This study conducted a comparative analysis of awareness level of review standards, continuing education, and awareness about the need for speciality and educational courses in order to improve quality of Korean health insurance review work and to present directions for policies of personnel development and continuing education to smoothly perform hospital's insurance claim work and Agency's review work. The analysis unit of the study is individuals, and survey was conducted among hospital's claim officers and Agency' review officers by distributing questionnaires. The major results of the study are as follows: First, it is found that hospital's claim officers and Agency's review officers have conflicting awareness about review standards; more Agency's review officers think that current review standards are universal and reasonable, while more hospital's claim officers believe that they need to be revised. Especially, hospital's claim officers replied that it is possible that review results can differ according to government's policies. Second, there is no significant difference between the two groups in the opinion that there are individual differences in awareness level of review standard. In particular, both groups share the opinion that review results can differ according to officer's interpretation of review standards. Third, Both review officer groups feel the need for further training and continuing education. Fourth, there is no difference between the two groups in the opinion that both groups members should be educated in review related educational institutions. However, while 81.5% of Agency's review officers the education should be offered at the Agency, only 45.2% of hospital's claim officers agreed to it. Fifth, both review personnel do not show any difference in awareness of needed experience to successfully perform review work; both groups replied that three to four years experience is necessary to smoothly perform claim work and review work. This study was tried in order to search for directions to improve Korean insurance review work in quality rather than to explore characteristics themselves of individual factors. In this sense, this study presupposed an intention that the educational subjects for further training and continuing education for the two groups should be the same in order to narrow the awareness gap between hospital's claim officers and Agency's review officers. Thus, this study suggests that it is desirable to offer beginner courses at junior colleges or in undergraduate courses and advanced courses in professional graduate school for six to twelve months. In that a comparison of awareness level of hospital's claim officers and Agency's review officers who are actually in practice should precede appropriate presentation of directions for the qualitative improvement of insurance review work in Korea, the significance of this study lies in comparatively analyzing the awareness level of hospital's claim officers and Agency's review officers and in presenting the establishment of future further training and continuing education.

본 연구의 목적은 미래 교육에 대비하여 예비 교사의 현장성을 강화하고, 학령기 인구 감소로 인한 교원양성체제의 구조적인 변화 대응 및 교원양성기관의 교육과정에 대한 미래 지향적 방향성을 모색하고자 하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2019년~2020년 5주기 교원양성기관 역량진단 항목을 분석하였으며, 2021년 7월 교육부에서 발표한 교원양성체제 발전방안 시안 및 4차에 걸친 토론회 내용에 근거하여 미래 교원양성기관의 교육과정에 대한 내용을 제시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의·융합형 인재 양성을 위하여 교원양성기관에서는 다(多) 교과 역량 함양과 미래형 교육과정으로의 개편이 필요하다. 둘째, 교원양성기관의 교원과 예비 교사에 대한 역량 함양을 위해 메타버스의 도입, 일반교수법, ICT 활용 교수법 등을 통한 교수자 역량 강화가 필수적으로 요구된다. 셋째, 교원양성기관에서는 예비 교사양성을 위해 학교 현장 중심의 실무역량 강화를 위한 '교육실습생 교사 담임제', 선후배 중심 '전담 멘토-멘티', 대학 교수자 주도의 '모니터링 시스템', '수습 교사제' 등의 도입 및 강화이다.

지난 25여년간 우리 사회가 이룩한 경제 . 사회분야의 발전에 의한 생활수준의 향상과 의료서비스의 접근성 및 이용가능성의 개선으로 우리나라의 사망력과 출산력은 급격히 하강하여 인구구조를 변모시키고 있다. 그리고 사망과 이환의 유형 역시 크게 달라져서 과거의 전염병 및 급성질환 위주의 보건문제에서 비전염성 또는 만성병 위주로 바뀌어 가고있다. 이런 추세로 가면, 우리나라에서도 가까운 장래에 선진국가의 유형대로 정신병이나 만성퇴행성질병이 주요한 보건문제로 대두될 것이 예상된다.

