Starting with analyzing the development of cyber-education in China, this article discusses experiences and lessons acquired through making reflections on the following aspects: technology vs. pedagogy, the degree education vs. non-degree education, resource exclusivism vs. resource inclusivism, mono-service system vs. multi-service system, and educational quality vs. economic profit. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the future development of cyber-education in China.

본 연구에서는 TPACK 교육을 통해 예비 교사의 수업 전문성 변화를 분석하였다. 이러한 연구를 위하여 예비 교사 20명을 대상으로 김성원과 이영준(2019)에서 개발한 프로그래밍 기반 TPACK 교육 프로그램을 적용하였다. 수업 전문성 분석을 위하여 예비 교사가 작성한 수업 지도안을 분석 틀을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 1차 수업 지도안에서 예비 교사는 테크놀로지 활용이 저조하며, 지식을 전달하거나 실험하는 수업을 설계하였다. 2차 수업 지도안에서는 테크놀로지 활용이 증가하였지만, 교육적 맥락에 따라 테크놀로지가 활용되지 않았다. 3차 수업 지도안에서 모든 예비 교사가 테크놀로지를 교육적 맥락에 따라 활용하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 예비 교사의 수업 전문성은 통계적으로 유의한 향상이 나타났다.

본 연구는 서비스시대 공유경제모델을 교육서비스에서 구현하는 방안을 제시하였다. 대다수의 공유경제 모델이 기존 경제의 고비용 저품질 구조를 저비용 고품질 구조로 혁신하고 있듯이 교육서비스에서도 고비용 저품질 구조를 저비용 고품질 구조로 개선하는 혁신 모델이 필요하다. 특히 고등교육과 평생교육은 혁신이 시급한 상황이므로 본 연구는 고등교육과 평생교육에 초점을 맞춘 공유대학 모델을 연구하였다. 저비용 고품질로 교육서비스를 제공하기 위해서 는 유휴자원의 활용이 필수적이므로 공유경제 모델 도입이 필요하다. 공유대학은 기존의 제한된 교육 공급자 집단이 대폭 확대되는 모델이므로 효율적이고 효과적인 공급자 품질관리가 필요하다. 교육수요자들을 역량 있는 인재로 양성하기 위해서는 규범적인 품질관리도 필요하다. 또한 저비용으로 고품질의 고등교육 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 고도의 과학기술이 적용된 프로세스 품질관리가 바탕이 되어야 한다. 따라서 교육서비스 품질관리는 공급자, 수요자, 프로세스 측면에서의 품질관리가 모두 균형있게 잘 이루어지는 품질관리를 의미한다. 본 연구는 이러한 품질관리 모델에 대해 연구하고, 서비스시대의 첨단 교육모델로서 공유대학의 목표 모델을 정립하였다. 본 제안 모델을 구체화하고 구현하기 위한 추가 연구가 필요하다.

코로나19로 인해 교육 현장에서는 비대면 수업이 정착되었다. 이에 온라인 수업, 블렌디드 러닝 등의 방법이 도입 되었으며, 학습자와 교수자, 학습자와 학습자 간 상호작용을 촉진하는 메타버스가 주목받기 시작했다. 메타버스는 비대면 방식에서 나타난 물리적 환경에서 오는 교육의 한계를 극복할 수 있어 초등교육 학습자들에게 보다 적합한 교육 방안이 될 수 있다. 메타버스를 교육 현장에 활용하기 위해서는 예비교사들의 사용의도가 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델에 기반하여 예비교사의 교육역량과 메타버스 사용의도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하여, 새로운 테크놀로지에 대한 유연성, 교수효능감, 테크놀로지 내용교수지식(TPACK)의 영향 요인을 살펴보았다. 예비교사 240명을 대상으로 하였고, 최종 수집된 183명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구 결과 예비교사의 메타버스 교육역량 중 유연성과 TPACK은 인지된 용이성을 매개하여 메타버스의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 경로는 유의하였다. 이와 관련 논의와 예비교사들의 메타버스 사용의도에 도움을 줄 수 있는 이론적, 실천적 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study attempted to examine the phenomenon of information society in education by exploring pre-service teachers' use of technology. Pre-service teachers from the USA and Korea participated in the study. Surveys and interviews were conducted to collect the data. The NET and ISST which are the national educational technology standards for each country were used as survey instruments. Focused interviews were conducted with 10 participants after analyzing the data for collecting more information. Based on the study results, technology is not deeply infused into education yet and the degrees of technology infusion were different in two countries. The participating pre-service teachers were not quite confident in their abilities to integrate technology into their lessons.

