We present an approach for acceleration actor-critic algorithm for reinforcement learning with continuous action space. Actor-critic algorithm has already proved its robustness to the infinitely large action spaces in various high dimensional environments. Despite that success, the main problem of the actor-critic algorithm remains the same-speed of convergence to the optimal policy. In high dimensional state and action space, a searching for the correct action in each state takes enormously long time. Therefore, in this paper we suggest a search accelerating function that allows to leverage speed of algorithm convergence and reach optimal policy faster. In our method, we assume that actions may have their own distribution of preference, that independent on the state. Since in the beginning of learning agent act randomly in the environment, it would be more efficient if actions were taken according to the some heuristic function. We demonstrate that heuristically-accelerated actor-critic algorithm learns optimal policy faster, using Educational Process Mining dataset with records of students' course learning process and their grades.

Value Engineering(VE) process is going to make a series of improvements for the effective construction project management or optimal proposal to improve quality, performance improvement, cost reduction and customer satisfaction. For making the quality model based on better than the architecture that is required in the VE, such a project promoting creative plan, functionality and constructability reflecting the materials and improved construction methods and building life cycle for reviewing the smooth progress of the construction projects may be necessary for management techniques. This study is to establish a management plan in the educational facilities construction process through education institution's recent orders completed by VE case study.

주얼리 상품의 디자인을 개발하려고 산학협동하여 수출상품을 개발하였다. 문화상품 전문제조업체인 (주)현대공방과 협약을 체결하여 한국의 특징적, 문화적 이미지를 표현하는 차별화된 디자인으로서 기업에 부가가치이익을 줄 수 있는 경쟁력 있는 상품이 되는데 디자인 방향을 정하였다. 국내의 첨단장비인 주얼 캐드와 R/P 시스템을 활용한 디자인의 고급화와 분업화, 전문성 확보, 아웃소싱의 제도적 정착을 기하고자 하였으며, 이러한 시도를 업계에 확산시킴으로서 경비절감과 협업화, 계열화, 조직화의 목적을 달성하여 수출산업에 기여하고자 하였다.

In recent years, through the rapid development in personal computer technology, it has become possible to make a radar simulator based on the personal computer. The advantage of the personal Computer aidd radar simulator lies in its cost effectiveness, when comparing with that using the real radar. Although there have been studies carried out to develop radar simulator using PC and the products of thi kind is in the commercial market already, they are all using the mockup of the real radar, and therefore, the price of the simulator is still rather expensive. In this respect, this thesis aims to develop a ARPA radar simulator which is running on the sole PC, so that the students of the maritime educational institution may get ARPA radar training easily and cheaply. The simulator developed in this thesis using Visual Basic is found to run successfully on the 486PC, and it is expected that this new simulator system designed first time in Korea would be used as an easily accessible ARPA radar training equipment.

The purpose of this study was to find out middle age women's needs of the educare services. Furthermore this study was done to serve as the basic data for guidance and the preparation of effective educare services. For these purposes, the data were collected by using questionnare from to 305 middle age women living in T city. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentile, chi square analysis. The major findings of this research are as follows: 1. Most subjects of present study needs for the daycare center. Furthermore there were significant differences in the daycare management, caring agent, day care cost according to the school career. 2. They wantd nere home daycare center and part time daycare center. And there were no significant differences in general enviroment of daycare center according to the school career. 3. There were significant differences in 1)the standards of selection for teacher 2)teacher's educational level, 3)teacher's age according to the school level. And they wanted 'low school career but caring experiences' daycare teacher.

Although the electromagnetic launcher technology has been progressed significantly during the past two decades the number of firing test facilities are not many. This is prbably due to the large budget and man power required to build and maintain full scale electromagnetic launcher facilities. As the EM launcher technology's potential capabilities have been somewhat demonstrated with the full scale large systems the research is now headed more toward overcoming specific difficulties and answering questions experimentally with smaller, cost effective systems. The first half of this paper presents EM launcher's improved sub-scaling relationships based upon magnetic, thermal and momentum differential equations and EM launcher's basic equations. With the proposed scaling method the field variables can be matched or scaled linearly between the two geometrically scaled systems. The second half of the paper presents pulsed power system's circuit analysis and design technique, which is applied to the capacitor-powered small pulsed power system with crow-barring circuitry. The effect of the so-called speed volt is included. A sub-scaled small system's design is provided as an example.

인터넷이 갖는 교육적 잠재력에 대한 인식이 확산됨에 따라 정부 차원이나 학교 현장에서 교수-학습을 위한 인터넷 활용을 적극적으로 진행하고 있으나 실제 인터넷 기반의 서비스를 사용하고 있는 시스템의 가용성에 대한 고려는 미흡한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 가용성을 향상 시킬 수 있고 실제 교육현장의 시스템 관리 담당자들의 업무 부담을 줄일 수 있는 서비스 모니터링 및 장애 관리 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템을 실제 WBI 서비스 환경에서 구동함으로써 서비스의 실시간 모니터링, 장애 발생시의 음성과 메일을 통한 장애 경고의 자동 생성, 그리고 계속적인 장애 발생시 관리자의 개입 없는 자동적인 복구가 효과적으로 수행됨을 보였다.

Managing students' data is a high prioritized duty of the university administration since most of the school affairs are proceed based on that database. Universities have invested in IT assets such as servers, storage, database, and networks. However, continuing investment in IT infrastructure is impossible due to limited budget and rapid changes in the educational environment. As cloud computing diffuse, universities are trying to reduce costs and improve efficiency by increasing server utilization, unlike when physically investing. We designed a hypothetical academic information management system based on cloud computing by utilizing the advanced server virtualization technology. This administrative cloud system allows universities to improve the availability of the system with low cost. The system demonstrates its flexibility of using data resources and immediacy of resumption.

Water fluoridation in conjunstion with wide use of fluoride dentifrices has been a major factor responsible for the decline in dental caries during the second half of the 20th century throughout the world. The history of water of water fluoridation is a classic public health program leading to epidemiologic investigation and community-based public health dentistry program. Although other fluoride-containing products are available, water fluoridation remains as the most safe and cost-effective method of delivering fluoride to omost communities. regardless of age. educational attainment. or income levels,. This review deals with pros and cons of water fluoridation and prospective analysis of state-of-the-art on issues related to the use of fluoride. An "optimal" fluoride concentration of 0.7-1.2 ppm has been recommended for preventing dental caries with a minimal dental fluorosis and no systemic health consequences.

정부의 의욕적인 정보화 정책 추진으로 전국 초 중 고등학교에서 수십대${\sim}$수백대의 PC가 보급되어 활용되고 있다. 그러나 PC는 그 특성상 개별 관리비용과 관리 노력이 들고, 평균 4년에 한번씩 새로운 PC로 업그레이드/교체할 필요가 있다. 이 문제에 대한 해결책 방법으로 터미널 서비스를 이용하는 방식을 제안한다. 이 방법을 이용하면 소프트웨어의 유지보수를 쉽게 할 수 있고, 관리비용을 줄 일수 있고, 새로운 PC를 업그레이드나 교체를 할 필요 없다.
