This paper describes on a web server system, Oncho, designed for elementary education on WWW(World Wide Web), The system offers the diverse educational services required in the elementary education spot we discuss on the construction method, the education service type and the management method of the server system The Oncho service is consisted of educational contents service arranged on the curriculum basis, remote education service, Internet home-page service for the elementary schools located in Chungnam and Taejeon, These educational services operates based on the management utility of the learners, the high-speed communication environment using satellites.

e-Learning has brought dramatic changes in education system for many companies in Korea. Many researchers and practitioners believe that e-Learning will be the main educational system for every companies in the world. e-Learning is an alternative education system, which includes computer based learning, web based learning, virtual classroom, and distance learning. e-learning has been expected to impact every educational sectors including Extension services. This study intends to identify and suggest some implications for successful e-Learning implementation of Extension education by investigating the successful factors of enterprises' e-Learning system, where outstanding results have be shown.

The Internet affects all economic activities. Physical world business must either adopt new digital strategies, launch new digital business to complement their physical world models, or be forced to completely revise their strategies. The purpose of this paper is to provide a framework that organizes the managerial decision-making process to assist managers in crafting and implementing e-business strategy. We applied the methodology to the case of KNK Educational Institute to explain the process. Core competence of KNK JUNIOR is researched according to our suggested methodology and activities and roles of KNK JUNIOR have been arranged.

Presidential records are produced and collected with regard to Presidents' performance of his duties. Presidential libraries provide the users with open reading, exhibition, education, and promotion services. To maximize utilization of Presidential records as knowledge and information contents, it is most important to build educational programs as active services available. In this context, this study conducts investigation of the current status of education programs of Korea and US Presidential libraries. And this study also examines and analyzes distinguishing programs of 13 Presidential libraries in the US in order to bring up necessity for active educational programs and suggest various possible education programs. The findings of this study can be utilized as the basic reference materials to use in the process of building and pursuing plans for educational programs of Presidential libraries or individual record centers.

Purpose : This study was performed to identify the knowledge and educational wants for first-aid and its related factors of senior students in elementary schools. Methods : From July 11-25, 2008, this study surveyed 437 elementary school students using a structured questionnaire. Result : Of the study subjects, 47.6% of the subjects had experienced first-aid conditions 25.4% had injuries, 11.0% had indigestion, 10.5% had sprains, 6.2% had acute abdominal pains, 5.9% had brash, and 5.7% had fractures. The experience rates of first-aid conditions were significantly different according to gender, mothers' educational status, means of school attendance and amount of exercise. The experience rate of first-aid education was 71.4%. There was a significant difference with grade, and school reports. They had education about cardiopulmonary resuscitation (52.5%), injury treatment and desmology(48.7%) in a good order. The score of knowledge about first-aid was $13.95{\pm}4.1$ and it was converted on the basis of 100 points, the results were below 50points, and there was a significant difference in grades. Educational wants for first-aid was 64.3%, and as a result of multi-logistic regression analysis of characteristics relating to educational wants, there was a significant difference between gender, grade, mothers' educational status, and amount of exercise. Conclusion : The rate of first-aid experience of elementary school students was high, but as their recognition and knowledge on first-aid was low, the importance of first-aid education and educational wants should be reflected for practical and organized education.

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate and assess the response capabilities and educational needs of 119 emergency medical technicians (EMTs) in chemical accidents. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 167 119 EMTs between December 1st and December 31, 2023. The questionnaire comprised 8 questions on general characteristics, 2 on chemical accidents experienced by the participants, 29 on response capabilities, and 15 on educational needs. Data analysis was performed using t-tests, analysis of variance, Duncan's test for post-hoc analysis, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, using SPSS 27.0. Results: The participants scored 2.69 points on response capacity to chemical accidents. The EMT-Paramedics scored high in 'patient triage,' 'patient treatment,' 'patient transport,' and 'collaborative support' (F=3.924, p=.010; F=5.843, p=.001; F=3.698, p=.013; F=5.272, p=.002), followed by educational experience (t=-4.962, p<.001; t=-2.685, p=.008; t=-3.455, p=.001; t=-3.593, p<.001; t=-3.034, p=.003). The participants scored 4.19 points on educational needs, with high scores for 'patients treatment and transport' (4.280.93). The scores for 'patient triage competency', and 'patient triage' (r=.169, p=.024) correlated positively. Furthermore, the scores for 'patient treatment competency' and all sub-factors of educational needs (r=.185, p=.013; r=.215, p=.004; r=.199, p=.008; r=.190, p=.011; r=.197, p=.008) correlated positively. Conclusion: To strengthen the response capabilities of 119 EMTs, it is imperative to develop an educational program that focuses on first-aid responses.

This study investigated the factors that influence child care expenses and the type of child care services used by preschool children. Data for this study was obtained from a questionnaire completed by mothers of preschool children during the spring of 2009. The data was analyzed by the following methods: $X^2$, ANOVA, multinominal logit analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed the significant factors that affected the types of child care services used by preschool children. These factors were the child's age, child's sex, mother's age, mother's educational level, mother's employment status, family income, type of residence, residential area, and family type. Monthly child care expenses for one child was an average of 374,000 won and it accounted for about 9 percent of their family income. The significant factors that affect child care expenses were the mother's educational level, the mother's employment status, the number of preschool children, family income, residential area, family type and the type of child care services.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of dental hygienists in public health center towards multicultural family and educational needs to provide information on community oral health programs. Methods : The subjects were 74 recruited from 126 dental hygienists in 14 public dental clinics in Jeonbuk Province. A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 64 dental hygienists in charge of dental health care. Data were anlatzed by the statistical package SPSS WIN 12.0. Results : The characteristics of the subjects had no impact on their positive multicultural awareness, and there existed differences by age, rank and period of services in the channel of information acquisition. They got 3.5 out of five in multicultural awareness showing a positive way. The types of medical services for multicultural family revealed that they provided oral health education, dental checkup services and simple treatment covered by health insurance. Health insurance accounted for 15.4 percent of dental services. The obstacles to dental services in multicultural family were communication problems, poor concern for oral health and cultural gaps. They got 3.86 out of five points in educational needs for multicultural family who need the dental education most. The multicultural family showed the higher score in every question. Conclusions : Public health center dental clinics should help dental hygienists to acquire information on multicultural family. Public health center should provide the easy access way of dental health checkup for the multicultural family.

This study attempted to investigate users' information needs in an educational research library, which delivers web-based digital reference services to library users, by analyzing reference questions asked by remote users. A total of 242 questions from two electronic bulletin boards was examined in terms of 6 types of questions asked and 23 subareas of education. The study found that 56.1% of reference questions on the library bulletin board were pure reference questions in curriculum, textbooks and teaching & instruction. Suggestions for effective use of digital reference services were made: easy access to menu services, use of web forms, development of digital reference systems providing search functions and response functions.

Convergence between telecom and broadcasting is today a worldwide phenomenon. Diverse services like VoD, mobile broadcasting, IPTV and interactive services have already made their market debut or are currently being commercialized. Regulatory systems are also being revised to appropriately regulate this new breed of services. We propose the new model of educational broadcasting system using the internet network, it is not different conventional coaxial cable methods. Especially, we design the multicast method of the network using the limited channel and resource, propose the method of intercommunication in the school between the broadcasting system and database system.
