A number of BTL projects for educational facilities have been augmented because of the increase of newtown development and deflationary policy of class size for learning efficiency. As the operation and maintenance costs rapidly increase, the budget for operation and maintenance is expected to be short. Therefore the asset management maximizing asset value is required to clarify the budget plan and distribution and provide a qualitatively high service. The main objective of this research is to establish asset valuation process in educational facilities delivered by BTL project. In order to meet the research objective, the asset valuation process is established by literature reviews, expert advice, and lessons learned from the developed countries. The developed process includes depreciation by internal accounting law, the core element of valuation, and asset valuation process. The results of the research will be help to offer the qualitatively high service and explain the standard of budget plan. It will assist commencing the asset management system.
This paper focuses on the development of a fashion design educational program that will foster the talent and aesthetic consciousness of fashion design students. The goal of progressive educational methods with cutting edge technology is to elevate educational efficiency, and ultimately rear creative designers. To fulfill its objective, this paper presents a courseware program on fashion design education utilizing hyper media that include animation, photographs, pictures, sounds and characters. By the utilization of such comprehensive source of information media, a hypermedia courseware was developed for elementary education in fashion design with the following conclusions : 1. The program enables the students to customize their fashion design education. The students of fashion design education programs are able to choose and adjust their own programs to suit their requirements and intellectual level. 2. The program effectively motivates. Much like a constant sequence of various images on a screen that can provoke profound heart-felt emotions and inspire creativity, the program can stimulate and motivate the students. 3. The program provides a consistent education. To advance the overall quality of fashion design education, the problem of dissonance in educational content should be resolved and possible individual errors in delivery rectified. The present program will solve such problems, and establish coherent standards that will withstand the test of time regardless of time or place. 4. The program is cost effective. Since the present program frees the teacher from the time consuming drudgery of preparing various texts and lesson plans, have the materials delivered and handled, it reduces the time and cost previously required. 5. The program has the capability to be upgraded. The accumulated know-how of teachers and the total experience of the program can be linked with other programs for limitless expansion.

The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental data to improve a school building through comparing and analyzing facilities of high schools located in Gyeonggi - do Province on the basis of the Design Indicator for the Korean Educational Buildings. Two types of high schools were examined for this study. Some of them are high schools selected by Korean Ministry of Education as a school equipped with superior facilities and the others are high schools equipped with general facilities. 8 items such as safety, comfort, the function of education, utilization, the public, eco-friendliness, technology performance, economical efficiency were examined by 5 point Likert scale. Findings showed that all facilities of both types of high schools received high ratings in terms of safety, utilization, and technology performance. However, the evaluation index on 'various used outdoor space' and 'public buildings harmonized with surroundings' of the education function of both types of high schools was low, which implies that the facility related to the education function needs to be improved. It infers that facilities are simplified and harmony with surroundings disappears when altering the design of the school building due to the convenience of building and the problem of the budget. Therefore, these need to be primarily controlled. Additionally, in high schools with general facilities, the evaluation index on 'aesthetic interior and exterior design of comfort', 'the responsive space to the demand for teaching and learning of the function of education', and eco-friendless were so low that these factors need to be considered when designing the school building.

The purpose of this study is to understand the classroom facilities of England and USA in the 19th century. This kind of study can provide the meaning of past, present, and future on classroom facilities. The results of the study are as follows. First, England classroom in the 19th century was made up of a large space, a gallery, that could teach a large number of students at the same time. Second, the classroom facilities of USA in the 19th century were developed by reformers for the purpose of training the labor force of educational thought and industrial development. Third, some characteristics of classroom facilities of England and USA in the 19th century were also found in school facilities of Korea at the same time. Fourth, large gallery classes began to disappear in the mid-19th century and were transformed into small 'class' facilities to improve efficiency. Fifth, the word 'class' did not appear as a substitute for the school, but as a meaning of subdividing within the school. Sixth, these classrooms consisted of smaller classes, and they began to create and teach common and unified curriculums to harmonize the differences between classes and to manage all students efficiently and effectively. Seventh, the basis of the classroom of England and USA in the 19th century was the design of one teacher to efficiently teach a large number of students, and there was a difference in size, but the current classroom facilities have been maintained to some extent. Eighth, since the end of the 19th century, the compulsory education system has been discussed and gradually introduced, requiring more schools and classroom facilities, and labor and capital have been emphasized by the development of industrialization. Ninth, follow-up studies are needed to analyze how classroom facilities have been universally transformed since then, based on class facilities in the 19th century, and what educational, social and political contexts have been added in the process.

Adaptive learning in e-learning has garnered researchers' interest. In it, learning resources could be recommended automatically to achieve a personalized learning experience. There are various ways to realize it. One of the realistic ways is adaptive learning path recommendation, in which learning resources are provided according to learners' requirements. This paper summarizes existing works and proposes an innovative approach. Firstly, a learner-centred concept map is created using graph theory based on the features of the learners and concepts. Then, the approach generates a linear concept sequence from the concept map using the proposed traversal algorithm. Finally, Learning Objects (LOs), which are the smallest concrete units that make up a learning path, are organized based on the concept sequences. In order to realize this step, we model it as a multi-objective combinatorial optimization problem, and an improved immune algorithm (IIA) is proposed to solve it. In the experimental stage, a series of simulated experiments are conducted on nine datasets with different levels of complexity. The results show that the proposed algorithm increases the computational efficiency and effectiveness. Moreover, an empirical study is carried out to validate the proposed approach from a pedagogical view. Compared with a self-selection based approach and the other evolutionary algorithm based approaches, the proposed approach produces better outcomes in terms of learners' homework, final exam grades and satisfaction.

