  • This paper proposes a management system for the educational program of production managers on the basis of value co-creation by the learner and the instructor. The program combines an intelligent knowledge-based approach with the kaizen activity program. The program helps individuals acquire knowledge and skills to ensure the total rather than the partial optimization of processes and operations facilitating continuous improvement in the workplace. To achieve these goals, the program uses models of a learning process and a swing of enlightenment. In addition, the program is supported by a framework of academic, business people, consultants, and government officers. The program was developed using an instructional design approach. This paper discusses the process of developing and managing the educational program between 2006 and 2012 as well as the results obtained.

  • This paper outlines an intervention protocol used to educate nurses in a project that implemented and evaluated a delirium educational program in one general hospital. It outlines an evaluation of the content of the education and processes used to deliver the intervention through an analysis of reflective notes. The educational protocol was designed for adult learners and grounded in the six assumptions of Knowles' learning theory. Results suggest the educational program positively impacted on participating nurses' knowledge, attitudes and family caregiver involvement in delirium care of hospitalized older adults with and without dementia. This paper also acknowledges the challenges involved in sustaining a practice change through an educational intervention.

The purposes of this study were 1) to develop an offline educational program and online educational program for the patients with ankylosing spondylitis; and 2) to test the effectiveness of each program in terms of changes in ankylosing spondylitis self-efficacy, exercise continuity disease activity, physical functioning, and depression. The convenient samples for three groups were selected acceding to the inclusion criteria. Online education group consists of 7 patients, and 14 patients were included for the offline group, while 12 patients were assigned to the control group. Outcomes variables included self efficacy, exercise continuity, disease activity, physical function, and depression and the reliability of each measure was ranged from .88 to .95 in the present study. The offline educational program demonstrated positive effects on self-efficacy, exercise continuity, disease activity, and depression, whereas the online educational program on exercise continuity, disease activity, and depression. The self-efficacy was showed positive effect only in the offline educational program, whereas physical functioning did not improve in both intervention groups. These partial improvements may be due to the small sample size and the methods of online education program. The infectious respiratory disease simulation program was developed based on the ADDIE model and proceeded to 4 steps of analysis, design, development, implementation. The infection control education program included lectures (20 min), skill training (20 min), simulation using standardized patient (20 min), and debriefing (40 min), The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics with SPSS program for version 23.0. The results of this study confirmed that the clinical nursing practice training simulation program using standardized patients was effective in infectious respiratory disease of the nursing college students in knowledge of infectious respiratory disease and clinical nursing performance. we found this practical training program for nursing college students to improve knowledge and clinical competency of infection control. we expected that this developed program could be applied to practical training for various infectious control.
