가족친화마을만들기를 위한 주민역량강화 방안 -살기좋은마을만들기를 위한 주민역량강화 프로그램 분석을 기초로 - (A Study on the Plan to Reinforce the Resident's Capacity to Build Family-Friendly Community -Focused on Educational Program of Livable Community Building -)

  • This study proposes a plan for the residents to have a capacity to build a family-friendly community on their own. As there is not a family-friendly community related program developed for "Resident's Capacity Reinforcement", three programs closely related with family-friendly community program were analyzed instead. Analysis showed that first, the community spirit must be emphasized to maintain the characteristics of family care with social support. Second, educational contents must reflect resident's capacity elements that are necessary for participating in the family friendly community building stages. Third, there is a necessity for systematization of education courses into beginner, intermediate, and specialty course given education is continued. Fourth, there is a necessity for the curriculum that may be used for the family friendly community building to foster human and material resource management ability. Therefore, framework for the educational contents suggests X-axis and Y-axis presented by person-business and morphogenic-morphostatic as referred to Ulrich(1997),s human resource model. However, this study has limitations because educational program of 'livable community building' are analyzed for the plan to reinforce capacity to build family-friendly community. There is a necessity for continuing to improve the program by in depth interview or social survey with residents and leader in community.

경상북도 일반고의 교육역량 제고를 위한 기본방향과 성공적인 정착방안 탐색 (The Study of Basic Direction and Successful Fixation Way for Enhancing Educational Capacity of General High School in Gyeongsangbuk-do)

  • 본 연구는 고교 다양화 및 특성화고 육성 정책으로 인해 상대적으로 불이익을 받고 있는 일반고의 교육역량 강화 필요성을 인식하고, 현재 일반고가 안고 있는 문제점 등을 진단하여 장 단기적인 관점에서 경상북도의 일반고 육성방안을 다각적으로 마련 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저, 박근혜정부의 교육정책기조와 경상북도 교육정책 방향, 경북지역 일반고 교육현황, 일반고 교육역량 강화방안의 주요 내용 등을 살펴보았다. 교육부의 일반고 교육역량 강화방안에 기초하여 제시된 경상북도 일반고 교육역량 제고의 주요 추진과제로는 (1) 진로별 맞춤형 교육과정 편성 운영의 자율성 확대, (2) 일반고 학생을 위한 진로직업 교육 확대, (3) 위기학생 지원 프로그램 강화, (4) 일반고 High-up 프로그램 지원 강화 등을 들 수 있다. 이와 같은 일반고 교육역량 강화를 위한 주요 추진과제들이 학교현장에서 성공적으로 정착 운영되기 위해서는 개별 일반고의 지역적 환경과 특성을 고려한 학교단위 책임경영제의 정착, 학교경영에 있어 총체적 질 관리 적용, 그리고 협동적 학교조직문화 형성이 구축되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 글로벌 민주시민 양성, 2009 개정 교육과정에서 추구하는 인간상, 그리고 경상북도교육청에서 제시하고 있는 '새로운 생각과 참된 마음을 지닌 인재'를 육성하기 위한, 즉 경상북도 일반고 교육역량 제고를 위한 구체적인 실천과제와 전략들도 제시하였다.

경상북도 일반고의 교육역량 강화 방안 탐색을 위한 교육수요자의 인식 분석 (The Study of Educational Consumer's Perception for Exploring Educational Capacity Consolidation Way of General High School in Gyeongsangbuk-do)

  • 본 연구는 고교 다양화 및 특성화고 육성 정책으로 인해 상대적으로 불이익을 받고 있는 일반고의 교육역량 강화 방안을 탐색 제시하기 위해 교육수요자인 학생과 학부모들의 일반고 교육프로그램에 대한 만족도와 선호도를 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 장 단기적인 관점에서 경상북도 일반고의 교육역량을 제고하기 위한 시사점을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상으로는 경상북도 소재 일반고 총 31개교의 학부모 3,383명, 학생 7,953명의 설문 응답결과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 전반적으로 교육역량강화 정책에서 추진되고 있는 프로그램에 대한 만족도는 중간수준이며, 학부모와 비교했을 때 학생의 만족도가 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 학교규모별에서는 소규모학교의 교육프로그램에 대한 학생들과 학부모들의 만족도가 높게 나타나, 소규모 학교가 가지는 협동적 학교조직 문화형성의 중요성이 부각되었다. 실천 전략의 선호도에서는 학교규모별, 신분별로 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 향후 일반고 교육역량 강화 전략 수립에서 교육 수요자들의 다양한 요구를 조화롭게 반영할 수 있도록 단위학교별로 전략수립에 자율성을 확대해야 할 것이다.