Purpose : This study aims to investigate occupational therapy students' perceptions of sensory integration therapy and the effect of an educational program on these perceptions and future preferences. Methods : The participants were 200 occupational therapy students in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do. A primary survey was first conducted to shed light on students' perceptions of sensory integration therapy, followed by an education program on sensory integration provided through an online video. After this training on sensory integration therapy, an additional survey assessed the their preferred employment routes and intention to take educational courses on clinical sensory integration therapy in the future. A secondary survey was then conducted, using the same form as the primary survey, to identify changes in the students' perceptions of and preferences for sensory integration therapy. A frequency analysis using descriptive statistics was employed to identify the participants' general characteristics, employment-related preferences, and intention to take courses on sensory integration, and a paired samples t-test was used for a comparative analysis of the students' perceptions before and after the education program. Results : In terms of the students' perceptions of sensory integration therapy, the variables of efficiency, facilitation, and expertise showed statistically significant differences before and after the educational program, which resulted in a positive change in their overall perceptions of the therapy after the program. In relation to their preferred employment routes after the program, 100 students (50 %) answered the "field of adults," and 100 (50 %) students answered the "field of children." Conclusion : The findings of this study demonstrated that sensory integration education positively influences occupational therapy students' preferences for and perceptions of sensory integration therapy. Additional research is recommended to organize a more systematic education program and investigate employees in organizations related to children with disabilities.

Large-scale online platforms such as MOOCs-Massive Open Online Courses, which provide a variety of educational contents, have provided a learning environment that allows students to freely access and learn anytime and anywhere. Currently, the proportion of online lectures and home-based learning is increasing, and portfolio or experience-based learning such as bootcamp, field activities, and team project-based group learning are also being actively carried out for educational outcomes. At present, interest in nano or microdegree focused on core technology in units of hours or credits is increasing significantly because such strategic intensive education enables effective learning in terms of continuity and efficiency of education. In an era of large changes in job market due to the reorganization of the industrial structure by new technologies, intensive education in specialized new technology fields such as smart mobility, big data, and artificial intelligence is much more conducive to finding a job. With this reason it is attracting attention as an alternative to lifelong learning are receiving In this paper we propose an educational platform that can efficiently and effectively support the purpose learning for the personalized microdegree education in the online learning era.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of teaching methods among elementary school math teachers in terms of student achievement in examinations. Results are based upon data from two elementary schools. The evaluation criteria of fifteen items was modified from Ryang's original MTEBI sixteen items to measure elementary school teachers' math teaching efficacy. The result of this study could be summarized as follows. The students were divided into two groups according to teaching efficiency: higher teaching efficiency and lower teaching efficiency. A comparison of math tests taken by students from these groups demonstrates a significant statistical difference. Students with teachers in the lower efficiency group are likely to under-perform. In consequence, teachers' self-efficiency in math is considered to affect students' learning achievement in mathematics.

Although the accuracy of handwritten character recognition based on deep networks has been shown to be superior to that of the traditional method, the use of an overly deep network significantly increases time consumption during parameter training. For this reason, this paper took the training time and recognition accuracy into consideration and proposed a novel handwritten character recognition algorithm with newly designed network structure, which is based on an extended nonlinear kernel residual network. This network is a non-extremely deep network, and its main design is as follows:(1) Design of an unsupervised apriori algorithm for intra-class clustering, making the subsequent network training more pertinent; (2) presentation of an intermediate convolution model with a pre-processed width level of 2;(3) presentation of a composite residual structure that designs a multi-level quick link; and (4) addition of a Dropout layer after the parameter optimization. The algorithm shows superior results on MNIST and SVHN dataset, which are two character benchmark recognition datasets, and achieves better recognition accuracy and higher recognition efficiency than other deep structures with the same number of layers.
This study was intended to grasp the history of nursing education from the beginning to the present in Korea, and grip and look-out current diversified systems of nursing education on basis of February, 2000 through literatural review and investigation by close telephone interviews. The basic nursing educational institutions in the whole country were total 113, namely, 3 years course, 65 junior colleges of nursing, and 4 years course, 48 colleges of nursing. And there were 3 types of continuing nursing educational system: two of three were transferring to another college for gain bachelor's degree in nursing; RN-BSN programs and university of broadcasting, and the other was the system of independent learning and then examination for BSN. Total nursing graduates from junior college of nursing courses and college of nursing courses were 7,564 on February, 1999. In general graduate school, the number of master courses were 21 and Ph.D courses were 13. And the number of special graduate schools were 21, i.e., graduate school of education were 7, graduate school of administration were 2, graduate school of public health were 11 and graduate school of industry was 1. As the perspective on nursing education, we overviewed changing nursing organizational environment, increasing the system of continuing education, making standards in nursing education and systemization of nursing educational accreditation, specialization of nursing, information system in nursing education and education of graduate school. The summary of the above overviewed subjects were as follows; Every nursing educational institution needed to educate by educational criteria and standard and characteristically run BSN and graduate courses. Specialization in nursing has to develop more and more, therefore advanced education and law should be prepared appropriately. According to the age's and social needs, we have to establish counter-plan for fundamental educational environment. We have to sensitive to rapidly changing information in the era of globalization. In the level of university education, each university needs characterization of educational objectives, goals and contents, and has to replace the shortage of the number of professor. And the regulation of thesis and dissertation examinations need to be reinforced. Education in nursing should consists with specialization. Collaboration among universities will bring efficiency in the nursing education.
