제조업체 근로자의 직무요구와 상사-부하 교환관계 및 직무 스트레스 회복경험이 직무착근도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Demand, Leader Member Exchange, and Recovery Experience from Job Stress on Job Embeddedness of Workers in the Manufacturing Industry)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate factors affecting the job embeddedness of workers in the manufacturing industry. Methods: The survey was conducted on 261 workers of the manufacturing industry in P city and Y city with the help of a structured self-report questionnaire, administered between June 10 and June 30, 2017. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, a t-test, ANOVA, a $Scheff{\acute{e}}s$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: There were significant differences in job embeddedness according to educational level, marital status, jobs and types of employment, satisfaction with salary, stress level, and the perceived health status of the subjects. There were significant positive correlations between role clarity of job demands (r=.45), leader member exchange (r=.48), recovery experience from job stress (r=.27), and job embeddedness. From the multiple regression analysis, the most significant factors affecting job embeddedness were found to be leader member exchange (${\beta}=.43$), recovery experience from job stress (${\beta}=.22$), and job demand (${\beta}=.15$). These variables explained 35.0% of the total variance in job embeddedness. Conclusion: In order to increase job embeddedness of workers in the manufacturing industry, it is necessary to prepare measures to increase job demand, leader member exchange, and recovery experience from job stress.

CIS 국가와 한국의 직업고등학교 교육협력체제 운영현황과 교육만족도 분석: 카자흐스탄과 키르기스스탄 교류학생을 중심으로 (An Analysis of Educational Satisfaction on the Implementation of Educational Cooperation Systems in Vocational High Schools between CIS Countries and Korea, Focusing on Exchange Students from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan)

  • 한국 정부는 2016년부터 '고등학교 직업교육' 프로그램을 신설하여 CIS 국가 재외동포 고등학교 학생들을 초청하여 국내의 유관 전문계 고등학교와의 교류를 진행하고 있다. 본 연구는 카자흐스탄과 키르기스스탄에서 선발된 직업교육 고등학교 학생들을 대상으로 직업교육에 대한 운영 실태와 교육만족도 분석을 실시하여, 독립국가연합과 한국 간의 직업교육프로그램 운영 현황 파악과 동 프로그램의 활성화를 위한 향후 발전방향을 탐색하는 데 초점을 두었다. CIS 국가의 직업고등학교 국제 교류학생들의 만족도를 분석한 결과, 평균 3.92점의 높은 점수가 확인되어 양 국가 간의 전문계 고등학교 대상 직업교육 프로그램은 성공적으로 운영되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 면담 결과, 일부 교류학생들의 경우는 한국어 어학능력 습득과 준비 미비로 인해 학업 이수와 학교생활 적응에 있어 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 추후, 동 교육프로그램 운영의 활성화를 발전적 미래를 확보하기 위해서는 학업생활 적응준비도 제고 차원에서의 한국어 역량강화 사전 교육프로그램이 중앙 지방정부 차원과 단위학교 수준에서 적극적으로 구안 실행될 필요성이 있다.

CAI 응용프로그램 작성시 자료공유를 위한 한글 코드 체계 정의에 관한 연구 (A Study on Data Sharing Codes Definition of Hangul in CAI Application Programs)

  • This research addresses to establish a systematic approach to design a standard Hangul code system for educational purposes in development of CAI courseware using Korean, English, and Chinese characters, which requires data exchanges and database construction. In this paper, types of Korean alphabetic code systems already in use, their representational environments and consonant/vowel order have been studied and analysed. This paper presents the requirements that the hangul code system for educational purpose needs to obtain. First, it should be able to represent all contemporary as well as ancient Korean alphabets. Second, character elements should be separable. Third, consonant/vowel order should be determined to easily retrieve and exchange data. Lastly, the code should maintain compatibility with other national codes and provide uniqueness of user-defined character codes.

  • Internet was once used to link ideas, then people and now it is starting to connect all things. IoT constitutes a good paradigm to enable people to design and modify things, and then share their designs and modifications. Through the internet, things nowadays are able to exchange raw data and information, thus enabling the development of a new class of interconnected smart objects. Smart building block toy systema are a newly proposed concept that combines internet technology into educational blocks. It is composed of the IoT environment that has attracted attention recently. In this paper, we design a system using starUML, one of the program development tools in the system design process. Educational content can be shared to learners via the proposed service of the IoT, while also being interesting for young child learners.

VRML과 EAI를 이용한 분산 가상환경 기반 교육 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of the Educational System based on the Distributed Virtual Environment using VRML and EAI)

  • 본 연구에서는 VRML과 EAI를 이용하여 분산 가상환경 기반의 교육 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템은 클라이언트-서버 구조로 되어 있으며, 자바에 의해 구현되어 플랫폼에 독립적인 서버와 VRML과 EAI 및 일반 웹브라우저를 이용한 클라이언트로 구성되어 있다. 분산 가상환경에 있어 참여자에 의해 변경된 가상환경의 정보가 다른 사용자에게도 실시간으로 보이며, 또한 변경된 가상 환경이 지속적으로 유지된다. 그리고, 현재의 인터넷 환경에 적합하도록 가상환경을 변경하기 위한 정보교환을 최적화하여 다수의 참여자가 동시에 가상환경에 접근할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 구현된 기법을 이용하면 교사와 학생이 인터넷을 통해 실시간으로 의사 전달 및 가상현실 정보와 멀티미디어 정보를 공유할 수 있고 시공간적인 제약을 해소하며 다양한 교육 효과를 얻을 수 있는 가상환경 기반의 교육 시스템을 구현할 수 있다.