지방자치단체의 건강증진사업 활성화 방안 -교육적 접근을 중심으로- (Facilitating Health Promotion Programs at the Local Level: An Educational Approach)

  • This paper will discuss about how we can foster educational support mechanisms to facilitate health promotion programs at the local level. Health promotion in Korea is in the early developmental stage; it has only been since the Health Promotion Act was legislated in 1995, the health promotion programs have been planned and implemented. In the context of the recent decentralization process, local health departments have a major responsibility for developing and implementing health promotion programs at the local level. The short history of health promotion in Korea has meant that local public health departments have limited experience and organizational capacity for health promotion planning & practice. The results of one survey for investigating the progress of health promotion at the local level are instructive. The survey demonstrated that the public health workers recognized that the lack of personnels, insufficient budget, the lack of policy & the organizational support, the lack of skill & knowledge to be effective health promotors, the lack of guidance for health promotion practice were major barriers to implementing health promotion programs at the local level. The object of this paper is to suggest some ways of overcoming barriers to implementing health promotion programs at the local level This paper emphasizes on the importance of educational supports as well as environmental supports - legislative, policy, organizational, economical - in building the organizational capacity and infrastructure of local health department for health promotion. It suggests some ways of providing educational supports to the public health workers at the local level. and supports the positions that educational opportunities for training in health promotion can be better provided to the public health workers at the provincial level rather than at the national level. It argues that the educational & training programs should be developed and based on the educational need assessment; that the application of the main educational principles & theoretical models for health promotion be used to develop educational programs for the public health workers; and that professional health organizations should make plans to provide more educational programs at their annual conferences or at other convenient times. These kinds of educational supports facilitate the ability of public health workers to improve their capacity for health promotion practice at the local level and help to alleviate some of the pressure on state resources.

대공간 교육시설 축조를 위한 프리스트레스트 보에 사용되는 접합 강재의 성능평가에 대한 연구 (A Study for Structural Capacity Evaluation of Embedded Steel Plate Connected with Prestressed Concrete Beam to Build Large Space Educational Facilities)

  • An experimental study to evaluate structural capacity of an embedded plate connected with prestressed concrete beam was performed. Embedded steel plates and prestressed concrete beam were connected with stud-bolts at the ends of concrete beam specimens. About 1,000 kN concentrated load was applied at 450mm away from the end of beam specimen. A 3,000 kN capacity static Oil-jack was used to direct concentrated load. The maximum strain of stud-bolt recorded $90{\times}10^{-6}$(mm/mm) and wide width cracks were not founded. Any falling failures of concrete and large deformations were not founded either between steel plate and prestressed concrete specimen. As a result, construction performance can be improved using this embedded steel plate connection system apply to large space educational facilities.

  • 최근 고교체제가 다양화되었지만, 일반계 고등학교(이하 일반고)가 상대적으로 위기를 맞이하고 있다는 논란이 많다. 본 연구는 일반고의 교육역량 강화를 위한 경상북도 일반고 발전의 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 일반고 발전을 위한 공감대 형성, 일반고의 교육적 책무성 강화, 실질적인 교육과정 자율화 보장, 학생 맞춤형 교육과정의 다양화 추구, 교육과정과 진로교육의 통합화, 교사 확보 및 배치의 탄력적 운영 등의 전제가 필요하며, 진로직업교육 측면에서 학생들의 진로, 적성, 흥미에 부합하는 교육과정을 편성하고 심층적인 진로직업지도를 위한 단위 학교 및 지역사회의 노력을 구체적으로 명시하는 것이 필요하며, 단위 학교에서 학생들의 진로직업교육에 대한 과목 선택권이 보장되고 있는지는 심각하게 고민할 필요가 있다. 일반고 교육과정의 정상화는 곧 자연스러운 진로교육의 내실화의 방향이 되도록 해야 한다.

교육과정 변천에 따른 초등학교 유휴교실 활용방안에 대한 연구 - 충청북도 초등학교를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Utilization Planning of Unused Classrooms of Primary Schools by the Change of Curriculums)

  • This study aims at revealing important utilization planning by surveying and analyzing unused classrooms in primary school's facilities. That is various and positive utilization planning of unused classrooms in order to cope with the changes of educational environment focused on high and multi-functionization, rather qualitative aspect than quantitative. By field-survey and interview, physical and environmental factors such as, the change procedure of students, unused facilities in schools and improvement affairs and purpose stressed by schools were surveyed. Additionally, the way of educational facilities to future society linked with residents was examined by surveying about the relationship between educational facilities and regional communities. The curriculums and "School facilities standard ordinance" have been revised in part by several times individually and couldn't meet with educational facilities, educational and social change positively. In rural area, to apply the standard of the capacity by a class with 40 students like city is not desirable. To make educational environment better qualitatively, the capacity should be reduced by 30 students and the unit square per a student enlarged by $2.4m^2$. By room unit module "school institution and managerial regulations under high school" should be applied distinctively to break down like 6, 7~12, 13~24 and over 25 classes. So re-institution of the capacity by a class and the standard unit of the number of class by scale is needed.

세계유산해석 교육체계 구축방안 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of the World Heritage Interpretation Education System)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a method for establishing an educational system for World Heritage interpretation applicable to World Heritage sites and to design an education program for World Heritage interpretation by applying the developed education system in this study. This study first identified the definition of interpretation and the relationship between interpretation and education through previous research and analyzed the role and significance of heritage interpretation due to the paradigm transition in the capacity building of World Heritage sites. Next, the educational status of World Heritage interpretation was analyzed through educational institutions, educational subjects, and curriculum examples. Finally, this study argues that a method for establishing a World Heritage interpretation education system should be presented according to the composition of the curriculum, and the interpretation curriculum planning by interpreters should be proposed focusing on the Outstanding Universal Value (OUV) of World Heritage sites.
