This study is about the factors affecting organizational effectiveness and to suggest implications for encouraging organizational effectiveness. The conditional process model was analyzed with transformational leadership as an independent variable, educational service quality as a mediator, organizational effectiveness as a dependent variable, and trust as a moderator. The data collected from the financial institutions were analyzed using SPSS v22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4. As a result, transformational leadership has a (+) effect on educational service quality, and educational service quality has a (+) effect on organizational effectiveness. Except for the relationship between charisma and innovative behavior, transformational leadership affect organizational effectiveness. Excluding the relationship between charisma and innovative behavior, educational service quality mediate between transformational leadership and organizational effectiveness. Trust only moderates between educational service quality and innovative behavior. Trust moderated the mediating effect of educational service quality between transformational leadership and innovative behavior. The results suggest the importance of education service quality management in a non-face-to-face working environment and the importance of individual consideration in innovative actions.

With the increasing use of the Internet improved Internet technologies as well as web-based applications, the effectiveness assessment of e-Learning has become one of the most practically and theoretically important issues in both Educational Engineering and Information Systems. This study suggests a research model, based on an e-Learning success model, the relationship of the e-learner's self-regulated learning strategy and the quality perception of the e-Learning environment. This research model focuses on the learning environment and on e-learning strategy. The former consists of learning management system, learning content quality and service quality that are provided by e-Loaming. The latter refers to the learners' self-regulated learning strategy. We will show the validity of the model empirically.

To improve the educational system of Korea Maritime Police Agency(KMPA), the authors investigate and evaluate the present course and curricula in details comparing with the systems of USCG and JCG. As a result, it is suggested that KMPA find the diverse route to recruit good-quality officers, develop the future-oriented system, coordinate the course and curricula to meet the role and mission of KMPA. Besides, KMPA build the own training facility and train special instructors.

It presented the specialty and efficient evaluation indicator and a method which corresponds in each quality classified with 4 fields - an use and the function, the environment and an equipment, the structure stability, an main finishing material from plan side against an existing school facility in order to suit in development of the standard indicator which has become fixed quantity and demand of evaluation method for an analysis of the object school facilities to rebuild. So it presented the method which is the fixed quantity evaluation from economic viewpoint as possible for evaluating the maintenance cost by the expenses involved and durable years increase in rebuilding of objective school facility.

In modern society, the role of university becomes diversified and the concerns on building construction or landscape architecture considering beautiful landscape and scene are increasing caused by increasing interest on external environment of campus. But relative importance of concerns for the context of landscape architecture in campus is neglected rather than other facilities. So the landscape architecture service could not be conducted well. Therefore the computerization of system or management program will be needed for effective landscape architecture tree management and sufficiency of concerns on continuously increasing landscape architecture in campus. The computerization of landscape architecture tree management will be important roles not only to raise the efficiency of landscape architecture management and the view of outdoor environment but also to increase the competitive power of rapidly changing university environment and the quality of education.

This study is to examine educational environment in Goryeong-gun and the meaning and limit of educational qualitative improvement which it carries. Goryeong-gun has experienced the natural and social decrease of the number of students. So The number of school has continually decreased and more and more educational environment has been poor. Hence, firstly Goryeong-gun thought qualitative educational improvement of a source of regional development and established its committee for education development. They made funds from local government and community and has invested them with educational improvement and scholarship. Especially, Core educational policies in Groyeong-gun are in establishment of distinguished school, Daegaya public institute, and municipal reading room etc.. This educational policies are gradually taking a positive result and becoming competitive power of this region. But on the other hand new tension and conflict, trouble between local government and schools, difference of educational benefit has appeared through practice of these policies, Therefore, Now the qualitative improvement that is guaranteed educational equability within local community is required as new tasks.