외국인 학부생 대상 대학 생활 문화 교육을 위한 기초 연구 (A Basic Study on the Culture of College Life for International College Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the perception and educational needs of international college students regarding the culture of college life. A questionnaire was given to international college students who are studying at universities in Korea. The results showed that international college students need to study about the culture of college life and had a perception that it is desirable to learn this through general education classes or freshman subjects after entering university. Also, the culture of college life can be divided into nine categories: bachelor's system; career and employment; university support centers and systems; interpersonal relations; departmental events; housing and living expenses; freshmen's events; exchange activities and programs; and cultural experience activities. International college students showed higher learning needs in order of career and employment; cultural experience activity; and bachelor's system. In addition, the characteristics of the learners showed different educational needs according to year of study and Korean language proficiency. The significance of this study is to specify the items of the culture of college life required for international college students, to measure the validity and reliability of these items, and to categorize the elements of the culture of college life.

Influence of National Culture on Staff Preferences to Knowledge Sharing Practices: the Case of Saudi Arabia

  • A number of practices for sharing knowledge has been recommended in the literature. These practices, however, are considered to be applicable, universally. This assumption is challenged by this paper which empirically explores the relationship between national culture and knowledge sharing practices in the context of procuring educational buildings in Saudi Arabia. The paper reports on a research study with the aim to identify whether national culture dimensions could be significant variables that impact upon staff preferences in relation to project knowledge sharing practices. The paper critically reviews the literature to identify appropriate measures for knowledge sharing practices. It explores the means by which public sectors professional exchange project knowledge; evaluates policies and level of technical support needed to facilitate knowledge sharing, then proceeds to how employees perceive the benefits they will gain by practicing project knowledge sharing, and their role in this process. The paper tests the relationships among the research constructs based on data collected from 115 project managers responsible for the procurement of educational buildings in Saudi Arabia. The paper provides empirical evidence that the national culture has a significant influence on staff preferences. In light of the research findings the paper concludes with practical recommendations for project knowledge sharing practices that are in line with staff preferences and their cultural orientation. The recommendations should facilitate a more effective application of knowledge sharing practices.

사범대학 글로벌 교육 확대와 교육 국제개발협력 효과 증대 방안 일고 (Enhancing Global Teacher Education and International Educational Development Cooperation)

  • 세계화 시대 대학의 국제화는 인적 교류 그리고 다양한 국제이해, 다문화 교육 등의 교과 개설로 나타나고 있다. 사범대학의 국제화는 대내적으로 다문화 가정, 외국인, 외국 생활 경험 학생의 증가, 대외적으로 개발도상국에서 한국의 교육분야 개발협력에 대한 높은 수요에 비해 교육전문가의 참여가 저조한 상황이어서 글로벌 전문성을 갖춘 교사를 양성하는 방안을 강구할 필요가 있다. 그러나 사범대학은 국제화 노력이 타 대학에 비해 상대적으로 부족하고, 한국의 교육분야 국제개발협력이 직업교육에 치중하여 기초 교육 강화의 국제사회 목표와는 거리가 있고 교육전문가의 활용이 미미하다는 지적을 받고 있다. 따라서 사범대학 교육 과정에 글로벌 교육을 포함시키고 예비교사 교육실습을 개발도상국 현지에서 실시해 교육 개발협력의 전문성을 향상시킨다면 사범대학의 글로벌 역량을 강화하고 교육 국제개발협력의 효과를 높이는 호혜적 결과를 가져올 것으로 세계화 시대 교육분야 국제화 방안으로 고려해 볼 수 있다.

Digital Tools for Optimizing the Educational Process of a Modern University under Quarantine Restrictions

  • The educational situation, which resulted from the announced self-isolation regime, intensified the forced decisions on the organization of the distance educational process. The study is topical because of the provision of distance learning based on the experience of Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. The study was conducted in three stages. Systemic, socio-communicative, competence approaches, sociological methods (questionnaires and interviews) were chosen as methodological tools of the research. The results of a survey of teachers and entrants to higher education institutions on the topic "Using social networks and digital platforms for online classes under the conditions of quarantine restrictions" allowed to scientifically substantiate the need for deeper knowledge of such tools as Google Meet (79%), Zoom (13.78%) and Google Classroom (11.62%), which are preferred by entrants. Almost a third of entrants (34.26%) noted the lack of scientific and methodological support for learning the subjects. The study showed high efficiency of messengers in distance education. The study found that in the process of organizing communication in the student-teacher system, it is necessary to take into account the priority of Telegram on the basis of which it is necessary to implement a chatbot for convenient and effective exchange of information about the educational process. Further research should focus on the effectiveness of the use of Telegram. The effectiveness of using chatbots should also be considered. Chatbots can be used to automate routine components of the learning process.
