This paper describes on a web server system, Oncho, designed for elementary education on WWW(World Wide Web), The system offers the diverse educational services required in the elementary education spot we discuss on the construction method, the education service type and the management method of the server system The Oncho service is consisted of educational contents service arranged on the curriculum basis, remote education service, Internet home-page service for the elementary schools located in Chungnam and Taejeon, These educational services operates based on the management utility of the learners, the high-speed communication environment using satellites.

본 연구는 조리전공 고등학생을 대상으로 교육 서비스가 학교만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 학교만족도와 추천의도를 높이기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 선행연구를 토대로 교육서비스 요인을 도출하였고 총282개의 표본을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 설문 데이터는 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석 동의 분석 방법으로 검증하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 회귀분석을 통해 '전문교과서비스'와 '시설서비스'가 학교만족도에 긍정적인 (+)영향을 주며 학교만족도는 추천의도를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 교육서비스의 수요자인 조리 전공 고등학생들의 학교만족도를 높이기 위해서는 내실 있는 전문교과 운영과 시설투자에 관한 재정적 지원이 필요함을 확인하였다. 한계점과 추후 연구 방향에 대해서도 논의하였다.

본 연구는 구전의 정보원천 효과가 학원에 대한 기대형성에 미치는 영향을 규명해 보고자 함과 동시에, 기대형성이 실제 교육서비스 판매에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 또한 교육서비스 판매에 있어 사전에 형성된 기대가 교육서비스 판매에 있어 매개효과를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 가설검증 결과 구전정보 원천효과가 기대속성에 미치는 영향에 있어서는 전문성, 유사성, 호감성, 친숙성의 요인들이 기대속성에 미치는 영향이 유의한 결과를 보이고 있다. 그러나 진실성은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 학원 방문전 기대속성이 교육서비스 판매에 미치는 영향에 있어서는 유의한 결과를 보이고 있어, 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 구전정보의 원천이 교육서비스 판매에 있어서 미치는 영향에 있어 기대속성의 매개역할에 대한 결과는 기대속성은 전문성이 교육서비스 판매에 미치는 영향에 있어 부분매개효과, 진실성에 있어서 완전매개효과, 유사성에 있어 부분매개효과, 호감성에 있어 완전매개효과, 친숙성에 있어 완전매개 효과가 있다는 결과가 도출되었다.

본 연구는 신임해양경찰공무원의 교육훈련에 공공봉사동기가 영향을 미치는가를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 공공봉사동기의 하위변인인 자기희생, 공익몰입, 공공정책의 호감도는 교육만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으나 공공봉사동기 하위변인인 동정심은 교육내용만족에 대한 영향요인은 기각되었다. 본 연구는 내재적 요인인 공직에 필요한 봉사정신, 희생정신과 같은 무형의 자산이 교육만족도영향요인임을 검증하였다는데 의미가 있다. 해양경찰은 육상경찰이나 다른 공직분야와 달리 해상이라는 장소적인 위험성으로 인하여 공직 가치의 중요성이 보다 중요시되므로 이를 고양하기 위한 다양한 제도와 연구의 필요성이 인정된다.

Load balancing plays a crucial role in ensuring the stable operation of information management systems during periods of high user access requests; therefore, load balancing approaches should be reasonably selected. Moreover, appropriate load balancing techniques could also result in an appropriate allocation of system resources, improved system service, and economic benefits. Nginx is one of the most widely used loadbalancing software packages, and its deployment is representative of load-balancing application research. This study introduces Nginx into an educational administration system, builds a server cluster, and compares and sets the optimal cluster working strategy based on the characteristics of the system, Furthermore, it increases the stability of the system when user access is highly concurrent and uses the Nginx reverse proxy service function to improve the cluster's ability to resist illegal attacks. Finally, through concurrent access verification, the system cluster construction becomes stable and reliable, which significantly improves the performance of the information system service. This research could inform the selection and application of load-balancing software in information system services.

