Information ethics is very essential for everyone in the current knowledge-based society. Every citizen in modern society can enjoy various benefits of recent internet technologies. In the meanwhile, everyone also is exposed to the various side effects of information and communication technologies. The typical side effects include copyright violation, cyber crimes, cyber bullying, internet addiction, and so on. The purpose of this paper is to identify correlation between age and information ethics. For this purpose, 3-year national survey works Information Culture Index are analyzed. After thorough statistical analysis work, it is concluded that there is a meaningful correlation between age and information ethics. In other words, the older people are, the higher information ethics they recognize and observe.

본 논문에서는 문제중심학습(Problem-based Learning)에 기반한 인터넷 윤리 학습 모형을 개발하고 수업에 적용한다. 새로운 학습 모형은 토론과 글쓰기를 통한 학습자 참여 중심의 수업으로 이루어진다. 새로운 학습 모형을 수업에 적용한 후 인터넷 윤리의식의 변화를 조사하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 자율, 존중, 참여, 책임 영역에서 학습자의 인터넷 윤리의식이 향상된 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 자율과 책임 영역이 통계적으로 유의미한 향상이 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

최근 인터넷상에서 청소년들의 잘못된 행동이 증가하면서 인터넷 윤리 교육이 강조되고 있다. 그에 따라 인터넷 윤리 교육 방안에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 교육 현장에서는 텍스트 위주의 자료로 주입식 수업을 하여, 청소년들의 윤리 의식을 고취시키기에는 역부족이다. 본 연구에서는 윤리교육 학습자의 능동적인 참여를 이끌어 내기 위해, 다양한 멀티미디어 매체를 이용한 웹 기반 학습 모형 및 학습시스템을 개발하고, 학교 현장에서 실험 적용하여 그 효용성을 검증하였다.

본 논문에서는 문제중심학습(Problem-based Learning)에 기반한 새로운 인터넷 윤리 학습 모델을 수업에 적용하고 윤리의식의 변화를 조사하였다. 이 모델은 토론과 글쓰기를 통한 학습자 참여중심의 수업으로 이루어진다. 새로운 모델의 효과를 검증하기 위해 이를 적용한 실험집단과 강의식 수업을 적용한 통제집단을 구성하고 수업을 진행하였다. 수업 후에 두 집단 간의 인터넷 윤리의식의 변화를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, PBL 모델을 적용한 실험집단의 윤리의식 향상이 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 인터넷 윤리의식의 4개 영역 중에서 가장 크게 향상된 것은 책임인 것으로 확인되었다.

지금까지 인터넷중독과 관련한 연구는 주로 (1)인터넷 과다 사용 (2)중독 (3)현실상황 장애의 매커니즘에 근거하여 이루어져 왔다. 이러한 접근은 인터넷중독에 대한 사회적 경각심을 부여할 뿐만 아니라 인터넷중독의 예방과 치료를 위한 심리적 정서적 접근 방법을 도입하는 근거로 활용되었다는 점에서는 매우 의미있는 작업이었다. 하지만 인터넷중독에 대한 근원적 탐구 즉, 인터넷을 어떤 목적으로 어떻게 이용할 것인지를 접근하는 인간의 가치체계와 근본적으로 관련이 있는 윤리적 접근은 부족하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 먼저 인터넷윤리와 관련하여 목적론적 윤리관, 의무론적 윤리관, 덕 윤리관, 책임 윤리관을 제시하였다. 또한, 네가지 윤리관을 적용하여 인터넷중독은 각각의 윤리관에 근거하여 정당성을 부여받을 수 없는 행위임을 주장하였다. 이러한 주장을 토대로 인터넷중독 예방 및 감소를 위한 개입 방안으로 인터넷윤리 교육의 필요성을 강조하고 지금까지 통속적 컴퓨터 윤리학 강좌에서 탈피하여 이론적 컴퓨터 윤리학으로서의 전환을 제안하였다.

인터넷 사용의 장점에도 불구하고 많은 역기능도 있다. 가장 잘 알려진 역기능에는 인터넷 중독, 개인정보 침해, 저작권 침해, 불법 정보 유포, 사이버 폭력, 사이버 사기, 해킹, 바이러스 유포, 그리고 사이버 매매춘 등이 있다. 지금까지 정부와 공공 기관에서는 이 같은 인터넷 역기능을 예방하고 줄이기 위해 노력하고 있으나 한계에 직면하고 있다. 따라서 인터넷 역기능을 예방하기 위한 한 가지 방법으로 인터넷 윤리 교육을 강화하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷 역기능의 현 상황을 고찰 분석하고 하고 아울러, 역기능을 해결할 수 있는 인터넷 윤리 교육의 개선 방안을 제시한다.

