Character education is an important educational purpose in the current situation of secondary mathematics education. In the current mathematics curriculum, character education is mentioned in terms of core competencies. However, it is very difficult to concretely practice character education in secondary mathematics education. This paper examines the theoretical background of character education in the tradition of mathematics education, and suggests that mathematics is regarded as a practical tradition by the nature of mathematics from a value-intrinsic perspective. In this respect, mathematics education is defined as an intrinsic and nurturing character through long history of practice. This paper searched for an integrated approach to practicing character education in of secondary mathematics education, and argued that the teacher's personal approach including the class model approach of the human factors by an example of the exponential law a^maⁿ = a^m+n and the value-oriented activities according to the nature of the mathematics was the core.

본 연구는 1991년부터 현재까지 이루어진 국내 구술사 연구 동향을 분석함으로써 구술사를 둘러싼 연구 지형을 파악하고 향후 구술사 연구의 방향성에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국교육학술정보원의 학술연구정보서비스에서 구술사로 키워드 검색을 시행하여 1991년부터 2018년까지 이루어진 국내 구술사 연구 논문 총 439건을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 그리고 이를 시기별로 연구 논문 생산량과 주요 학술지, 연구자 및 연구 재원, 연구분야 및 연구 내용, 국제 협력으로 구분하여 국내 구술사 연구 동향을 다각도로 분석하였다. 마지막으로 도출된 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 정리하고 후속 연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

The spring convention of the Pharmaceutical Society of Korea (PSK), composed of eight symposia and two special symposia, was held at the K Seoul Hotel on April 17th and 18th in 2014. During the convention, the board meeting of PSK officially approved the birth of Pharmacy History (PH) Division as one of 19 divisions of PSK on April 17th. In the morning of April 18th, an inaugural symposium of PH division was held at the hotel with a theme of "History of Pharmacy in Korea". In this article, the establishment of PH division, content of the 1st symposium will be described. The future vision of PH division, which will be focused on the study of modern history rather than that of old history, will be described as well. The introduction of modern pharmacy education system to Korea and various events that happened during the establishment of the system may represent issues that should be investigated with the highest priority by the PH division.

이 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정 중학교 과학 교과서에 제시된 과학사 자료들을 분석하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 총 14종의 교과서를 분석하였다. 분석틀은 과학사 자료 삼차원 분석틀을 활용하였다. 과학사 자료를 분석한 결과 학년이 올라갈수록 교과서에 제시된 과학사 자료의 수가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 각 학년별로 과학사 자료들이 특정 단원에 편중되어 제시된 것으로 나타났다. 과학사 자료에 대한 삼차원 분석 결과 모든 학년에서 공통적으로 개념적-기본적-발견/고안 유형이 가장 많이 제시되었다. 수업 맥락 차원에서는 개념적 맥락이 가장 많았고, 역할 차원에서는 기본적 역할이 주를 이루었다. 제시 유형으로는 발견/고안 유형이 가장 많았다. 이 연구의 결과는 과학 교과서에 제시된 과학사 자료들이 일부 영역에 편중되어 있고, 수업 맥락과 역할이 측면에서도 일부 요소들에 집중되어 있음을 보여주었다. 이는 앞으로 다양한 과학사 자료의 개발이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 또한 교과서에 제시되는 과학사 자료들이 다른 맥락들에서 다양한 역할로 활용될 수 있도록 하기 위한 구체적인 방안들을 탐색할 필요가 있다.

Thise study is designed to demonstrate the influence of socio-demographic variables(age, education, career history and marital Status), alexithymia, burnout, and adult attachment on child disciplinary styles; childcare teachers in charge of young children were studied. The purpose of the study is to provide information about the desirable disciplinary styles of a childcare teacher in order to strengthen the quality of childcare education. The data collected in this study showed the following results: First, the age, education, career history and marital status of a teacher produced good results statistically irrelevant to the their child disciplinary style. Second, a high level of negative correlation was found among alexithymia, burnout, adult attachment and the child disciplinary style of a childcare teacher. In other words, if a teacher shows a high level of alexithymia, burnout, and adult attachment, it is likely that the teacher's child disciplinary style is coercive and neglect, and the teacher tends to give an illogical explanation. Third, in contrast to the other variables, burnout and adult attachment have a greater effect on child disciplinary style than alexithymia.