The purpose of this study was to examine what parents really want to daycare center and how much they are satisfied with the daycare service they use. This study also explored how exactly daycare teachers recognize the parental needs and satisfaction on daycare service. One hundred and seventy one parents who send their child to a daycare center in Seoul, and one hundred and thirty five teachers from the same daycare centers participated in this study. Parents were asked about their needs and expectation on daycare service and the degree of satisfaction on the daycare center (including educational facilities, teacher's role, specific programs, etc.). Teachers provided answers about their understanding on what the parents want and how much parents are satisfied with their daycare center. Results revealed that parents are generally satisfied with the daycare service such as educational programs and educational facilities and teachers' role conducting. However, some parent-teacher differences were found in their perception on the levels and domains of parental expectation and satisfaction with daycare service. The parent-teacher differences would give very practical tips for teachers, who plan and conduct everyday daycare programs and actually interact with children in the setting for better daycare service.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the home-health-care workers licensing education course in Seoul, Korea. Based on the previous research, a conceptual model was suggested explaining the dynamics of perceived educational service quality (SERVQUAL), educational satisfaction and the occupational readiness. The data set for this study drawn from the 297 self-administered surveys were analyzed with the suggested conceptual model by utilizing AMOS program. The measurement models and conceptual model fit well with the collected data set. As results of this study, 5 domains of SERVQUAL were produced including accountability, trustiness, responsiveness, sympathy, and assurance. The results of structural modeling with latent variables confirmed that SERVQUAL were influenced perceived educational satisfaction as well as occupational readiness. Among the SERVQUAL domains, accountability, trustiness, responsiveness, and assurance had significant impacts on the educational satisfaction while accountability, trustiness and responsiveness had significant direct effects on the occupational readiness. The trustiness had significant indirect effects on the occupational readiness via the educational satisfaction. Hence, the educational satisfaction had the significant impacts on the occupational readiness. Based on the findings of this study, we suggest to intense the educational program or curricular focusing on the SERVQUAL elements. Those changes will enhance self-confidence among the prospective home-health-care workers as well as public trustiness on the national long-term care program.

오락적 기능을 가지고 있는 교육용 컴퓨터 게임 서비스는 학생들이 학습에 대한 흥미를 높일 수 있도록 도와주는 매력적인 도구로 활용되고 있다. 특히, 수학 과목은 교육용 컴퓨터 게임 서비스가 가장 효과적으로 적용될 수 있는 대표적인 교과목이다. 기존에 개발된 게임 서비스는 대부분 단일 사용자 혹은 2명이 게임에 참여하는 형태이며 문제로 제시된 수식의 답을 단순히 찾는 방식으로 진행된다. 본 논문에서는 교육용 게임 서비스 요구 사항을 준수하고 특히 TCP/IP 소켓 프로그래밍 기술을 기반으로 여러 학습자가 동시에 게임에 참가 할 수 있는 멀티플레이형 게임 서비스를 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한, 수 감각의 신장을 유도하기 위해 단순히 수식의 답만 구하는 것이 아니라 학습자 스스로 여러 수식을 합성하고 선택 할 수 있도록 게임 규칙을 설계하여 적용하였다. 마지막으로 제안 게임 서비스를 교육용 게임 서비스 요구사항에 따라 비교하여 적합성을 확인하였다.

본 논문은 교육서비스품질이 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전 간의 영향관계를 조사하였다. 274부의 설문지가 가설검정에 사용되었으며, 2차 구조모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 교육서비스품질이 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 교육서비스품질의 하위차원을 검정한 결과 상대적 영향정도는 교수방법, 강의내용, 교수태도, 의사소통 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학이미지가 학생만족과 구전에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 대학이미지는 학생만족에 상대적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 대학이미지에 대한 만족도가 교육성과에 대한 만족에 직접적인 영향을 주는 선행연구결과와 부분적으로 일치하는 것으로 나타났으며, 학생만족은 긍정적으로 형성된 대학브랜드 이미지를 보유한 대학은 고객만족을 창출하여 경쟁우위를 확보하게 됨을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 학생만족이 구전에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 교육서비스품질 하위차원의 요인적재 값에서 교수방법(0.972)과 강의내용(0.934)이 가장 중요한 요인으로 확인되었으며, 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전에 대해 이들의 영향이 다른 요인들보다 크다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 대학기관은 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전 등의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 학생들의 관점에서 교육서비스품질의 교수방법과 강의내용을 강화해야 한다.

본 연구는 초 중등 분야에서 교육용 디지털 콘텐츠의 질 관리 및 효율적인 콘텐츠 관리를 위하여 수명주기 체계에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 에듀넷 사례를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 에듀넷 선도교사를 대상으로 콘텐츠의 활용 주기, 업데이트 주기 등 수명주기에 대한 요구사항을 실시하고 이를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 교육용 콘텐츠의 생성 목적이 교과인지 비교과인지 여부와 주제/교육 방향과 교수 학습 등 교육 환경의 지속적인 변화를 반영하여 기존에 서비스하고 있는 콘텐츠를 재평가할 수 있는 명확한 수명주기 체제를 구축하여 교육용 콘텐츠의 품질관리가 필요함을 보여주었다. 본 연구는 초 중등 분야에서 디지털 콘텐츠를 제공하고 있는 기관에서 사용자 친화적인 서비스 구성을 위해 사용자의 요구사항이 무엇인지를 파악하고 수명주기 기반의 콘텐츠 관리 체계를 마련할 필요성을 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