인터넷 발달에 따른 정보화 사회의 도래는 삶의 질적인 향상과 생활의 풍요로움을 가져다주었지만 그 역기능으로 인해 현실 세계보다 더욱 심각한 사회 혼란을 야기하고 있다. 판단력이 미숙하고 사이버 공간에 대한 개념이 명확하지 않은 초등학생들의 경우 인터넷 역기능으로 인한 위험에 더욱 치명적일 수밖에 없다. 따라서 정보화 사회 속에서 책임 있는 도덕적 행위자로서 행동할 수 있도록 초등교육에서의 인터넷 윤리교육을 강화해야할 것이다. 특히 초등학생들의 인터넷 사용은 주로 대부분 가정에서 이루어지기 때문에 인터넷 윤리교육에 있어서 가정 내 부모의 역할이 중요한 요소로 작용할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 정보화 사회에 대한 문제의식을 배경으로 새로운 인터넷 문화 형성의 주체이자 컴퓨터와 친구가 되어버린 초등학생과 그 교육지대에 지대한 영향을 미치는 학부모의 인터넷 윤리의식 실태를 알아보고자 한다. 또한 이러한 실태 조사를 바탕으로 부모의 인터넷 윤리의식과 자녀의 인터넷 이용과의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 초등학생의 인터넷 윤리교육에 대한 바람직한 방향을 제시해 보고자 한다.

As the Internet is widely used worldwide, Cyber world has become a part of daily life. On the other hand, the adverse effects of Internet, such as abusive comments, illegal harmful contents, rumor diffusion, infringement on a right have emerged with the increase. Researchers recognized the important of cyber ethics as an effective means of coping with the adverse effects on Internet. But, Little empirical research has been related to cyber ethics in management information systems. Thus, the purpose of this research is to identify multidimensional motivation factors that cyber ethics awareness and compliance behavior Intention. For this, this study investigated the factors that might influence Internet users to compliance cyber ethics. Using university students as a sample, one hundred and ninety six are collected for further analysis. The results of this study are as follows; First, self-esteem, Moral Obligation, self-control, cyber ethics education and Social Influence are significantly related to cyber ethics awareness, while punishment is not significantly related. Second, cyber ethics awareness have a positive effect on cyber ethics compliance behavior Intention. Third, the moderating effect of ego strength is also significant. This study is significant in that it established a behavior model to understand the compliance of cyber ethics with internet user in Korea.

지금까지의 인터넷 관련 교육은 주로 '정보통신윤리'와 '인터넷 중독'에 초점을 맞추고 있어 인터넷미디어 시대를 위한 '인터넷미디어'의 창의적이고, 바람직한 이해와 활용을 이끌어내기 위한 '인터넷 리터러시 교육'의 필요성이 사회적으로 제기되고 있다. 미디어 교육과 관련된 기존 연구에서 가장 취약점은 '교육성과' 에 대한 분석이 전혀 이루어지지 않고 있다는데 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전국 중학교 학생 708명을 대상으로 진행한 인터넷미디어 교육에 따른 인터넷에 대한 감성적 태도, 매체 인식, 인터넷 이용효능감, 인터넷미디어 능력, 인터넷 윤리의식의 변화를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 인터넷 이용효능감과 인터넷미디어 능력은 큰 변화를 나타냈으며 아울러 수업을 통해 자연스럽게 인터넷윤리 의식도 높아지는 결과를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 인터넷미디어 교육 프로그램의 실질적 성과를 입증하였다는데 의의를 가질 수 있다.

Purpose: Compared to the research results that have achieved remarkable growth, research ethics problems that threaten the quality of research. This issue appears not only in Korea but also in research societies worldwide where research competition has risen This study attempted to prepare improvements and institutional implications to establish research ethics in the research field. Research Design, data and methodology: This study examined total 26 prior studies to examine the current status of aviation tourism research ethics in the literature reviews for the finding section. The procedure of data obtaining included the elimination process to screen dissertation papers, conference papers, and internet sources. Results: Researchers must have an institutional mechanism to publish papers after completing education. Research ethics education programs suitable for aviation tourism research should be developed and detailed and clear guidelines for research ethics should be provided. This can prevent research irregularities. Conclusions: It is necessary to create a clear research ethics education for the spread of positive research ethics on aviation tourism researchers. Develop research ethics education and complete long-term compulsory education. Establish a research culture that requires compulsory completion of research education. It is necessary to support continuous education and learning through various research ethics methods.
