The aim of this paper is to give an existence theorem for a strong solution of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems of the weak type II due to Hou et al. using the equilibrium existence theorem for 1-person game, and as an application, we shall give a generalized quasivariational inequality.

This study aims to suggest a evaluation methodology of cyber-education. In spite of rapid development of information technology for cyber-education, there are few research of evaluation methodology in cyber-education environment, we suggest a definition of criteria and a methodology of system solution selection for cyber-education system. Considering an interdependent relationship among criteria, we shows a process of an evaluation method or a selection method for evaluation of cyber-education system solution through an example.

Domestic industry calamity rate did decrease in large numbers by many efforts of the safety and the health organizations. Nevertheless domestic industrial accident level is low yet among the OECD countries. Domestic small and medium enterprises is in trend that industrial accident is increased by deterioration of hardware, unpreparedness of safety equipments. But, Domestic small and medium enterprises' safety and health education had not been utilized so far effectively. This research groped efficient operation model of the safety and the health education through the survey about a solution for problems of education that is enforced in small and medium enterprises to three groups of workers and safety and health administrators and managers. Compared domestic safety and health educational system and advanced foreign educational system. And, analyze problems about domestic small and medium enterprise's safety and health education and presented a solution. Finally, presented efficient operation model of the safety and the health education suitable to domestic medium and small enterprises.

The main purpose of this study is to search a new perspective of environmental education through investigating of alternative education. Environmental education is introduced by needs of society for an effective way of solving environmental problems. But it also has a meaningfulness which is internal need of education for proposing and fostering ecological human corresponds with crisis of modernism. In spite of excessive rhetoric, vision of formal environmental education is very negative. Formal environmental education is restricted to optional course. So, its potential isn't fulfil. Education is both part of the problem and the solution. Education is proclaimed at high level as the key to a more sustainable society and yet it daily plays a part in reproducing an unsustainable society. If environmental education is to fulfil its potential as an agent of environmental problem solution, it becomes both part of the ideal and the practice of education. In this point, alternative education is a model of what environmental education ought to be. Environmental education and alternative education have a common ground in end of education and critical position to the modern education system.

In this study, we investigated the dynamic stability of the system and the semi-analytical solution of the shallow arch. The governing equation for the primary symmetric mode of the arch under external load was derived and expressed simply by using parameters. The semi-analytical solution of the equation was obtained using the Taylor series and the stability of the system for the constant load was analyzed. As a result, we can classify equilibrium points by root of equilibrium equation, and classified stable, asymptotical stable and unstable resigns of equilibrium path. We observed stable points and attractors that appeared differently depending on the shape parameter h, and we can see the points where dynamic buckling occurs. Dynamic buckling of arches with initial condition did not occur in low shape parameter, and sensitive range of critical boundary was observed in low damping constants.

We obtained sufficient conditions for $\phi$(t)-stability and uniform $\phi$(t)-stability of the trivial solution of comparison differential system. we also investigated the corresponding stability concepts of the trivial solution of the differential system using the thoery of differential inequlities through cones and the method of conevalued Lyapunov functions.

The teaching and learning environment in medical schools is significantly different from that of other academic fields. An educational information system specifically designed for medical education could be an important solution for the unique context of medical education. In this study, the concept of the educational information system has been reviewed, and how such a system can be utilized effectively for medical education has also been explored. This paper also addresses how learning management systems for online learning could be made more effective through educational information systems. The application of flipped learning, which has been developing rapidly to improve teaching and learning, for medical education was also investigated. In conclusion, it was found that educational information systems could be a solution to various teaching and learning issues in medical schools. In particular, given that high performing students tend to enter medical schools, using educational information systems to improve the teaching and learning environment in medical school should be investigated further.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the science gifted children's creativity and scientific attitude development by e-PBL based scientific writing program. This program is composed of 4 instructions (13 hours), and its learning contents are made up to guide reading the related science books and understanding the contents through mind map to find out a solution by themselves, also, making an independent problem into group issue and setting up the plan for solution through small group cooperative learning, finally, performing activities like writing, presentation, evaluation and discussion according to the plan for solution. To examine the effect of creativity and scientific attitude by the program, 40 students of elementary science gifted children group in the Busan national university of education were selected for an experimental group. The review result is that, Firstly, the program affected positively creativity improvement of elementary science gifted children, Secondly, the program affects positively scientific attitude improvement of them as well. In conclusion, the program affects positively their creativity and scientific attitude.

By using two methods we obtained plane solutions for 5 groups of earthquakes including 13 events, which occurred in the central region of South Korea after December 1997. The first method is the composite fault plane solution by P wave polarity, and the second the solution by amplitude ratio (SV/P, SH/P, SV/SH) and P and S wave polarities. The two method results show similar results. The strike of fault is in the direction of NNE-SSW and WNW-ESE with the movement of strike-slip or strike-slip including thrust component. The compressional axis of the stress field dominantly trends ENE-WSW or NE-SW. The results are almost consistent with the other main events occurred in and around the Korean Peninsula.