Nowadays almost all universities are endeavoring to improve the quality of education offered. The quality of education that is provided should be measured beforehand. This study examined three methods, SERVQUAL, SERVPERF and Lee and Yun(2004)'s method of measuring service quality: SERVQUAL, SERVPERF are well known and the most commonly used measurement of the quality of education offered and the Lee and Yun(2004)'s method measures service quality using fuzzy numbers. As a result of this research, SERVQUAL was proven to be the most efficient method to measure the quality of education offered. Even though, more actual analysis related to this study should be followed, the research is meaningful in a way that it provided clues and reasons for the study.

To reveal secondary teachers' in-service education needs, in-depth interviews were conducted with 15 individual teachers based on semi-structured questions and qualitative data analysis procedures were adopted. They wanted to have; a. more knowledge of one's subject, subject related information, culture and common sense, counseling psychology, foreign language, and the 7th curriculum, b. better skills of student-centered teaching-learning methods, guidance and class management, good use of computers, and educational evaluation, c. improved attitudes regarding democratic problem solution processes, conversation with and service to students from their viewpoints, commitment to preparations for teaching, educational innovation and improvement, elimination of improperness, and pride of teaching job.

The study described in this paper examined the effectiveness of a multimedia case-based learning environment to teach technology integration to Korean pre-service teachers. The structure and philosophy behind the use of embedded video in an online, multimedia system and the data collected from 103 pre-service teachers are presented and discussed. The overall finding shows that there was no significant difference from pre- to posttest among the lecture, the case-based, and the mixed environment groups. However, low prior knowledge students improved more when they learned about technology integration with the mixed method than with the case-based method alone. Discussion about this result and its educational implications conclude the paper.

이 연구에서는 국내 초․중등 예비교사들을 대상으로 과학과 협동학습에 대한 인식과 교육요구 를 조사했다. 국내 3개 교육대학 과학교육과 4학년 102명과 3개 사범대학 화학교육과 4학년 64명을 대 상으로 설문 조사를 실시했다. 연구 결과, 초-중등 예비교사들은 여러 과목에서 협동학습에 대한 이론 을 배우고 다양한 형태로 실습을 경험하고 있었으며, 그 중에서 협동학습에 대한 수업시연이나 실제 수 업 진행을 가장 어려워하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 이들의 협동학습에 대한 이해는 높은 편이었으며, 과학과 협동학습의 장단점에 대한 인식과 협동학습을 실행하려는 의지, 협동학습 실행에 영향을 미치는 외부요인에 대한 인식도 비교적 긍정적이었다. 초-중등 예비교사들은 예비교사 교육과정에서 과학 과 협동학습과 관련된 보다 다양한 교육의 필요성에 대해 높게 인식하고 있었다. 과학수업에서 협동학습을 실행하려는 의지와 과학과 협동학습 관련 교육요구는 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 또한, 이 두 변인은 각각 과학과 협동학습의 장단점에 대한 인식, 과학수업에서 협동학습을 활용 할 때 나타나는 장단점에 대한 교육적 평가, 과학수업에서 협동학습을 실행하는 데 도움이 되는 외부요 인에 대한 교육적 평가와도 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 이에 대한 교육적 함의를 논의했다.

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 영화기반 창의 인성 증진 교육콘텐츠 개발을 위한 기초 연구로, 창의 인성 증진에 적합한 교육용 영화를 선정하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 영화전문가와 교육전문가는 자아정체감, 창의성, 인성 구성요소에 따라 영화를 분류하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 자아 정체감 하위요소와 창의적 교육요소 및 인성 교육요소에 따라 분류된 영화는 직업 8편, 종교 7편, 정치 6편, 철학적 생활양식 7편, 우정 8편, 이성교제 8편, 성역할 7편, 여가활동 8편 등 총 59편으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 창의 인성 증진을 위한 교육용 영화를 선정을 위해 사용된 델파이 기법에 의한 영화전문가와 교육전문가들의 적합성 검증은 본 연구결과의 타당도를 높이는데 효과가 있었다.
