Assessing the characteristics of digital entrepreneurs based on design concepts. Results: 1) the development of a learning model involving design thinking to develop creative economy innovation and digital entrepreneurial competency 2) The students who studied using the learning model involving a design thinking process had the highest overall scores in terms of creative economy innovation 3) The scores for the assessment of digital entrepreneurial activity for the students who studied by using the design thinking learning model were at a high level. Conclusions: The development of the design thinking learning model can encourage students to be able to develop creative economy innovations and to empower digital entrepreneurs' ability for distribution strategy. Educational institutions that would like to succeed in developing creative economy innovative and digital entrepreneurship characteristics with the support of design thinking.

Because of the specificity of subjects belong to middle school curriculum of Home Economics Education of function training is very important. but it pointed out that the existing standards are out-dated, and because of it , it incongruent to our realities. Therefore, whenever the curriculum o education and the national textbook are reorgrnized periodically, the reform of standards of educational materials & facilities must be followed by it. But in my opinion, in korean middle school, especially in Home Economics Education, educational facilities are not reformed at a proper time. Therefore to enhance the qualities of experimentation/practice of Home Economics Education, in the first place, the preparation for the given conditions of standards of educational materials & facilities are needed. But the educational facilities of Home Economics Education have many problem not only in the qualitative aspect but also in the quantitative aspect. And in addition to it, lost of educational facilities which cannot match contents of national textbook of Home Economics Education are exist. Therefore this thesis aims at examining comprehensively the problem of experimentation /practice of experimental materials & facilities of Home Economics Education connect with contents of Home Economics Education, holding several problems of experimentation/practice of Home Economics Education in middle school, grouping ; the principles and ways concerning the innovation experimental materials & facilities of Home Economics Education by which many teachers and students make sure of more efficient teaching/studying, and obtaining basic data which guarantee the ability of innovation concerning problems of the education of experimentation/practice of Home Economics Education. Method are : 1)grasp our educational realities with my original(question). 2)Integrate/analyse results of 1) 3)check the frequency, percentage with methods of X$^2$-test, T-test, and ‘One-way Analysis of Variances’. 4)suggest my own alternative proposal.

In 21st century, mankind greets an era of ubiquitous computing where physical and virtual space are merged through the innovation of digital and IT(Information Technology), meanwhile ubiquitous computing and network paradigm suggest a new direction which our future educational system should head for. A society where people, computers, and objects can be connected with each other anytime and anywhere, that is, a society of ubiquitous computing where everything in our living space are interconnected by a immense network system may bring a variety of changes into our educational environment in schools. In this study I analysed the forecast of school educational orientation and ubiquitous educational environment and facilities in developed countries, and on the basis of the result, I performed a fundamental work for formation of a ubiquitous classroom environment which is feasible in Korea. In the section of conclusion, I present a model of ubiquitous classroom as a scenario based on ubiquitous computing technology applicable to future classroom environment.

The purpose of this study is to develop and implement engineering education program by drawing out the educational needs creative engineering design ability. The importance and current level of creative engineering ability were surveyed and analyzed by using 29 sub - factors of creative engineering design ability presented by Kim Dae young et al(2006). from 234 engineering students in 6 universities. As a result, students recognized that all items of creative engineering design ability were important, and their level was generally recognized. The educational needs for creative ability and creative problem solving ability was high and the educational needs for creative engineering design project was relatively low. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop an educational program to enhance creative engineering design ability by considering learner's perception and professional and industrial recognition.

The purpose of research is to reveal the basic factors which innovation behaviors is motivated in the small-and-medium sized company for strengthening the competitiveness. This study empirically investigates and I was able to obtain participations of 114 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 18.0. In this study I found that strategic approach of organization and educational supports are significant to effective shop-floor process control. Also, results of process control are significant to customer satisfaction and business performance.

In the manufacturing industry, fostering talented workers has become a core activity as well as an important resource leading to manufacturing enterprises' innovative activities, which has come to the fore as one of the biggest success factors for innovative activities indeed. In other countries, there are many researches actively conducted on talent-fostering programs related to manufacture innovation. In Korea, however, manufacturers or several different education agencies don't actively carry out manufacture innovation instructions and have failed to faster special competent workers since their instructions focus on theories most of the time. Therefore, this study was conducted to understand the present conditions of manufacture-innovative instructions in Korea by classifying them in a method of educational technology and to investigate various teaching methods through oversea cases and cases from non-manufacture fields so that it might make a proposal for a better manufacture-innovative instruction method.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the satisfaction of the introductory engineering education program for the employees, who majored liberal arts or commerce, among the educational programs for industrial workers which are performed as an effort to spread the performance of the Innovation Center for Engineering Education, and reinforce the competitiveness through effective program operation. This study was performed on the basis of CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product). A factorial analysis and a regression analysis were conducted based on a survey made on 87 persons who completed the introductory engineering education program among the employees of D group who majored liberal arts or commerce. It is expected that this study will contribute toward suggesting the implications for designing and operating the educational programs for industrial workers in order to find out the important factors of satisfaction and to conduct the education operation with professionalism.

As a scientific educational facility, the role of science museum has been enlarged. However there are few study to evaluate the public value of science museum. This paper applies a conjoint analysis to measuring the public value of science museum. At first, this paper chose the attributes of science museum and derived the marginal willingness to pay, As a result, the choice works for selecting a preferred option among three alternatives were within respondents' ability and the derived marginal willingness-to-pay estimates were statistically different from zero. This paper contributes to complementing the existing valuation methods by estimating the attributes of science museum and providing policy-makers with useful methodological framework and quantitative information in the decision-making process related to the policy of cultural facilities.

Science and Technology University(STU) will be established by twenty-two government institutes next year. STU has latent problems with geographical limitations caused by organizing the faculties and facilities of the government research institutes, which are located all over the country. This study tries to examine the Educational Administration(Opreation) Model of STU and analyse expected problems and further, proposes the introduction of cyber education system which will maximize efficiency of educational operation of the system and enhance learning. It also discusses the practical problems in the implementation of cyber education system.
