At present, the students majoring in tourism approach theoretically and practically target human resource development which is balanced between creativity and specialty. and yet, the initial step of on-the-job training has not been worked and the area of tourism and experience in this field are known as a begining stage. this study is focusing on the on-the job training in the area of tourism major in university. To solve the problems and to get rid of these weakpoint, the cooperative institution controling the tourism educational institution in the University. On top of that, some useful measures should be taken. The improved educational programs, appropriate curriculum, proper supervision for the trainees, correlation with school learningand on-the-job training, and flow of human resources between input levels and output levels. Hereafter finer and better study of this subject will be hopefully continued.

e-Learning has brought dramatic changes in education system for many companies in Korea. Many researchers and practitioners believe that e-Learning will be the main educational system for every companies in the world. e-Learning is an alternative education system, which includes computer based learning, web based learning, virtual classroom, and distance learning. e-learning has been expected to impact every educational sectors including Extension services. This study intends to identify and suggest some implications for successful e-Learning implementation of Extension education by investigating the successful factors of enterprises' e-Learning system, where outstanding results have be shown.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the educational philosophy, goal, method, content, and environment of ecologically-oriented alternative elementary schools and suggest several practical methods for alternative education. Both ecologism and alternative education pursue sustainable values. The educational content of ecologically-oriented alternative elementary schools, analyzed from the view of sustainable development, focuses most on the natural resources, biodiversity, and sustainable food production, and also include human rights, peace and security, unification, cultural diversity, and health food in terms of the social sustainability and sustainable production and consumption concerning economic sustainability. This study should help environmental education become establish its possibility and position as alternative education and be recognized of its educational value. Furthermore, based on the cases of ecologically-oriented alternative elementary schools that are becoming 'garden of environmental education' as sustainable development education, it should lead to 'education communicating with environmental education at schools'.

As of August 2005, there are 9,007 facilities for public primary, middle and high schools in Korea. But because of depopulation, hereafter it is expected to allocate much more budget and interest to utilizing the existing facilities reasonably rather than new buildings construction. At present the maintenance of educational facilities is depend on not a preventive but a post preservation. And there is no established maintenance organization and system, which causes both facility deterioration and squandering of the nation's resources. Thus the object of this paper is to examine a maintenance system of established public school facilities and to improve the system which is enable to maximize the efficiency for the existing maintenance organization.

Cultural needs of human have grown enormously. Consumer trend and individual taste have become more individualistic and diversified. Efforts to improve the quality of life have changed the concept of lift space as well as the concept of interior life supplies. Products are no longer standardized and produced in massive scale, thus a shift of value has risen. Damages done by the economical development have made consumers take interests in products that are more natural and in harmony with human beings. It is a tendency that wooden materials are becoming a preference as a specific alternative. There is a great social change with a new paradigm like this. Considering the change, we propose a new vision and activation plan on design development of wooden products through specific and practical studies by the system of educational and industrial cooperation which is an organic association system for developing human resources of educational system and producing profits of industry. From it, we can expect great effects as a competitive design of coming future.

The purposes of this study were to understand caregiving situation and to develop education program for families with the demented elderly,. Family caregivers of elderly patients with dementia clearly experience high levels of stress which often leads to such negative caregiver outcomes as depression interference with social activities and health difficulties. That is providing care is stressful for caregivers because the demands of the caregiving situation threaten to overwhelm the caregivers' coping resources. Therfore the families with demented elderly persons need assistances in order to alleviated burden of caregiving, In this study the educational program was designed to increase caregivers' confidence in problem-solving, And it was designed to provided information to demented elderly. The educational program of this study was given 5 session. And it was included the understanding of dementia the family caregiving experiences of the demented elderly persons the time for elf-care the search for helping the improving of interpersonal relations and communications.

In this paper, the effects of educational contents on job behavior, the effects of job behavior on job effectiveness and the effects of educational contents on job effectiveness were studied when working in the Software field. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the learning workers who conducted the training in the IT field, and 302 valid questionnaires were used for the analysis. The research model was set up to test exploratory factor and confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis, and the research hypothesis was tested by applying structural equation. The effects of job behavior on job effectiveness were positively related to job satisfaction, customer orientation, and organizational commitment.

The characteristic aspects of learning a foreign language require special resources and tools for online learning. Criteria for choosing educational platforms depend on key elements of an academic subject area. Microsoft Teams (hereafter, MT) educational platform is competitive one because it meets most of the needs that arise during the formation of a secondary linguistic persona. Due to the large number of corporate programs, there are a successful acquisition of language skills and the implementation of all types of oral activities of students. A significant MT advantage is the constant analysis and monitoring of the platform of participants' needs in the educational process by developers. The article highlights MT advantages and disadvantages. The attention is drawn to individual programs, which, in the authors' opinion, are the most successful to learn writing, reading, speaking, listening, as well as organize classes that meet needs of modern foreign students.

A new oenonid polychaete, Arabella turbidiricolor sp. nov., collected from intertidal zone along the coasts of eastern, western, and southern Korea is described. In Korea, this new species might have been confused with Arabella iricolor(Montagu, 1804), the type species of the genus, in having the following characteristics: ventralmost chaeta tapering gradually to guard, MI left robust and right gracile, MII right long, MV both with one tooth and posterior postchaetal lobe shorter than chaetae. However, A. turbidiricolor sp. nov. is readily distinguished from the latter by the following features: ventral maxillary carriers longer than or equal to dorsal, MI both distally falcate, and pygidium with two swollen pads. We provide detailed descriptions and illustrations for the new species in the present study. Also, morphological characteristics of known Arabella species are compared and discussed with a key to them.

Not only the education that follows the school curriculum but also the education that cultivates practical abilities, such as creative experiential activity, is becoming more and more important in the elementary education in order to accept the social demand about the change in the educational environment. Among these movements, 'village-coupled school' has been carried forward as a policy of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education since 2016, and it is operating various programs to establish the educational cooperation system of schools and villages. Particularly, each office of education is publishing the 'village resource sourcebook' and introducing the student experiential programs of public facilities that are located at each region in order to enable the experiencing of experiential activities that utilized educational resources of the region. However, the standard or basis about the composition of the regional experiential learning curriculum is currently missing. Regarding the operation of the regional experiential learning, it seems that the school curriculum and associated facility experience or others would mutually increase the educational synergy effect. This research is a proposal to increase the educational effect of regional experiential learning. In the aspect of the experience at a public facility located in the region, it aims at analyzing the use, characteristic, and others of public facilities that appear in the elementary school textbook and propose the base data of the composition of the experiential activity program related to the curriculum.