This study aims to investigate the effect of college choice factors on withdrawal intention of first-year undergraduates in STEM majors. The data for this study were collected from a national sample of 4-year institutions that participated in Collegiate Longitudinal Study funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea during 2013-2014. The data included 1,484 students in STEM majors from 30 institutions, and this study used bivariate and multivariate analytic methods to answer the research questions. This study found that while the internal dimensions of college choice showed a negative effect on the intention to dropout, external dimensions of college choice such as college environment, financial accessibility, admission possibility had a positive effect on the intention. The findings indicate that it is necessary to pay attention to college choice for enrollment management to prevent first-year undergraduates in STEM majors from dropping out.

This paper compares the maritime education of two traditionally maritime countries, Korea and the Philippines, specifically, in their maritime transportation education. The subjects of this review focus on Mokpo National Maritime University (MMU) and the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA). The paper presents the curricular and training programs of both institutions and shows the differences in the curriculum designs and methodology of delivery as contained in the requirements of Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping 1978, as amended in 1995 (STCW 95). It also illustrates the social climate of the two countries and the attitude of maritime community in relation with the maritime programs offered by the institutions towards the quality of the fresh maritime graduates.

The article discusses the features of the use of distance technologies to intensify the learning process of students. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning are shown. The role and functions of the teacher in distance learning have been adjusted. Information and methodological support for distance learning of students is proposed. The intent of this paper is to unveil the effectiveness of different learning environments (traditional, electronic, blended) in educational institutions through a set of dimensions: an introduction to traditional education and e-learning, the importance and objectives of e-learning, the difference between e-learning and traditional education and teachers' roles in e-learning, the challenges facing the use of e-learning. It also introduces blended learning, providing an account about its emergence, concept, importance, the difference between blended learning and e-learning, the advantages of blended learning, and the challenges confront using blended learning.

The purpose of this study is to analyze The Effect of Teacher Participation-oriented Education Program (TPEP) centered on Multi-Faceted Analysis of Elementary Science Classes on the Class Expertise of novice teacher. First, in order to develop the TPEP, lectures and exploratory science classes were analyzed using imaging and eye-tracking techniques. In this study, the TPEP was developed in five stages: image analysis, eye analysis, teaching language analysis, gesture analysis, and class development. Participants directly analyzed the classes of experienced and novice teachers at each stage. The TPEP developed in this study is different from the existing teacher education program in that it reflected the human performance technology aspects. The participants analyzed actual elementary science classes in a multi-faceted way and developed better classes based on them. The results of this study are as follows. First, at the teacher training institutions and the school sites, pre-service teachers and novice teachers should be provided with various experiences in class analysis and multi-faceted analysis of their own classes. Second, through this study, we were able to identify the limitations of existing class observations and video analysis. Third, the TPEP should be developed to improve the novice teachers' class expertise. Finally, we hope that the results of this study are used as basic data in developing programs to improve teachers' class expertise in teacher training institutions and education policy institutions.

본 연구는 국내 의료기관에서 시행된 의료정보보안 교육 효과를 확인하고 향후 이에 관한 교육프로그램 개발에 기초 자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 2010년 1월부터 2019년 7월까지 국내에서 발표된 논문을 체계적으로 고찰하여 총 4편을 최종 연구대상으로 선정 하였다. 선정된 4편의 논문을 메타 분석하여 효과크기를 확인한 결과, 의료정보보안 교육과 실천 간 상관관계에는 큰 효과크기가 있었다. 2010년 발행된 논문부터 대상으로 하여 의료정보보안 교육 효과 결과를 의료정보보안 실천만으로 제한했다는 한계점이 있지만 국내 의료정보보안 교육 효과를 확인한 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 의료정보 유출을 예방할 수 있는 의료정보보안 교육 프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

우리나라가 21세기 첨단지식기반의 정보화 세계화 사회에서 국가 경쟁력을 확보하려면, 고급 인적자원을 조기에 발굴하여 체계적으로 교육하는 프로그램이 필요하다 따라서 정보과학영역에서의 영재교육의 중요성이 커지고 있으며, 국가적인 차원에서 고도의 정보사회에 부응할 수 있게 대학부설 과학영재교육원 및 여러 영재교육기관에서 정보과학 영재를 선발하여 교육하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 제주대학부설 과학 영재교육원과 다른 영재교육기관에서의 초등정보영재 교육 운영에 대한 제주지역 초등학교 교사의 인식을 조사하고 분석을 토대로 보다 더 나은 발전 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