Nowaday our school education have been undergone decisive influences by the entrance and examination-oriented education system. To enter universities which belong to top classes in Korean society could be look upon the important success of school education, and it could be equaled to the quality of competent teacher(teacher's professionalism). However, the creativity and knowledge composition ability in the school education will be considered seriously in the coming of 21st century knowledge, information-oriented and globalization society. In this situation, we try to trace about the system and style of foreign school education which is unfamiliar to us, spontaneously we should explore the educational implication which affects to our school education. In this paper, we have reviewed about the present condition and the current situation of Philippines school education(San Beda College Alabang and Rizal Campus). Of course, we tried to observe the practical education activities including a curriculum, teacher, teaching and studying method and student activity. Through this trial, we tried to suggest the effective environment and methodology for the improvement in quality of our school education. Philippines school education 1) could be achieved educational ideas and goals based on the spirit of school establishment, 2) could be gained teacher's professionalism through the system of Coordinator and Prefect, 3) could be conducted learner-centered lessons by the learning method of exploration, discussion, task-resolving, 4) was able to created a pleasant school education through the development and application of a variety of educational programs.

To improve the educational system of Korea Maritime Police Agency(KMPA), the authors investigate and evaluate the present course and curricula in details comparing with the systems of US Coast Guard and Japanese Coast Guard As a result, it is suggested that KMPA try to recruit good-quality officers through the diverse route, develop the future-oriented educational, system, adjust the course and curricula to meet KMPA's role and mission for 21st century. Besides, it requires that KMPA establishes its own institute to carry out the recruit training and re-freshening courses for both the officers and enlisted person.

This study is designed to measure the indoor environment and research on the environmental situation in the lecture room where the lecture is conducted during the winter time in order to understand the level of environment in the lecture room and then suggest the method of improving the environment in the lecture room in the future. The findings are as follows. First, the number of ventilation measured at Lecture Room 1 was 1.2 times/hour while that at Lecture Room 2 was 2.2 times/hour. Second, the lighting at Lecture Room 1 and 2 was 650~700 lux while the noise at Lecture Room 1 and 2 was not more than 60dB. Third, Group 1 and Group 2 felt in the same way that the air quality in the lecture room was not good when the air quality was measured in 30 minutes after the start of lecture. Fourth, both Group 1 and Group 2 showed the lowered concentration on the class in 30 minutes after the start of the class when the room was heated. But Group 1 got less drop in the concentration when they was put in the non-heated room. Fifth, As for the change in the carbon dioxide volume during lecture, the carbon dioxide volume in the room where the windows was closed rose 1,000~1,400ppm from that at the time of start, thus showing that the indoor air quality got worsened. In addition, it is hard to control the indoor temperature due to the heating and non-heating. Accordingly, it is necessary to get the heating system which can make the ventilation in order to keep the environmental level in the lecture room to a certain level and keep the proper indoor temperature.

This study started with the question of 'What innovative task should elementary and secondary school clothing life education perform in accordance with the changes in the future educational environment?' It is time to prepare for a major shift in the educational paradigm that improves the quality of life for all everyone, based on social innovations such as the 4th industrial revolution and the transition to the post-corona era. This study examined the literature for the characteristics of changes in the future educational environment from an educational perspective, and examined the curriculum focusing on the clothing life with the porpose of presenting the direction for the clothing life education. In order to carry out this study, various literature including previous studies related to clothing life education and the national curriculum from the first curriculum to the 2015 revision were analyzed. In conclusion, the direction of the clothing life education curriculum according to the changes in the future educational environment is proposed as follows: First, nurturing convergence education experts that can combine human emotion, environment, and clothing life culture to artificial intelligence(AI); second, developing a clothing life education curriculum that links software competency and practical problem-solving competency; and lastly, implementing fashion maker education using artificial intelligence(AI) and value-oriented clothing life education. In the future, it is expected that the direction of teaching/learning methods and evaluation in clothing life education curriculum is proposed, and that this educational discussion process will help establish the identity of clothing life education in school education.