이 논문에서는 우리나라 학교수학의 교수 학습에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 공학적 도구들로 스프레드시트인 엑셀, 역동적 기하 소프트웨어인 GSP, Cabri, 그리고 CAS를 중심으로 이것들이 수학교육에서 활용되어온 역사와 특징 그리고 그것이 미친 영향을 살펴본다. 그리고 우리나라 수학교육에서 공학적 도구의 활용을 교육과정상의 변화, 교과서에서의 변화, 현직교사의 연수와 예비교사의 교육과정, 그리고 교실 등의 물리적 환경 등을 통하여 그 현황을 파악하고 미래의 수학교육에서 공학활용에 대한 방향을 제시한다.

스마트폰의 대중화로 인해 개인 맞춤형 서비스에 대한 관심이 증대되고 이는 시대 변화에 맞춰 박물관 등 여러 관람시설에 이를 만족시키기 위해 많은 시스템들의 변화가 일어나고 있다. 박물관은 관람이라는 요소를 가지고 있으며, 역사교육이라는 목적이 담겨져 있으며, 재미와 교육을 병행해야 하는 기관으로서의 역할이 있다. 이런 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 문화재에 대한 충분한 흥미를 유발해야 하며, 그와 동시에 문화재에 대한 다양한 콘텐츠의 제공이 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효율적인 문화재 관람 서비스를 제공하기 위해 교육과 함께 평가를 병행할 수 있는 효율적인 방안에 대하여 Unity3D 엔진과 Vuforia라는 증강현실 개발용 SDK를 사용하여 연구하였다.

본 논문의 핵심 주제는 개방형 교육 플랫폼 기반 학습 프로세스 마이닝 및 애널리틱스 기술로 최근에 관심과 사용이 급속히 증가하고 있는 MOOC(Massive Open Online Courseware) 등과 같은 개방형 교육 플랫폼을 기반으로 하는 개인별 학습 이력 로그로부터 학습 및 러닝 프로세스를 중심으로 하는 유의미한 학습 프로세스 지식을 발견하고 분석하기 위한 학습 프로세스 마이닝 프레임워크를 설계 및 구현하는 기술이다. 러한 프레임워크의 핵심 기술로서, 학습 프로세스의 표현, 추출, 분석, 가시화하는 기술과 이러한 마이닝 및 분석된 학습 프로세스 지식으로부터 개선된 학습 프로세스 관련 교육 서비스를 제공하는 기술로 구성된다.

This paper aims to examine how the public perception of mathematics changed in England in the 19th century. As rapid industrial and social developments took place in the 19th century, the educational environment underwent great changes, and the value and public perception of mathematics also changed. Mathematics took a new position in the terrain of educational reform in the late 19th century. In this study, I analyzed the actual condition of mathematics education in elementary and secondary schools, popular educational institutions, and universities in England in the first half, middle, and second half of the 19th century, and compared what values and usefulness of mathematics education were justified in each institution. I also examined how satirical magazine Punch satirized the public understanding or view on mathematics at each period. It is to be hoped that this study will have significant implications for raising the public's positive perception of mathematics in modern society.

Mathematics holds a key position among many subjects of school education. Besides having an instrumental value, mathematics for the general public has been underestimated. Thus, in this paper we examine how western educational theorists have emphasized the value of mathematics as humanities form of education. First of all, we discuss Platonism as a philosophical basis of the ancient Greek mathematics education. Next, we examine the thoughts of Froebel, who provided the theoretical basis for the public education since 19th century, and discuss the value of mathematics teaching in their humanistic educational thoughts. Also, we examine the humanistic value of mathematics education in Dewey\\`s educational philosophy, which criticized the traditional western ethics and epistemology, and established instrumentalism. In this paper, we recognize the humanistic values of mathematics education through the historical examination of the philosophies of mathematics education.
